Located right in front of Wakayama Castle, the night view and sunrise were absolutely stunning.

With Wakayama Castle right in front, I made a Reservation. It took less than a 15-minute walk from Nankai Wakayama Station. The bus stop is right in front, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor. The entrance to Wakayama Castle is just across the crosswalk, making the location extremely convenient. Breakfast was served on the third floor with a glass view of Wakayama Castle. It included three types of pickled plums for tasting, Yuasa soy sauce, Kinzanji miso, and Wakayama ramen—a great variety and very delicious. Unfortunately, customer service felt slightly overwhelmed as everyone seemed quite busy. At the 11:00 AM checkout time, there was only one person handling terminal maintenance and another at the counter—it seemed like they were struggling with limited staff. As a tea lover, I appreciated that amenities included high-quality loose-leaf tea bags and that breakfast offered an excellent selection of teas!
