    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed in a single room (No Meals Included). It was clean and had everything I needed. The unit bath was a bit small and old, but it was clean so it didn’t bother me. There’s a convenience store right in front, and there’s also Starbucks and Seijo Ishii downstairs at Akapuri. I’d like to stay again.

    For inspection purposes.

    I chose a nearby Hotel and arrived the day before for an inspection. It’s a bit dated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since it was Sunday night, I couldn’t dine inside the Hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. The front desk follows a modern Hotel style with minimal staff interaction. Unusually for a Hotel in this price range, there is flat parking available (2,000 yen). This is helpful if you have a large vehicle. (However, spaces are limited.) Breakfast was buffet-style with both Japanese and Western options, which was nice. Overall, I think it’s a great value Hotel. I will stay again.

    A Comfortable Stay

    Stayed in early August for two people. Although interaction with the front desk staff was minimal, we were able to stay very comfortably. It’s close to the station, so it seems convenient for both sightseeing and business. The parking lot has plenty of space, so you can park without worrying too much about door dings. The only downside is that the parking system is a bit cumbersome and requires cash payment. It also seems reasonably priced even for solo travelers, so I’d like to consider it again as an Accommodation option if I have the chance.

    Japanese-Style Room Use

    We chose a Japanese-style room for our family stay. The room was well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. As it was on the top floor, the night view was beautiful. We would like to stay here again next time.

    My strongest impression was how wonderful the front desk staff were.

    I noticed the self-service machines for check-in and check-out, so I tried doing it myself, but the front desk staff still greeted me in a way that made them feel like wonderful Hotel professionals. The Room Wi-Fi was very weak and was hardly usable. The TV was a standard one, and the remote did not have YouTube or Netflix buttons. It is in a quiet location with a great view, and I felt the price was reasonable.

    Convenient location and kind, attentive service

    Conveniently located for the area. Kojimachi Station (Yurakucho Line), Akasaka-mitsuke Station (Marunouchi and Ginza Lines), and a bus stop are right in front. JR Yotsuya Station is within walking distance, and Nagatacho Station on the subway is also nearby. It’s rare to find a place like this. Unlike before, check-in is now self-service, but the instructions were kind and easy to follow, so I felt at ease. All of the staff here are always kind and courteous.

    A safe and reliable Hotel.

    This is my regular Accommodation whenever I stay in Tokyo. As shown on the access map on the website, the nearest exit at Nagatacho Station has stairs, but there are also escalators and elevators further ahead. The bus stop toward Shimbashi and Otakibashi is right in front, which is very convenient. Housekeeping and staff service are consistently excellent, making every stay comfortable.

    Stay the night before work

    I stayed here because I had an early shift the next morning, and I used to live nearby so I knew the area well. The room had been nicely renovated, and I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was available from early in the morning, which was great. It can’t be helped, but the price has gone up quite a lot compared with before, so it’s disappointing that it’s no longer an easy place to stay casually. Still, I would stay again if I have the chance.

    I have been staying ...

    I have been staying here for about 25 years. While aging and wear of the Facility are unavoidable, the cleaning is thorough and everything is kept clean, so I had a comfortable stay. We stayed as a couple in two single Rooms, which helped us save time for bathing and other routines. I was a bit bothered because I could often hear sneezes and noises from next door, but thinking of it as family noise, I was still able to sleep. Considering the price, the breakfast is appropriate for what you pay. Thank you very much.

    My First Stay That Warmed My Heart

    This was my first stay, but it has become one of my favorite Accommodations. The view from the window was wonderful. It was also convenient to be able to heat up food we bought in the microwave on the first floor. The Room was spacious and had a large full-length mirror, which made it easy to get dressed in a kimono. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Quiet and very convenient location

    Stayed to explore Tokyo's illuminations with my mother. Chose this accommodation as it included breakfast, was on the top floor, and had a reasonable accommodation fee. Both Nagatacho Station and Kojimachi Station are about the same distance away, and the area feels quieter compared to Akasaka-Mitsuke. The room was spacious and relaxing. Checked in at 3 PM, rested in the room for a bit, then went out to enjoy several illuminated spots before returning to the room at night. The location was perfect for our plans! Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options—not an extensive variety but each dish was delicious, as expected from a Rihga Royal Hotel group property. There were many international guests with families enjoying their stay; desserts like ohagi (sweet rice balls) and taiyaki (fish-shaped cakes) were available too. At check-in, the front desk staff kindly explained that new app points could be used for souvenirs. I paid a little extra to purchase two hotel curries as gifts—such thoughtful guidance! Would love to stay here again!

