    Good.

    The front desk staff were very pleasant. The amenities were plentiful, and while the convenience store wasn't exactly close, it was within an acceptable range. The Hotel seemed a bit old as there appeared to be some black mold around the bathroom faucet area. Also, the elevator to the second-floor restaurant took quite a while to arrive, so I ended up going down to the first floor first. That was a bit frustrating (probably because I was hungry!).

    I had a great night's sleep.

    Check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, this Hotel offered exceptional hospitality. The Room and bedding were odor-free, making it very comfortable, and although the bathroom was slightly old, it was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. The front desk staff were kind, ensuring a pleasant and secure stay.

    It was excellent.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service during check-in, which helped ease the fatigue from my long journey. I was surprised by the variety of amenities available. As someone who brushes their teeth often, I appreciated the mouthwash, and the bath additives were also a nice touch. The Room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff kindly carried my luggage without any hesitation, and I truly appreciated their assistance. However, one disappointing experience was during breakfast when I asked about trays. A male staff member gave an unhelpful explanation in a small voice that was hard to understand and then left without further clarification, which felt unfortunate. Still, I would like to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    I had a comfortable stay during my Multiple Night Stay.

    For this trip, I carefully considered the accommodation in Tokyo. The deciding factors were the convenience of access from Haneda Airport, proximity to Ikebukuro Station (the departure point for the Hato Bus Tour), and the fact that the nearest station was on the Yamanote Line. Additionally, there was an attractive multiple night stay plan with a discounted room charge. The check-in process was smooth using a QR code sent in advance. Meanwhile, my friend explored the amenity bar and was impressed by items like individually packaged shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes, as well as unique offerings like face masks and leave-in treatments. There was also a wide variety of beverages available. As a tea lover, I was delighted by their selection—especially their honey tea, which was absolutely delicious! The twin room had beds described as being close together, but they weren’t too tightly placed, so it didn’t feel cramped. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. However, one disappointing aspect was the bathroom. The bathtub drainage was very slow, causing water levels to rise during showers. I checked if something was clogging it but found no issues with the drain itself—it might be a problem with cleaning or maintenance of the pipes. Additionally, there was a large area of peeling paint on the bottom of the bathtub, which was unfortunate. That said, everything else about our stay was excellent. During check-out, I intended to use a terminal as I did at check-in, but a staff member promptly assisted me, allowing for a quick departure. The staff’s greetings such as “Welcome back!” and “Have a great day!” were always polite and clear, leaving a positive impression. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The worst Hotel I’ve stayed at in Tokyo.

    I had to go to Tokyo on short notice, so I made a same-day Reservation and stayed on the 4th floor. The next day, after finishing my plans outside and returning, I was truly shocked by the state of the cleaning. All the hair under the toilet was still there, and none of the dust on the floor had been cleaned at all. I will never stay at this Hotel again.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to go anywhere. The staff were very accommodating. The Room felt a bit dated but was clean. The only downside was that the bathroom ventilation seemed almost ineffective. Breakfast at Gusto offers a hearty option. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    The Hotel was conveniently located near Mejiro Station and was very nice. The Room was clean with separate bath and toilet. I was surprised it was on the first floor. I would like to stay here again when visiting Ikebukuro.

    Amenities and facilities fully equipped

    A very clean and comfortable Room. Above all, the amenities are excellent. There are hangers even in the bathroom, providing great convenience. I had a very pleasant stay. I have decided to stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, with a family restaurant on the second floor and a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient. Despite being located on a main street, it is surprisingly quiet. The unit bath has no steps, making it easy to use. A mobile phone charger is always available in the Room, which is very helpful. Lighting switches are located near the head of the bed for easy operation. Access to guest rooms requires a room card, ensuring strong security.

    I am a repeat guest.

    This is our third stay as a family since last summer. We always choose the Villa Twin because the bathroom is separate. While everything was great overall, there were a couple of concerns this time: the toilet lock didn’t work, and there was a strand of hair inside the kettle. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

    The Facility is old,...

