    Just a little more...

    This was my first stay. The location is right in front of the Imperial Hotel, and there are restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. However, some areas of the Room were not thoroughly cleaned, which was disappointing.

    I was very disappointed with how the lost item was handled.

    I stayed on August 20 and checked out around 12:00 on August 21 before returning home. Around 19:00 that day, after I got home, I realized I had left a diamond necklace in the Room where I stayed, so I immediately called the Hotel to check. The Hotel told me that no such lost item had been reported. However, since it might still have been in the guest Room, I asked them to check the Room. At that time, the next guest was staying in the Room, so they explained that they would check after that guest checked out the following day. Around 11:00 the next day, the Hotel called and said they had not found any lost item. After that, I also went to the Hotel myself to confirm, but the necklace was not found. I then consulted a lawyer and also asked the police to look into it; however, as of now, the necklace has not been found. Although I contacted the Hotel soon after checkout and requested that they check the guest Room as well, it is very upsetting and disappointing that its whereabouts remain unknown. I would have liked more detailed confirmation from the Hotel regarding cleaning procedures for that Room, who cleaned it, and any records of checks for lost items. At this point, I do not know where or when it went missing. However, because it was a valuable item, if something similar happens, I recommend that guests take extra care in managing their valuables themselves. I hope that if a similar situation occurs in future at this Hotel—when an item is left behind—they will handle checks and follow-up more carefully and transparently.

    The massage chair is fantastic.

    There is no bathtub, but the massage chair and rain shower were very relaxing. The area is convenient, with many commercial facilities nearby and the station within easy reach.

    Having only a shower...

    Having only a shower feels a bit disappointing, though the hot water wasn’t cold. It might be tough in winter.\nSince the room is small, I guess it can’t be helped, but the tissues ran out quickly and there were no replacements, so I asked for more to be brought. They warmed up my bento for me. The bed was comfortable.

    Sleep soundly around Hibiya

    Close to Tokyo Midtown Hibiya and Ginza, it was a relaxing stay. There are also izakayas nearby, so you can easily head out for dinner in the evening. Amenities are picked up in the lobby before going to your room.

    The location is great.

    This was my second stay, and I chose it because of the great location. It was a twin corner room, but it felt a bit small. This may have been due to the massage chair, and I think it would be better without it.

    Compact yet functional

    Although it felt quite far as I walked from Yurakucho Station while searching for the way, once I arrived I found it to be a very convenient location—easy to find and comfortable. As soon as I went up to the lobby on the 2nd floor, the staff guided me and quickly took care of my luggage. My destination was on the opposite side of the Hotel, but I reached it in just a few minutes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the Hotel, making it very convenient, and the area has lots of greenery—it was a wonderful place. All of the Hotel staff were kind as well. Thank you very much.

    The location is excellent, but I was disappointed with the service and the Facilities.

    I traveled from the Kansai region to Tokyo for a memorial service and chose this Accommodation for convenience, considering my elderly mother’s mobility. [Good Points] The location was excellent and extremely convenient for getting around. [Disappointing Points] The massage chair in the Room was broken. At check-in, the female front desk staff member’s attitude was very unpleasant. Even though I hadn’t asked anything, she responded in an irritated manner, saying, “Did I assist you?” and then treated me as if she doubted whether I really had a Reservation. Given how great the location is, it was very disappointing to see such poor service quality and Facility maintenance. Perhaps it’s something you just have to accept as “you get what you pay for.”

    It felt cramped.

    This was my first time staying here. I was somewhat prepared based on other Reviews, but the Room was indeed small. Since we only needed a place to sleep after a concert at the International Forum, we chose it for the convenient location. I think it would be fine for a solo stay, but this time we stayed as a couple. I was also concerned about mold under the bath chair and on the tiles. The front desk staff were very courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. I think it’s a good option for staying alone.

    Excellent location.

    The location is excellent. Step outside and Hibiya Midtown is right in front of you, and Ginza is just a short walk away. The passage between Midtown and the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater has a lush, pleasant atmosphere. One highlight is said to be how comfortable the bed is (apparently “REM” in Remm Hibiya refers to REM sleep), and the bed was pleasantly firm; it was also nice to have a massage chair. I stayed in a queen Room, but it was quite small, and the bathroom has only a shower. Given the great location, that’s understandable. If the price is reasonable next time as well, I’d like to stay again. For breakfast, I didn’t try the buffet (a little over 2,000 yen), but I had the pasta lunch for 1,300 yen and it was fairly good.

    Your First Stay at Hibiya Business Hotel

    I stayed here for the first time to attend a concert at Tokyo International Forum. As mentioned in Reviews, the Room was very small, and I was disappointed that there were no instructions at all for the massage chair, so I couldn’t use it to relieve my tired legs. The drinks available at the front desk, such as coffee and tea packets, had a wide variety; I was especially happy they had decaf coffee. The shower also came with a chair, which made it easy to use.

    The location was excellent and very convenient for getting anywhere. The staff service was also outstanding. I would gladly stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Conveniently Located Hotel

    This Hotel is conveniently located near Hibiya and Ginza. The Room is not very large, but it has an interesting layout and a pleasant atmosphere. It offers great value for money, and I would like to stay here again.

    It was clean and nice.

