The walls are thin, and I could hear terrible noise from the next room and the room above. It continued through the night and early morning, and I could hardly sleep. Moreover, the cleaning staff started making loud noises and preparing before 8 AM, waking me up just as I finally fell asleep. According to the hotel's information, cleaning was supposed to start at 10 AM, but they began at 9 AM. When this happens in the next room, it's so noisy that I can't stay in the room. I couldn't sleep at all, couldn't work, and wondered why I even stayed. It was exhausting. I believe guests have various purposes for their stay, such as relaxing, sleeping, or working. Unfortunately, this hotel has no awareness of providing a comfortable room for guests to achieve their purposes. Regarding amenities, other Roynet hotels in different prefectures offer very helpful amenities, but here, only the bare minimum is provided. It seems the hotel's efficiency is prioritized over the guests.
