    We made a Reservatio...

    We made a Reservation for a triple Room for two adults, one high school student, and one elementary school child (Child Sharing Existing Bedding). The setup was two beds plus an extra bed, but the extra bed was placed between the twin beds, so all three beds were pushed together. Because there was a small table between the twins with a light and power outlets, the extra bed stuck out by that amount. We went to sleep worried that our child sharing the bed might fall into the gap, and our restless sleeper did end up falling. The Room photos in the details showed only the twin setup without an extra bed, so we did not expect another bed to be placed between them. The Room is spacious for a twin and is nice overall, but with three beds lined up and the middle one protruding, it may be difficult depending on the age of a child sharing existing bedding. The Hotel itself was clean and the staff were polite. For typical stays, it is close to the station and seems like a good Hotel.

    It’s very convenient as it’s just a short walk from the station. The Hotel is clean and well maintained, with a good selection of amenities. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Utsunomiya.

    Everyone, starting with the parking attendant, provided warm and welcoming service.

    The attentive staff made our stay very comfortable. While the Facility is not the newest, it is more than made up for by the warmth and hospitality of the people.

    It was wonderful.

    Everything was excellent. The Room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and we really enjoyed the complimentary ochazuke. Both the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff kindly helped us right away whenever we needed assistance. Our first trip to Tochigi became a wonderful memory. We would love to stay here again when we visit Utsunomiya next time.

    Great location.

    The location was great—almost right in front of the station—and it was fun to stroll around at night. The late-night ochazuke we had was surprisingly delicious. It was a clean Hotel.

    Air Conditioning Issue

    Overall, it was a good Hotel, but the Room's air conditioning was not effective, making the Room cold even with the air conditioner on, and I couldn't sleep well. There was a message stating that it might take time for the air conditioning to work in the Room, but unfortunately, even after waiting, the temperature did not rise.

    The bathroom curtain has an odor...

    I stayed at this accommodation for the first time in a few months, but there was a slightly unpleasant damp smell coming from the bathroom curtain. This was not an issue when I stayed at the annex recently, so I wondered why it happened within the same chain. If room occupancy is high, it might be difficult to fully dry and clean everything within the turnover time. Perhaps you could consider preparing spare curtains and replacing them more frequently?

    Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store nearby. The Room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again when visiting Utsunomiya.

    Consistent Quality

    I have used this Facility multiple times. While the Facility is slightly dated, its location in front of Utsunomiya Station is extremely convenient, and the Hotel staff's service is satisfactory. When staying in Utsunomiya, I believe I will choose this place again. I also use Richmond Hotel for business trips, and their consistent quality wherever I go is truly impressive.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The location is convenient, being close to the station with many shops nearby. The amenities were well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly. Due to construction, breakfast was served at a partner hotel across the street, but it offered a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was that the view from the room only faced the hotel across the street.

    I stayed at a Business Hotel for the first time to enjoy a gyoza food tour in Utsunomiya, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast selection. The curry, in particular, is something I would love to have again.

    Stayed the night before golfing.

    I made the reservation because of its convenient location near the station. The parking staff, front desk staff, and breakfast venue staff were all polite and provided excellent service. The amenities and facilities are similar to a standard business hotel, but everything was very clean. Breakfast was abundant, and at the live kitchen, you can order Sano ramen or dumplings. The curry was also delicious, so I ended up eating too much. Highly recommended if you're staying with breakfast included!

    The breakfast select...

    The breakfast selection was abundant, and most of the meals I had were very delicious. Additionally, the staff at the breakfast venue provided courteous service and demonstrated excellent operations. However, I was very disappointed that although I had reserved a non-smoking room, I was initially guided to a room that did not have the usual cigarette smell but did have an odor of heated tobacco. When I contacted reception, they responded with a somewhat skeptical tone saying, "I think other rooms might be the same... but I'll come to check." When they came to check later, they did not enter the room for confirmation but instead immediately proposed moving me to another room from just outside the entrance. This felt like a lackluster hospitality response. I had plans afterward; however, resolving this issue took about 30 minutes which caused me to be late and left me feeling drained from this interaction. As a result, I couldn't go out that day. I went to bed thinking I'd never want to stay here again. However, because of how delicious breakfast was and how wonderful their service was in the morning, it made my disappointment even greater. Thank you for your assistance during my stay.

    Quiet location

    Quiet location The Room was relaxing and very nice. Breakfast was well-served and delicious. The large public bath and sauna were nearby, so I used those facilities.

    I checked in late and, as a kind gesture, my reservation for a smaller double bed room was upgraded to a more spacious twin room. First of all, thank you very much. Although I initially preferred the double bed when making the reservation and had no intention of complaining, I stayed in the Hollywood Twin as it offered more space despite the center seam. The room is not brand new and does show some signs of age, but it was sufficient for showering and sleeping (the Mikimoto toiletries were quite nice). The room was quiet, allowing me to rest comfortably. For breakfast, I used the annex dining area. Despite being unfamiliar with the setup, staff provided clear explanations. The meal included items like dumplings, Sano ramen, and French toast—considering the price point—it was delicious and satisfying. What impressed me most was during checkout when staff asked if I found the bed comfortable. Although I hadn’t complained or mentioned any issues about staying in a Hollywood Twin instead of a double bed during my stay, it seems this detail had been properly communicated among staff members. This level of attentiveness is commendable since many hotels might simply thank guests at checkout without addressing any concerns raised during their stay. The thoughtful follow-up on even minor details reflects excellent service quality. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay at this hotel or others within its group again.     It was a very good Hotel, but the service felt excessive. It's luxurious, I understand. A simple greeting is nice, but not everyone wants to talk in the morning. Just guiding to the seat would be sufficient.

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed here during a trip with my husband. The location is very convenient as it’s close to the station, making it easy to travel by train or bus. Since our trip was a "dumpling-eating journey," we chose a Plan without meals. The Room was clean, and the staff were very kind, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. I would definitely like to use this place again for our next trip!

    It was very good.

    Very close to Utsunomiya Station, the Room was clean and very quiet without hearing sounds from other rooms. The bed was comfortable, and amenities could be picked up near the front desk as needed, so there was no waste, and essentials like lotion and body towels were provided without having to bring them. I had the Western-style breakfast at the annex, and everything was delicious, especially the French toast, which was exquisite. Cups for taking out coffee were also available, and I enjoyed it in the Room. The bath is a unit bath, but it is spacious enough to stretch your legs. It was very good. I recommend it.

    Great location near the station

    I stayed for the purpose of Utsunomiya gyoza. It was better than expected, with the property being close to the station, and convenience stores and gyoza specialty shops nearby. Check-out can be extended if you become a member, so I was able to spend my time leisurely. If I had to say, it was a bit disappointing that the provided shampoo didn't suit me, and the bathroom ventilation seemed a bit lacking. I didn't use the dining service, so I would like to try it next time.