    It was a Hotel in a great location with a pleasant surrounding area, close to places like Midtown Hibiya. The layout was stylish, and although the Room was small, I really liked the compact design with a shower only—the water pressure was just right and very comfortable. However, having the bed area immediately by the door felt a bit insecure from a safety standpoint. Since it’s a compact Room, that can’t really be helped. If you make sure to lock the door properly when you enter and stay mindful, it shouldn’t be much of a concern at Hotels in Japan. Also, I couldn’t hear voices from adjacent Rooms or any noise from the hallway—it was quiet. It’s very good for one person on a business trip, but it might feel a bit cramped for two people. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel.

    Has the Room become less clean?

    The location is convenient, but there was dust in the corners of the Room. When using the toilet bidet, it made a strange noise, which was unsettling.

    A standard Business Hotel

    It’s a very ordinary Business Hotel. I use it because the location is convenient for commuting to and from work. Given that it’s in Hibiya, it may be unavoidable, but I feel the rates are high for the Room size and Facility. The staff seemed busy handling inbound guests.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, which was very nice. However, I was concerned to find some dust in the corners of the Room that had not been fully cleaned.

    Great facilities

    This is feedback from my mother, who stayed with me. She said she would like to stay again if there is such a convenient Accommodation right in the middle of Hibiya. That said, she has a few comments. When making the Reservation shortly before our stay date, there were no other options available, so I booked two single-use Rooms. I noted in the remarks that we would be staying together, but we were assigned to the 4th and 7th floors. She found that somewhat inconvenient—were all nearby Rooms already taken? Also, her Room was cold. Even after turning up the air conditioner, it did not warm up and she couldn’t sleep. This could have been resolved if I or the front desk had been informed, but my elderly mother endured it. The Rooms are compact, but would it be possible to place an extra blanket in each Room? It’s true that as people get older, Hotel room temperatures can feel colder. At this price point in Tokyo today, we are very grateful to be able to stay here. I assume some services have been streamlined accordingly. For guests like me who are fine with that (I personally had no issues), it’s not a problem—but for elderly guests, I recommend staying in the same Room with someone who can assist them.

    Well-balanced accommodation

    The Room had everything we needed— a comfortable bed, a massage chair, and a sufficiently spacious bathroom—nothing more, nothing less. Since we stayed for just one night on a pleasant spring day, not having a bathtub was perfectly fine. Amenities are provided upon request for what you need, which avoids waste and is excellent. As we used a single Room, it was very quiet, perhaps because the surrounding Rooms were similar. The location was flawless: with the Imperial Hotel and Hibiya Midtown nearby and Ginza just steps away, it was convenient for both shopping and dining.

    Convenient for everything

    This was our annual trip with friends, and it was our first time staying overnight in Hibiya. The location offered convenient access in all directions, with plenty of dining options nearby, and we also enjoyed being close to Ginza and Hibiya Park. We were able to relax in a bright corner Room with a massage chair. We went in and out of the Hotel many times, and the front desk staff greeted us pleasantly each time.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Amenities needed to be brought along, but I appreciated the wide variety of teas and that decaf coffee was available. The breakfast miso soup had plenty of taro and daikon, and it was delicious. I would have liked the curry to have more ingredients as well. Since there was only a shower booth, I think it would be better if there were a bathtub.

    A clean Hotel in a convenient location

    The location is convenient, and all the staff provided excellent service. In the lobby, they always greeted me with a smile and we could even have a brief chat. I appreciate that the Hotel aims to be eco-friendly by keeping amenities to a minimum. However, it was inconvenient that there was no luggage rack for a suitcase. When I called, I was told they do not provide one for eco reasons. Since I am recovering from hip surgery (in rehabilitation) and cannot kneel down to place my suitcase on the floor, I explained this and they delivered one specially. The response was quick, but when I commented that “a Hotel without this is inconvenient,” a staff member who seemed Chinese replied, “Different guests have different requests.” That left me feeling confused. It made me wonder whether other international guests spread their suitcases on the bed; as a result, the colored bed cover felt unhygienic to me, so I avoided it when sitting on the bed.

    The room was too sma...

    The room was too small to move around comfortably. Amenities were minimal, and the breakfast buffet had limited options. It did not feel like a Hotel worth the price. Only the location was good.

    This Hotel offers great value for money and warm hospitality.

    I stayed here to attend a theater performance. Despite the excellent location, the price is very reasonable, the Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh vegetables. The pajamas were comfortable, and the hair dryer was new. Above all, there is a self check-in machine, but (perhaps when it’s not busy) a staff member kindly helped me with a smile, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Convenient

    Thank you for your help during my stay for the dinner show at the Imperial Hotel. I often go to see shows nearby, so if there is availability here, I make a Reservation. There is no bathtub and the Room is small, but I think it’s sufficient for a solo stay.

    Extremely convenient

    Because the Hotel is located right in front of the theater, you can return to your Room and take a break during intermission. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.

    The location is excellent.

    The location is excellent. It’s just two stops on the Yamanote Line from Hamamatsucho, and places like stylish Midtown are within easy walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The Facility is bright and has a comfortable atmosphere. True to the concept of “sleeping comfortably,” I fell asleep quickly as soon as I got into bed. The Room was the most compact type, but it didn’t feel cramped. However, voices from the hallway carried straight in. Breakfast was served in a bright area, and I enjoyed it pleasantly in the morning. Cleaning was average, but although there were blinds in the Room, seeing them covered in white dust was disappointing.

    It was good, but...

    I always have a pleasant stay here. The Room is clean, and the staff greet me warmly. However, this time there was hair on the towel hanging by the washbasin. So I am giving fewer stars. I would definitely like to stay again next time.
