    Front Desk

    The check-in process was very pleasant, with friendly and thorough explanations. Similarly, the check-out was handled with great care. Additionally, I used the parking facility, and the staff there were also kind and attentive. The Room's amenities were sufficient, including toiletries, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it feel like a high standard for this price range. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Minimum

    This was my second stay. Both times I arrived by car, and during my previous visit, I was allowed to park in the designated parking lot. However, this time, with the same vehicle, I was told it could not be parked due to a slight weight overage. Despite explaining that it had been allowed last time, they refused. I even spoke with the Hotel manager over the phone but received a firm "no." Instead, I was directed to park at a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Naturally, this cost more than double the usual fee. Since I made my Reservation after confirming that parking fees were within my company's budget policy, this caused significant inconvenience for me; however, they remained adamant in their refusal. While it's understandable if weight restrictions prevent parking in certain cases, allowing or denying based on staff discretion seems inconsistent and unfair. I ended up using a coin-operated parking lot as instructed but received no acknowledgment of this issue during check-in afterward. They completely ignored any discussion about compensating for the difference in parking costs. For those planning to arrive by car—be cautious! I will never stay here again.

    Hotel ideal for solo travelers

    I had to stay in Nagoya for the first time in a while due to some errands. Recently, hotel prices have been rising, but I was lucky to find this accommodation, which I had stayed at several times before and liked, at a reasonable price on a weekday. The room is spacious enough, and the bed is very comfortable. I have no complaints at all. It’s a bit of a walk from Nagoya Station, but I don’t mind walking. Located just before the Hilton Hotel. Highly recommended!

    Nayabashi Area - Could be a great choice!

    I was looking for a Hotel closer to Nagoya Station, but couldn't find one that felt right. I decided to make a Reservation here based on the good Reviews, and it was the perfect choice! The bed was spacious, the TV was large, and the Room had plenty of space to relax. I also appreciated the variety of bath additives available. There's a bus stop right in front of the Hotel where community buses also stop, making transportation convenient if used wisely. Additionally, there's a small commercial Facility next door that's great for tea or meals. The French toast at breakfast was stylish and delicious. The riverside illumination? It was beautiful too—Nayabashi might be worth considering!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here for the first time because parking was available. The room was clean, and the access from the station was very convenient.     Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

    Within walking distance to Nagoya Station and Sakae area, with many restaurants nearby, making it a favorite location. Convenient access for bus transportation. The Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

    It was a calm Hotel.

    The location might seem a bit inconvenient, as it's between the station and the bustling area, making it somewhat awkward for taxi use. However, with a city bus stop right in front of the entrance, it can be surprisingly convenient if utilized well. The Room is slightly dated but kept clean. A downside is the limited number of outlets in the Room. The staff's service is polite and attentive.

    The room was outdated, dusty, and dirty, with dim lighting throughout. The bathroom was small with black mold stains that were hard to ignore, making it feel far from modern. There were scratches and stains everywhere, and the double bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably. It was very disappointing. The female staff members were working hard and left a good impression, but unfortunately, the condition of the room made it impossible to relax or recover properly during my stay. I apologize for the harsh review but thank you nonetheless.

    Recently, with the rise in inbound tourism causing hotel prices to soar, this Hotel offered a reasonable price. The Room was clean and well-maintained, with no noise from neighboring rooms, and I experienced no inconveniences during my stay—it was very comfortable.

    I used it for the first time. The location is good, and the streets of Nayabashi are beautiful. At check-in, it was a busy time, so the process involved checking in at the counter and then paying at a machine, which made the operation somewhat lacking. The Room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. One thing that bothered me was that although the slippers were said to be washed rather than disposable, there was human hair on them, which was disappointing. For breakfast, you can choose your main dish while salads, side dishes, sweets, and drinks are served buffet-style; everything was very delicious. The berry vegetable juice, beef stew, and sweet potato were exquisite.

    I often use this place for business trips to Nagoya. It has all the amenities, breakfast, and in-room facilities I need. The parking lot is a bit far, but it's convenient to use. What concerned me this time was that I couldn't adjust the chair height as it was sunken. I was pleased to see salmon roe and mentaiko on the breakfast menu.

    I had used a Richmond Hotel in another region a long time ago and had a very good impression, so I decided to use it again for this business trip. Although the location was different, the Room was very clean and the Facility was well-equipped, just like my previous stay, and I was glad I chose it. The staff were polite and pleasant, and the smiles of the breakfast staff were particularly wonderful, allowing me to enjoy a very nice breakfast time with delicious food. Personally, I found the breakfast menu just right, with some slightly elaborate dishes that you don't find elsewhere, which made me happy.     We always use this Hotel as a couple, but this time we stayed with our daughter and two grandchildren. We had a lively and enjoyable time. We always request hitsumabushi for breakfast, and this time as well, since our daughter loves eel, everyone was very satisfied with the breakfast, and we plan to use this Hotel again next time.     The hangers in the bathroom were nice.

    I used it for the first time in a while. It was disappointing that there were no pancakes, but the breakfast with a half-buffet where you choose the main dish and take salad and other items yourself was as delicious as ever. I was able to hang the bath towel on the hanger in the bathroom, so I could use a dry towel for the morning shower, which was very nice. It's a thoughtful touch not found in other hotels. When I was lining up at the front desk to buy a breakfast ticket at night, a front desk staff who was not serving customers came out to ask about my needs. I was able to stay with a very happy feeling. It's a bit far from Nagoya Station, but it's a good hotel and I recommend it.

    The hotel does not have a coworking space or café, but the room features an office chair, bright lighting, wired internet access, and a spacious desk, making it ideal for those who want to work. Additionally, it is within walking distance from Nagoya Station (15–20 minutes) and close to a bus stop and Mega Don Quijote, offering a convenient location. Meals are served as a half-buffet; however, since trays are not provided, guests need to pick up drinks, side dishes, salads, and desserts one by one each time. This setup might give the impression that dining is not prioritized. The green tea in the pot was mostly hot water when full—tea bags might be more practical in this case. Compared to hotels of this class, the meal quality may feel slightly disappointing. The hairdryer, showerhead, and toilet were similar to those found in economy hotels. Overall, compared to other Richmond Hotels, this accommodation seems more suited for men focusing on work rather than women. (At times there were people smoking near the hotel entrance—possibly guests or office workers—which could make it uncomfortable for non-smokers.)

    I chose it without much thought among the competitive Hotel area, but it was the right choice. The Room and unit bath were kept clean. This is not limited to here, but you have to step over to enter the unit bath, which might be difficult as you get older. For meals, I chose the basic course and then added salad, side dishes, and fruits, which made it possible to have a healthier breakfast. The Fushimi area was nice because it was a calm town, not too bustling like Nagoya Station or the Sakae area.

    Good cost performance

    The amenities such as toiletries are minimal and selected at check-in, but there is loungewear, and all the in-room facilities are complete and clean. There is almost no view from the window, but the TV screen is large, allowing for a comfortable stay. It can be said that this hotel offers excellent cost performance.

    The facility is Richmond quality.

    I booked this hotel as it was slightly cheaper than the Richmond Nagoya Ekimae. The facilities and equipment were of high quality and kept clean, just like other Richmond hotels, which was satisfying. For breakfast, you could choose a main dish from four options, while the salad, dessert, and drinks were served buffet-style. The taste was good, but it was disappointing that there were few buffet dishes. In the future, if there isn't much of a price difference, I think I would choose Nagoya Ekimae.
