    The bathtub drain is extremely poor.

    Because it was on the top floor, the view was great, and we could see the surrounding buildings and Tokyo Skytree! Since there are buildings beyond Chidorigafuchi Park and the Imperial Palace, they felt far away, so we didn’t worry about being seen at all. The Room was clean and compact. It was just right. It also had good access to major facilities, so I would highly recommend it, but↓↓ [Disappointing points] The bathtub drainage was critically poor. As soon as I turned on the shower, the water quickly built up to about 1.5 cm deep, and eventually it rose to around ankle level. I had no choice but to wash my feet in an awkward, almost acrobatic position before getting out, and I kept wondering if something could be done about it. If there is any workaround or improvement measure, I would have liked to be informed in advance at the front desk.

    This Hotel offers great value for money.

    We stayed in a twin room as a couple. The room was compact and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Although it is part of the RIHGA Royal Hotel Group, it has a public-oriented character, making the price reasonable for a hotel in central Tokyo. We would love to stay here again.

    This time, I mistakenly reserved a smoking room, but at check-in, the front desk staff noticed something was different from usual. They kindly suggested changing the room for me, which was very helpful. I was very pleased with their courteous service.

    Everything was just perfect.

    I stayed at the Hotel for a business trip related to a conference. Although the Hotel is located in a quiet area, there is a convenience store right in front, so I didn’t feel any inconvenience. The size of the Room was just right, and for the first time in a while, I slept soundly through the night without waking up until morning. If possible, I would love to know which pillows you use. I have one request: I opted for simplified cleaning during my stay, but if possible, it would be great if replacement towels and other items could be hung on the doorknob without entering the Room. (In some other Hotels, they leave replacement items outside without entering the Room, which is very helpful when my Room is messy.) If I have another opportunity to stay here again, I’d love to try your breakfast as well!

    Newly renovated

    The accommodation, previously considered old, was renovated three years ago and the room was clean. While business hotels in Tokyo are becoming more expensive, this one is reasonably priced considering its location. It is situated away from main roads, making it very quiet and allowing for a good night's sleep. There is also a convenience store just across the road, which is very convenient. I would like to make this my regular accommodation in this area.

    I have been using this place for my business trips to Tokyo since last year.

    Located in a quiet area with excellent access to anywhere in central Tokyo, the rooms are spacious and clean enough for business trips, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers great taste and variety, so I always choose a plan that includes breakfast when staying here. To be honest, I don't want it to get too crowded, so I hesitate to recommend it too much (laughs). I always enjoy my stay here!

    Stayed for two night...

    Stayed for two nights. Due to my reservation mistake, I had booked a twin room for one person instead of two, but they kindly changed it without any issues. Is the default setting for one person? The shower water pressure was sufficient, and I had a pleasant stay. There was only one drawback—the position of the toilet paper holder. Perhaps it’s due to renovations, but you can’t reach it without twisting your body. Hotel staff should sit on the seat and check its placement.

    The location is convenient, but walking from Akasaka-Mitsuke at night might not be ideal for women as it can be dark. The staff were all kind and made the stay pleasant.     I recently stayed at this accommodation during my business trip to Tokyo.

    I often travel from Kansai to Tokyo for business trips, and recently I have been staying here more frequently due to its convenient access, quiet environment, and comfortable atmosphere. This is not a hotel that emphasizes glamour, but considering the cost-performance ratio, I find it highly satisfying. I always choose a plan with breakfast included, and I appreciate the variety of dishes as well as the quality of ingredients and cooking. However, during this stay, I found a body towel left by a previous guest hanging on the edge of the shower curtain, which made me hesitant to use the shower—a disappointing point. Even so, it is still a hotel I would like to use again.

    The location is excellent.

    The Hotel was conveniently located near the subway, with a convenience store in front, and situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The night view from the upper floors was also wonderful. Although the water facilities felt a bit old, the Room and corridors were clean. It would have been nice if there were larger sizes for pajamas. The greetings from the front desk staff were excellent, as expected from the Rihga Royal Group. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to use it again when I come to Tokyo.     In conclusion, it was ordinary. The location is excellent. The staff's response was also good. The Room is a bit old. The bathtub is narrow. Breakfast is in buffet style, but there were few varieties. For those who are not seeking extensive services and are looking for an ordinary Business Hotel with a good location, I think it's a good choice.

