  The Room was simple ...

  The Room was simple yet sufficient. The access from the station was convenient, and I had a comfortable Hotel stay.

  The Hotel felt a bit...

  The Hotel felt a bit old but was spacious and comfortable. The amenities and Facilities were satisfactory. Breakfast was served at the adjacent café, where a set breakfast was available for 540 yen. However, I was surprised by how dry the salad vegetables were. It had been a long time since I encountered such poor quality, which left me quite shocked. Regardless of the low price, this aspect should be improved.

  I would like to use it again.

  I used the ladies' room, and it felt like attention was paid to every detail in the room. I was glad to be able to reserve this room at a low price. The chair with rollers in the room was convenient. I was able to do a skin treatment, and my skin felt moisturized. Access from the second floor of Shin-Yokohama Station was also very convenient.

  The staff's service is perfect.

  All the front staff are kind and very pleasant. They had already delivered the sent luggage and iron to the Room in advance, and brought the cart to the Room. Recently, there are fewer Hotels that go this far. I recognize it as a valuable Hotel. Thank you for your continued support.

  For business use.

  I was able to relax in a spacious Room with a sense of cleanliness. The amenities are picked up at the lobby, which is efficient. There was also a charger in the Room, which was helpful. The hairdryer was from Salonia and dried quickly. The front desk staff were all kind and courteous, and the morning service at the coffee shop on the first floor was good, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

  Convenient and comfortable.

  Conveniently located within walking distance from Shin-Yokohama Station. With convenience stores and restaurants nearby, I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience! The amenities are well-equipped, and the front desk staff were discreetly attentive, making my stay satisfying!
