    I stayed here for a live concert at Yokohama Arena.

    It was very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to Yokohama Arena. Breakfast was served at an Italian restaurant, so we could enjoy both Japanese and Italian dishes. It was quiet and relaxing.

    Highly satisfied!

    I stayed here for two days for an event at Yokohama Arena. Being located on the way from the station to the arena—and being able to return to my Room immediately after the show—was an irreplaceable advantage. I also really appreciated the check-in and check-out times, which allowed me to rest until the last minute. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the Room was comfortable. I wasn’t especially impressed by breakfast, but it was tasty. If I have a similar opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I would like a lamp.

    I often stay at this clean and pleasant Hotel, but the Room does not have a bedside lamp or desk lamp. The ceiling light is extremely bright and cannot be dimmed, which is difficult when returning tired. With only the entrance light, it’s hard to see what you’re doing. At the very least, I would like a simple desk lamp to be provided. Also, amenities do not include toner or lotion, so you need to bring your own.

    Yokohama Trip

    I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Shin-Yokohama for sightseeing in Yokohama. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the front desk kindly stored my luggage when I arrived early. It’s close to the station, and there’s a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, which was very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Shin-Yokohama.

    We stayed here after our daughter’s wedding.

    I made a Reservation for my daughter and her husband to stay after their wedding. They thanked us for the spacious, relaxing Room, which was perfect after the ceremony. They also said they could stretch out in the bath and felt refreshed. They appreciated the 11:00 checkout as well, which allowed them to take it easy. Thank you very much.

    The bedding was comfortable.

    I made a Reservation for a live show at the arena. I was happy to see illustrations of the band displayed at the front desk. I usually have trouble sleeping in a Hotel bed when traveling for business, but the bedding at Daiwa Roynet Hotel suited me well and I slept soundly. Since the breakfast venue was no longer available, I appreciated receiving a discount on the cost. If I go to Yokohama Arena again, I will stay here again.

    Close to Yokohama Arena, affordable, and smoking allowed—nothing more to ask for. Truly appreciated. The Room was clean with no tobacco smell and very tidy. The front desk staff had wonderful smiles :) I hope to stay again next year, so please don’t remove the smoking rooms (a heartfelt request).

    I was very satisfied.

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. For the past six years, I have stayed at other hotels during the year-end, but from next year, I would like to stay here. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and spacious, and all amenities were convenient to use. It would have been perfect if there had been a smaller towel. The front desk staff always greeted me warmly when coming in and out, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere! Looking forward to staying again!

    After finishing my errands in Tokyo, I stayed at a Hotel in Shin-Yokohama for its convenient access to the Shinkansen early the next morning. I arrived late at night and checked in using a machine, but before that, the front desk staff warmly greeted me with a smile. They had prepared amenities in advance, saying they had reduced them recently, and handed me a small bag containing essentials. Inside were various items like coffee and tea, which touched me with their thoughtfulness. The Room was spacious and clean, allowing me to relax despite the short stay. The next morning, after completing check-out via machine, even though it was early and there were other guests around, the front desk staff cheerfully sent me off with a smile saying "Have a nice day." While automation is advancing, what leaves the strongest impression on me about any Hotel is not just its Facility but how its staff treats guests. Though my stay was brief, I felt this Hotel's excellence through the heartfelt service of its staff during those moments and would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The front desk staff's warm smiles will ease your fatigue.

    I teach leadership and communication as a lecturer, but I wonder who conducts the staff training at this Hotel and how it is carried out. I believe it must be taught by excellent instructors or supervisors. Thank you always for providing top-notch service.

    Reliable Daiwa Roynet

    For PGA golf viewing, I was deciding whether to stay in Shin-Yokohama or Yokohama and ended up choosing Shin-Yokohama to leave my luggage in a coin locker there. For sightseeing, Yokohama might be better, but for convenience near the station, Shin-Yokohama is ideal. Among accommodations, Daiwa Roynet offers a sense of reliability and I’ve used it several times in various locations. The rooms are spacious, the bathtubs are large, and amenities include bath salts as well as coffee and plum kelp tea—small touches that feel nice. The environment is excellent too. There are many restaurants nearby including family restaurants and a convenience store right in front. It seems like a supermarket has also opened nearby. The breakfast at the café on the first floor looked delicious (though I couldn’t try it due to an early departure). I’d love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    A consistently well-managed accommodation.

    I always stay here when attending concerts. Great value for money, clean facilities, and a safe place to stay. However, it's a bit disappointing that the front desk service feels more impersonal compared to before, possibly due to the automated check-in system. It used to feel a bit more welcoming.

    Good accommodation near Shin-Yokohama Station

    Close to Shin-Yokohama Station, with convenient access to Yokohama Arena and Nissan Stadium. The relatively reasonable price was also a plus. Amenities were sufficient (especially appreciated the bath tablets), and the staff's polite service and hospitality were impressive. The Room did not feel small, and above all, the wide bed made for a very comfortable stay.