    Affordable Stays

    The lobby counter doesn't feel like a Hotel. It's dark. I had to ring the bell to finally check in. The Room is compact but a twin, which is very nice. The bathroom is also very compact, and although there is a bathtub, it's not spacious enough to use comfortably. It's very good that it's kept clean. I'm 178 cm with a normal build, but the room wear wasn't a size I could wear. Ladies??? It seems like you have to go to the counter to get it, which is inconvenient, so I didn't use it. There are various inconveniences, but since it's inexpensive, I guess it can't be helped.

    Overall very good, but the cleaning of the water facilities...

    Although the building feels old, it is well-maintained, so it does not leave a bad impression. The staff at the front desk are polite, and I feel glad to have used this Hotel. The Room is clean and seems comfortable to stay in. The bathroom does not have any strange odors. However, due to the age of the building, the black edges around the water areas are a bit concerning. It might be difficult to address this frequently, but even if it’s just once a month, if such areas could be thoroughly cleaned, it would make this an excellent Hotel. Taxi access from Tokyo Station is quick. If the weather is good, the walking distance from the station is not unpleasant.

    I stayed for the first time in three months. This time, I stayed with my wife and reserved a room on a high floor. Thanks to the staff's consideration, we got a corner room near the elevator with a very nice view. On the first day, we dined at the restaurant inside the hotel. My wife was very pleased. The location is also good, and it is a relatively reasonable price, so I would like to use this hotel frequently in the future.

    I used it for the first time because it was reasonable. The first night was a triple with a friend, and the second night was alone. The unit bath, which felt a bit old, and the breakfast on the second night, which felt a bit lacking, were not impressive, but considering the cost performance, it was sufficient, and both the service and the room had a reassuring atmosphere. Although it was different from Osaka, Niihama, and Higobashi, it still had a Rihga-like feel, which was comforting. My friend praised the front desk staff who were friendly and amusing when they arrived. Although I thought it was close to Nagatacho Station, there was quite a bit of walking inside the station except for the Namboku Line, which was a pitfall for someone from the countryside. Kojimachi is more convenient. Hotels in Tokyo are skyrocketing, and I'm always troubled, so with this location and price, I'm very satisfied. I would definitely like to use it again when it's a good deal.

    The night view was fantastic.

    Depending on the station used, there is a bit of walking including within the station premises, but the location was very good. The surrounding area is safe, there are restaurants, yet it is quiet, and the view from the Room was excellent. The staff also treated us politely. I will definitely visit again.     Great value for money!

    It is a hotel where I feel as if I am at home. The room where I could relax while gazing at the night view of Shinjuku was a blissful time for me. The warm hospitality of the staff healed my heart, and I would like to visit again soon. The price is reasonable, and I think this quality is truly wonderful. Although it is an old building, it has a warmth that makes you feel its history, and I actually liked that. I am truly grateful for the satisfaction that exceeds the price. I will visit regularly, so please take care of me.

    Very satisfied with the breakfast buffet!

    It feels like a company training center, but as expected from the Rihga Royal Group, the service and cleanliness are excellent and reassuring. I have used it many times. The Room on the 21st floor had a great view, and I was satisfied even with a standard single Room. Comes with water, instant coffee, and (premium) powdered tea. During the COVID era, it was a set menu, but the buffet has returned. With fresh salads, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked fish, the quality is high and very satisfying. TOGO drinks are OK, and from 7:00 to 9:00, the lounge is available for free (just the space), allowing for an elegant morning time. I want to stay again.

    Great value for money!

    I stayed for a night to watch a play in Ginza. Hotels in the Ginza area have become quite expensive recently, so I searched for accommodations in this area. The room I stayed in had an unexpectedly great view of the Shinjuku skyline. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The price, including breakfast, was very satisfying. There were several nearby subway stations, but I found Kojimachi Station to be the most convenient and accessible. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    The trouser press, which was previously available in each Room, has been removed and is now available for rental at the front desk. While this change is understandable given the evolving business styles, there are clearly not enough units available for rental. It is estimated that there may be fewer than 10 units. We sincerely hope for an increase in their availability.

    Considering the current Hotel prices in Tokyo, I think the cost performance is good. Also, the operation is by Rihga Royal, so it's good. Above all, the location is excellent.
