The Room was clean, ...
The Room was clean, and the view of Wakayama Castle was excellent. Overall, satisfaction with the Hotel itself was high. However, it was disappointing that the attitude of the female staff at checkout was poor. When I simply asked for parking ticket validation, she gave an obviously unpleasant look for some reason.
