  I had a pleasant stay. The self check-in and check-out machine was a bit difficult to understand (partly because I wasn't used to it), but the staff's response was kind.

  The location was also good.

  It was very convenient as it was close to Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall. It was nice to be able to choose the room cleaning during the Multiple Night Stay. The convenience store was also very close, which was great. I would like to stay again when I visit Fukuoka.

  Great location, excellent service.

  I used a Hotel from the Richmond Group for the first time, and the service was customer-oriented, offering high flexibility and freedom during my stay, making it a very pleasant experience. The location is also close to tourist attractions and easy to find. I would definitely like to use a Hotel from the Richmond Group again.

  Thank you for your hospitality. The subway was nearby and convenient. The Room was clean, and the amenities were good. I was happy to have a pack as well. Breakfast was enjoyable with local ingredients and traditional dishes. Being able to drink a whole grapefruit juice was delicious and visually appealing. Thank you very much.
