    It was good.

    We stayed as a couple. The room was a corner double, but it was sufficient just for sleeping. The room was clean, and the toilet and bath felt spacious for a unit bath. Hirome Market and Kochi Castle are within walking distance, and there are many convenience stores and shops along the way. Being in the downtown area, there are many bars, and you might hear voices from outside at night, but it was within an acceptable range. We enjoyed eating and drinking a lot at Hirome Market for the first time as a couple. The next day, we left early for Kagawa Prefecture, so we didn't have the hotel breakfast, but when we left the hotel, there was a nice smell of seared bonito.

    It felt like a hospital bathroom.

    I wanted a spacious Room, so I paid extra, but it turned out to be disappointing. The Room itself was fine, but the bathroom was designed for people who need assistance, like a nursing care bathroom! It felt like being in a hospital, and it made me really sad. It seems to be the only Room of its kind, but I ended up with it. Is it assigned randomly?? If so, I wish they had informed me from the beginning so I could have chosen a different Room. My trip to Kochi ended up being a sad experience.

    You can always enjoy...

    You can always enjoy a pleasant stay. The amenities are well-equipped, and I was particularly pleased with the availability of packs, allowing for a relaxing experience. The extra bath towel provided was just the right height to use as a pillow, and the blanket was much appreciated. I would love to stay again.

    Located in a place that is fine even in the rain.

    It was great because it was close to Kochi city, making it easy to go anywhere. We stayed as a family of three, but unfortunately, one of the sheets was stained. The washbasin was large, and it was nice to have the ReFa series available. It was a bit expensive since it was a Saturday, but it's understandable given the good location.

    Very good Hotel

    The front desk staff was very kind and helpful regarding amenities and parking when I arrived, and they were also very accommodating both at night and in the morning. Thank you very much. The Hotel is in a very convenient location (Hirome Market, Kochi Castle, Harimaya Bridge, and of course, convenience stores are also nearby). The bed was firm, the bath was large, and it was comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, when I peeked into the restaurant in the morning, it looked delicious and there was also katsuo no tataki. I definitely want to try it next time.

    Almost completely satisfied!

    It is very convenient for city sightseeing such as Kochi Castle and Hirome Market, and since it is in the shopping district, there are many convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making the location very good. However, the noise from people outside at night was a bit disturbing, and I ended up a little sleep-deprived. It was unfortunate that there was no service for bottled water, there was a feeling of neglect in cleaning as there was hair in the unit bath, and the pillow did not suit me. However, the amenity bar near the front desk was the most well-stocked of any Hotel I have stayed at, offering not only ladies' basic cosmetics but also face masks, bath additives, comfortable body towels, and even coffee drip packs from Art Coffee's "Standard Coffee." These little touches of hospitality were nice, and the Refa hair dryer was a delight for women. Also, the handmade neighborhood map casually placed near the amenity bar (with recommended restaurants and convenience store locations) was a very nice touch of hospitality.

    No umbrella needed on rainy days.

    I stayed for the first time. After relaxing for about an hour after check-in, I went outside and it was raining heavily. Located in a shopping street, the bus stop is nearby, and I didn't need an umbrella to go to Hirome Market. I liked the texture of the sheets, but the two types of pillows were too soft for me. It might have been nice if there was a spare bath towel to use as a substitute. The breakfast venue was crowded; it was displayed as vacant when I went, but it was almost full. During my time in the room, there were no noises and I could relax comfortably. I would like to use this Property again when visiting Kochi (Kōchi).

    I stayed at a discounted rate on a weekday, and the breakfast was delicious, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Hirome Market and the castle. The downside was that when I arrived by car, I temporarily parked at the back of the hotel, but a large truck was parked there, blocking the hotel sign, which made me circle around three times. I wish there were clearer signs or guidance.