    The Facility is old, but the front desk service was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay. It would be better if the refrigerator cooled more effectively. The welcome drink service was great, but having free water available would be helpful. The black stains on the bathroom tiles were a bit concerning, though understandable given the age of the Facility. The location is close to the station, and I would like to use it again.

    Comfortable

    The Room had tatami flooring, making it as relaxing as a Ryokan. It would have been even better with a large public bath, but the bathroom in the Room was spacious and nice. The showerhead and hairdryer were by ReFa. As a welcome drink, it was delightful to receive one free drink from Gusto's drink bar. The location was also excellent, and I would love to stay here again.

    I have stayed here several times, and it is conveniently located near the station. The Room was cleaned properly, but I noticed black mold under the towel rack and handrail in the bathroom (at eye level when entering). The front desk offers a wide variety of amenities, and when they saw me wearing glasses, they kindly handed me a glasses cleaning cloth, saying, "This is very popular with our guests." It worked wonderfully to clean my lenses. As I love Japanese tea, I enjoyed using plenty of it generously (most Hotels provide only one bag per person). I look forward to staying here again.

    It was our first time staying at this hotel as a family of three. We stayed in the Grace Double room for a multiple night stay of 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and across the street, there is a traditional Japanese confectionery shop (which we used with a reservation). The independent bathroom facilities, beauty-enhancing equipment, and the wide variety of amenities at the amenity bar made our stay highly satisfying. Additionally, we made several inquiries and requests during our stay, and almost without exception, the staff responded kindly and courteously for which we are deeply grateful. Our family (especially the women) has expressed their desire to choose this accommodation again for our next trip; however, given how excellent both value-for-money and content were this time around, we are slightly concerned about whether similar plans or prices will be available in the future. (This just goes to show how exceptional everything was.)

    Different from other Richmond Hotels.

    I have stayed at various Richmond Hotels, but this Hotel felt outdated in terms of its Facility. The lobby, Room interior, unit bath, and air conditioning all gave off a Showa-era vibe, making the age stand out compared to other Richmond Hotels—quite surprising and disappointing. However, the staff provided attentive service with dedication, so my lower score is solely based on the physical aspects.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I was not familiar with Mejiro, but I made a Reservation because it is close to the station and convenient even for late returns within the Yamanote Line. It was exactly as expected! The amenities were excellent, and I could relieve my travel fatigue in a bathtub filled with plenty of rose bath salts.

    Everything was excellent.

    At first, I was a bit hesitant about having a Room on the same floor as the front desk, but it was slightly separated and didn’t bother me at all. The location was great, amenities were well-equipped, and the Room was clean. The staff's service was excellent and made me feel at ease. I also appreciated that the hairdryer was from ReFa. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Tokyo!

    Tokyo Dome

    I found a reasonably priced Hotel near Tokyo Dome. The semi-basement Room was bright and spacious. At check-in, I didn’t notice anything unusual, but when I went to bed, I realized... the bed made creaking metallic noises every time I moved. Despite this, I tried to sleep, but the constant creaking kept me awake until morning. Breakfast was a buffet-style meal at Gusto, which was satisfying. The staff at Gusto were especially welcoming with their cheerful smiles and polite explanations in the morning, making it a pleasant experience.

    A Relaxing Hotel

    A few minutes' walk from Mejiro Station. At check-in, I received a welcome drink voucher, which can be exchanged for a drink at Gusto on the second floor. The Room is spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Amenities such as drip coffee and Japanese tea were available near the check-in counter. Despite being close to the station, it was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a comfortable stay.

    The option to extend checkout by an hour until 12 PM was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it an excellent base for exploring Tokyo. However, I was a bit concerned about the loose screws on the bathroom handle and shower holder. Additionally, the room wear pants were too short, which made them uncomfortable to wear. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the wide variety of drinks available and amenities like bath salts and hair oil. The staff's service was also excellent. I would recommend this place to friends and definitely plan to stay here again!

    The front desk provides polite service, and while the rooms are outdated, they are clean and comfortable. Amenities are at a standard level, available through self-service at the front desk. However, the ceiling inspection hatch in the bathroom was left open, which raised some concerns about dust or debris possibly entering.