    Close to Shin-Yokohama Station, the Room was just the right size and very comfortable. The self-service style for amenities and coffee, allowing you to take only what you need, was also a nice touch.

    Late check-in and early check-out, but the Facility was clean, the bed was spacious, and very comfortable to sleep on. It would be great if lotion and moisturizer could be included in the amenities. Thank you for considering this.

    I stayed for a live concert at Yokohama Arena, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was very convenient as it is close to Shin-Yokohama Station and right next to Yokohama Arena.     Due to a fire along the train line, the Shinkansen was delayed, and I urgently made a reservation at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was very cheerful, ensuring a pleasant hotel stay. The drip coffee provided was delicious, and I was especially delighted to find bath additives like "Bub." Despite the sudden accommodation need, I felt comfortable and secure during my stay.     A Long-Awaited Stay

    As the title suggests, I stayed here again after a long time. During my previous stay, I felt that the Facility was showing its age. However, the friendliness of the staff left a lasting impression, so I decided to stay again. The Room's interior has been renovated, and I am satisfied with it. However, the sleepwear had a slight odor; I hope it will be replaced after several years of use.

    Enjoy Your Solo Time

    I stayed here for an event. It’s very convenient as it’s close to Yokohama Arena. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the Hotel also has an attached café. They even offer ReFa hair dryers for rent, which is fantastic. It would be even better if decaffeinated coffee was available in the self-service area. I’d love to stay here again!

    Close to Yokohama Arena

    I went to a concert at Yokohama Arena, and the Hotel was very close, allowing me to return and relax during the waiting time. The staff's gentle service was also pleasant. The Room with a semi-double bed was very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again next time!

    Thank you for hosting us for two days.

    Originally planned for a one-night stay, but decided to make a last-minute reservation for the previous night, resulting in a Multiple Night Stay. There was a Room change involved, but the staff kindly moved my luggage to the second day's Room in advance, which was very helpful as I returned to the Hotel late. However, regarding the second day's Room, the information on IKYU.com at the time of Reservation indicated that it had separate bath and toilet facilities. I specifically chose this Room based on that condition, but it turned out to be different from what was listed. This was disappointing. I would appreciate accurate information being provided in future listings. I occasionally use Daiwa Roynet Hotels at other locations as well and like that many of their Rooms have separate bath and toilet facilities. I plan to continue using them where such Rooms are available. The Room itself was spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much!

    Your Go-To Accommodation!!

    I stayed here for a live event trip. It was raining, and the ground was slippery. While struggling to put my folding umbrella into the plastic bag provided at the entrance with my hands full of luggage, a cleaning staff member kindly helped me by taking out and opening the bag for me. When I arrived early and asked the front desk staff if I could check in early, they responded very politely and kindly. At the counter, there was a welcome board related to the live event I was attending, which was lovely. I felt so happy that I asked if I could take a photo of it, and they cheerfully said "Of course" with a smile. The amenity bar had drip coffee available, which made me very happy as a coffee lover—I enjoyed several cups! There were also bath salts available, allowing me to relax in the bathtub—a wonderful touch. Although it was an event trip, I forgot to bring my charger; thankfully there was one provided in my room—it really saved me! The hotel is conveniently located near the live venue as well. The staff members were excellent; both their service and my room were fantastic! Although I can only visit Yokohama a few times each year, I've decided to make this accommodation my go-to place from now on! Until last year, I used to stay at another nearby hotel that is slightly more expensive; however, this hotel's reasonable pricing combined with its high quality left me completely satisfied. Honestly speaking (and jokingly), I'm worried that writing this review might make it harder for me to book next time due to its popularity—but it's truly an amazing accommodation that I'd highly recommend. Thank you so much—I look forward to staying here again next year!

    The check-in process might feel a bit unclear!

    Upon check-in, we first had a face-to-face conversation, but then were required to check in again at the nearby self-check-in machine, which printed out breakfast tickets and other items. It would have been more convenient if everything was handled during the initial interaction. A bit redundant! However, this might be a step towards full automation in the future. Everyone greeted us warmly, and the Facility is new and very clean. Breakfast on the first floor opens after 6 AM, which was great. The meal selection was slightly limited, but we bought some extras from the convenience store next door and enjoyed them in our Room—very satisfying overall. The location is also close to the station!

    Comfortable Hotel Near Yokohama Arena

    I made a reservation through IKYU and stayed at the accommodation, and I was pleased with the relatively reasonable price. The amenities were sufficient, the staff's service was polite, and I was impressed by their hospitality. The room felt spacious, and although there were some signs of age, it had a large TV which made my stay comfortable. Being close to Yokohama Arena, it seems convenient for those attending live events.
