    I’d like to stay here again.

    I stayed for one night on business. Some of the furnishings were a bit old, but everything was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. It’s close to the station, which is very convenient. The entire Hotel was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to rest well. I’d like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Just a place to sleep. If that’s all you need, you can put up with it. If you’re sensitive to odors or dirt, it may be stressful.

    I was also working remotely during my stay, and I truly appreciate your consideration regarding the cleaning schedule. The Room layout was ideal for remote work as well. Also, some Business Hotels recently have very small closets, but yours had ample space and was perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

    We stayed overnight before my daughter’s entrance exam. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. It was also conveniently located within a short walk to Tenjin-Minami Station. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    I stayed at the accommodation for an event, and it was very convenient as it was close to the subway exit and a convenience store. There was also an escalator to the ground level, making it easy even with a suitcase. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, with a large desk, which I found very satisfying. The only downside was a slight odor from the drain in the bathroom.

    Spotlessly clean! Delicious meals!

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated being able to choose the cleaning Plan (whether or not cleaning staff would enter the room). As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, the only minor issue I noticed was some dust on the bathroom ventilation fan. While it might not bother most people, I informed the front desk just in case, and they promptly addressed it. Thanks to their quick response, my stay remained pleasant. The breakfast was also very delicious. Since I stayed for multiple nights, the staff remembered me and kindly greeted me each morning. I enjoyed local specialties like mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and miso soup with flying fish broth unique to Fukuoka. It was also nice to know that if you couldn't have breakfast, you could exchange it for a cake and coffee set instead. Richmond Hotel has two locations in Tenjin; while I considered staying at Nishidori's newer location, it exceeded my budget so I chose Fukuoka Tenjin instead. In hindsight, this hotel was clean enough and met all my expectations—I'm glad with my choice. I look forward to choosing Richmond Hotel again when traveling to other areas as well. Thank you very much!

    Room Facilities

    Thank you for accommodating us on October 25th and 26th. The location was very convenient, making it easy to go out. However, I noticed that the Accommodation Fee has increased significantly compared to before. Additionally, I felt that the facilities in the guest room are becoming outdated. As a well-known Hotel with locations across the whole country, I understand that investing in new facilities can be challenging. However, other Hotels seem to be replacing their facilities with newer ones regularly. Personally, I like Richmond and often use your accommodations in various locations. I look forward to seeing new facilities being introduced gradually in the future. Thank you again for your hospitality!

    Convenient Access

    I stayed in a Corner Double Room for two nights. The hotel offers excellent transportation access, being within a 5-minute walk to Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line. It is also conveniently connected to Nishitetsu Tenjin Station, the bus terminal, and the Airport Subway Line via an underground walkway, making it stress-free even during hot summer days or rainy weather. Fukuoka's extensive Nishitetsu bus network is particularly convenient for traveling to other regional cities. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant stay. Noise from surrounding rooms was not an issue, and I had a comfortable experience overall. I would consider staying here again when visiting Hakata.

    First-time Use

    This was my first time using the service. From the moment I went to drop off my luggage at the Hotel in the morning, the staff's excellent service allowed me to start my day feeling great. The other staff members were also wonderful. Thank you very much.

    Clean and spacious Room

    10 years ago, I stayed at a Richmond Hotel in another prefecture for two years during business trips. It was excellent, so I chose Richmond again for this trip to Fukuoka. As expected, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable, and my wife was also satisfied. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    Accommodation in Tenjin After a Long Time

    I stayed in the Tenjin area for the first time in a while (I usually stay near Hakata Station). The hotel rates were reasonable, and the staff's hospitality was excellent, making me consider staying here again. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Nakasu (around 3 minutes to central Tenjin), and along the way to Nakasu, there are many shops I love, including my favorite mentaiko shop and a live squid restaurant. The location is perfect. Next time, I’d like to explore dining spots around Tenjin, Imaizumi, Yakuin, and Daimyo. By the way, my favorite mentaiko shop is Fukutaro.

    Breakfast and soundproofing were disappointing.

    I was drawn to the quality of Richmond Hotel and made a Reservation. The Facility was clean, and the amenities were well-stocked with Richmond Hotel's lineup, which provided a sense of security. However, it was disappointing that the entrance door seemed thin, as conversations in the hallway and door-opening sounds were clearly audible. The highly-praised breakfast also had a limited variety, especially with few salad options, which was disappointing for a Richmond Hotel chain.

    Simple and good.