    Challenges in Customer Loyalty

    The deterioration of hospitality due to the aging Facility needs to be compensated by the customer loyalty of the RIHGA Royal Hotel brand, otherwise, repeat visits may be difficult. The front desk service and the uncleanliness of the restroom and bathroom floors made it uncomfortable even to take a shower.

    A Hotel with an excellent balance of location, comfort, and price.

    About a 3-minute walk from Nagatacho Station exit. Located in an impressive high-rise building. While it doesn't have the luxuriousness of a luxury hotel, it has a clean and efficient urban feel. The room was new, simple, and clean. Breakfast was delicious with standard buffet options, though there were limited fresh fruit selections. One minor inconvenience was the difficulty in locating the hotel elevator; clearer directions such as "The hotel elevator is this way" during check-in would be helpful. Other than that, everything was smooth, and this accommodation offers a convenient location for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.

    Convenient Location

    The environment is pleasant and allows for a relaxing stay. There are also many wonderful restaurants nearby, which I enjoyed again this time. The breakfast buffet was not too crowded and offered a wide variety of dishes, which was great. Transportation access is convenient; however, since accessing Nagatacho Station involves stairs (as I learned from my previous visit), I opted for a bag instead of a suitcase this time. Aside from that minor inconvenience, I was generally very satisfied with my stay.

    Both coffee machines...

    Both coffee machines in the breakfast area displayed a message indicating that the coffee grounds needed to be emptied, but they were left unattended, resulting in very poor-quality coffee. After informing the staff, they finally cleaned the machines, and I tried a fresh cup of coffee, but it still wasn’t good (perhaps due to the beans). The bathroom door lock was broken and could not be secured. The location was quiet and pleasant, but I am unsure if I would stay here again.

    Excellent location

    Within walking distance from JR Yotsuya Station and close to Akasaka-Mitsuke Subway Station, making it an ideal location. This time, I stayed in a room on the Shinjuku side. The Shinjuku side was also great, and I could even see Mount Fuji. The staff were all kind and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious without any issues. This accommodation is extremely convenient.

    First of all, we appreciate the reasonable pricing despite the excellent location. The Hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. We are delighted to have found such a great Hotel.

    I stayed here during a conference at the Tokyo International Forum. Hotels in Tokyo have become more expensive recently, but this one had decent access to the venue and didn’t feel overly pricey. The service was better than I expected.

    It was good.

    It was generally good. The soundproofing is solid, and I have no particular complaints. However, it might be a bit challenging to walk with a suitcase as it's slightly far from the subway.

    A Hotel with high inbound demand near Nagatacho.

    You may experience a wait at the counter during check-in, even when there are few other guests, as the reception staff's attention can be unfocused. The Facility is not new, and areas like the bathtub are narrow. However, it is a convenient Hotel to use if the price suits you, given its proximity to Nagatacho.

    Convenient for a stay in Tokyo.

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit the National Stadium. It was within walking distance to Yotsuya Station, making it very accessible. The room itself felt like a standard business hotel, and I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms, so I had a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the hotel staff was quite average and didn't feel particularly attentive. Perhaps my expectations were too high because it is part of the RIHGA Royal group. That said, I did not have any unpleasant experiences and overall had a comfortable stay.

    Convenient Transportation Access

    The location near Akasaka Mitsuke is excellent. Due to the area, many local government officials can be seen. We provide hospitality that satisfies even local government officials. Although the facility has aged, the kind service of our staff makes you want to visit again. Thank you for your continued patronage.

    The bathtub drain is extremely poor.

    Because it was on the top floor, the view was great, and we could see the surrounding buildings and Tokyo Skytree! Since there are buildings beyond Chidorigafuchi Park and the Imperial Palace, they felt far away, so we didn’t worry about being seen at all. The Room was clean and compact. It was just right. It also had good access to major facilities, so I would highly recommend it, but↓↓ [Disappointing points] The bathtub drainage was critically poor. As soon as I turned on the shower, the water quickly built up to about 1.5 cm deep, and eventually it rose to around ankle level. I had no choice but to wash my feet in an awkward, almost acrobatic position before getting out, and I kept wondering if something could be done about it. If there is any workaround or improvement measure, I would have liked to be informed in advance at the front desk.
