    I will use it again.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable for the price. I was very satisfied with the food, especially the sea bream chazuke with sea bream sashimi for a late-night snack. I wonder if it's too much to ask for a large public bath.

    This was my second stay. Great value for money, close to the station, cleanliness, and meals. Especially, the staff's greetings and smiles during breakfast were excellent, just like last time. I will definitely use this property again when staying in Utsunomiya. Thank you very much.

    We have upgraded your Room.

    Overall, it was comfortable. The quality of the towels was good, and the comforter was odor-free and comfortable, but disposable slippers would be preferable. The hairdryer was small and had weak airflow, which was disappointing. The complimentary sea bream rice soup was a nice touch. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    The size and cleanliness of the Room were very good. I have used various Hotels, but I am very satisfied. The Room was not very spacious, but it was very comfortable. If I have the opportunity to go to Utsunomiya, I will use it again.

    Good.

    Breakfast was served at the annex, and it was excellent. The staff were all kind and well-trained. It's also close to the station. I would like to use it again.

    I used it for a business trip this time. It was a single non-smoking Room, and it was a clean Room. The bed was large and had the right firmness, allowing for a good rest. The amenities at the front desk were also sufficient. The limited 100 servings of sea bream chazuke were just the right amount and seasoning, which was nice.

    I used it with my husband for a 2-day, 1-night stay. The location is excellent, right in front of the station, making it easy to access and perfect for exploring gyoza spots! Despite being near the station, the Room was very quiet, which was great. The cleaning was thorough, allowing us to stay with peace of mind.

    The noise from the upper floor is intense.

    I stayed on the 11th floor, and after entering the room, there was loud noise from the floor above, so I observed for a while. It didn't seem like the sound of people hitting the floor. When I contacted the front desk, it became quiet for about 30 minutes, but then the same thing happened again, so I contacted them again. There was no communication about what the cause was. I think the hotel probably knows... I wished for at least an explanation.

    The creaking of the floor is significant.

    There was no dissatisfaction with the size of the Room, but the creaking of the bathroom floor was intense, and I felt a considerable tilt, which was quite concerning. The staff was courteous, as they carried my luggage when I left it early.