    Ideal for business use. The Facility and amenities are not extensive, but it is simple and efficient. The front desk service was very polite. Personally, I loved the excellent location—just about a 1-minute walk from the Tenjin Underground Mall exit at "Tenjin-Minami Station," making transportation very convenient. Being in the central area with Daimaru, Mitsukoshi, convenience stores, drugstores, and many restaurants nearby ensures a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

    Convenient, good service, concerns about plumbing

    Conveniently located near Tenjin-Minami Station and with easy access to the Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall, this is a great spot for sightseeing. The Hotel itself is a standard Business Hotel. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an issue with the bathroom. After filling the bathtub and draining it, water flooded the bathroom floor. Already in my sleepwear, I contacted the front desk for assistance. Although I was initially concerned about who might come to help, a prompt and efficient female staff member arrived, explained that there was a slight misalignment in the drainage pipe, and cleaned up thoroughly. However, the next morning after taking a shower and preparing to leave for the day, I noticed that while not as severe as before, water had again flooded part of the bathroom floor. Assuming housekeeping would address it during their routine cleaning (including towel replacement), I left without reporting it again. Upon returning at night though, while fresh towels were provided, no further cleaning had been done on the wet floor. I called reception once more for assistance; another efficient female staff member promptly addressed it again. Despite their helpfulness both times though—having recurring plumbing issues over consecutive days was disappointing. Additionally—whether due to local climate conditions or other factors—the Room felt unusually humid throughout my stay (even though weather outside remained sunny). Both air quality inside along with bedding seemed damp which added discomfort despite otherwise favorable external conditions over those three days spent here!

    The location and service are both highly satisfying.

    Close to the underground mall exit, making it convenient on rainy or sunny days. The Room was spacious and clean, but there was a smell of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. I brought my own amenities as cleansing products and toothbrushes were not listed, but they provided not only a toothbrush but also cleansing products, face wash, and even sheet masks. The staff offered excellent service, making for a pleasant stay.

    There is trash in the guest room.

    The upgrade and the staff’s cheerful greeting were nice, but there was a discarded snack wrapper left by the previous guest in the room, suggesting it had not been cleaned. There was also dirt on the floor, and it did not appear to have been cleaned. I do not recommend this Accommodation for those seeking a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at this hot...

    I stayed at this hotel near Tenjin during my long-awaited trip. It was conveniently located, just a short walk from the station. I was able to book a great plan at the last minute and enjoyed a comfortable sleep on the spacious bed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service when I left my luggage in advance. I would love to stay here again if I visit Fukuoka in the future. Thank you very much!

    A Long-Awaited Visit to Hakata

    I had plans to visit Kokura the next day, so I arrived in Hakata the day before. On the check-in day, I took a taxi from the airport as I had luggage and a companion, but both the subway station and Nishitetsu Tenjin Station were conveniently nearby. Recently, hotels have become more digitalized, allowing for check-in and check-out via screen operations, which felt more convenient with less time wasted compared to before. There was a water dispenser in a corner of the lobby that I didn’t notice initially. Since there was no water provided in the Room either, I ended up buying some on my way back from dinner only to discover the dispenser afterward. While water is inexpensive, it would be helpful if there were some explanation about the water dispenser.

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station, with a parking lot attended by staff for secure parking. The room was clean, and the staff were courteous. Having bath salts as an amenity was a nice touch. I would love to stay again.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time in Fukuoka, but I felt comfortable staying here. It’s a 10-minute walk from Tenjin Station, but being on the main street and walking past nearby Mitsukoshi and the beautiful underground mall made it feel shorter. There are convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby, and food stalls appeared on the main street across from the Hotel at night. While it’s not a new Hotel, there is always staff at the front desk near the entrance, making it a very nice Hotel overall.

    There were no particularly noteworthy points, but I had no complaints or discomfort during my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was Japanese-style and featured local specialties. The location is close to the downtown area, making it convenient for getting around.

    Great location, breakfast exceeded expectations.

    It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Tenjin Station, but the time passed quickly while browsing the underground shops. Among several options, I chose this Hotel for its convenient location and my positive experiences with other Richmond Hotels. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The amenities were available at the front desk, the bed was comfortable, and there was no noise (perhaps thanks to reserving a corner Room). The staff at check-in were very accommodating; after consulting them about something before going out, I was reassured to find that my request had been smoothly communicated among the front desk team. For breakfast, since I couldn't secure a Reservation at some popular external restaurants nearby, I decided to dine here instead—and it exceeded expectations! It's rare these days to find a breakfast buffet around ¥2,500 where they make omelets fresh upon order. The Japanese-style dashi-flavored omelet was delicious. As expected from a Royal Group Hotel, their freshly made pancakes were also outstandingly good. While the variety of dishes is somewhat limited compared to larger buffets, there’s a satisfying selection of Japanese cuisine options. Additionally, having apples among the fruits was a pleasant surprise (especially since they've become quite expensive lately). For those planning on having breakfast here, checking out their Instagram page for popular breakfast rankings might be helpful—though even items not ranked were delightful. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Fukuoka!

    Conveniently located, newly built, and clean Hotel

    Stayed during a first trip to Fukuoka with my father in his 80s. The location is very convenient, being close to Nishitetsu Tenjin and Tenjin-Minami stations. Amenities are self-service from the lobby, and the Room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent, featuring Fukuoka specialties such as Tai Chazuke, Fukuyama Mentaiko, Chikuzen-ni, Mizutaki, and the standout Java Curry.
