  When using the hairdryer, the bathroom lights went out.

  Two of us stayed at the property and took turns using the bath. As soon as one person got out of the bath and used the hairdryer in the room, the bathroom light went out, even though the other person was still using the bath. We thought it might be due to excessive power usage, so we turned off the TV, room lights, and air conditioning and tried the hairdryer again, but the bathroom light still went out. We tried about three times, but since we couldn't use the bath and hairdryer simultaneously, we both waited until the bath was finished to use the hairdryer. We were troubled as we couldn't figure out the cause. Additionally, the accommodation tax payment was higher than expected. Originally, the accommodation fee exceeded 20,000 yen per person, but with an IKYU coupon, it was reduced to below 20,000 yen. Therefore, according to Fukuoka City's calculation, the accommodation tax was supposed to be 500 yen per person. We were surprised because we had never been charged such a high accommodation tax in other regions.

Due to the low power capacity in our hotel rooms, using the kettle and hairdryer simultaneously may cause the unit bath's electricity to go out. We are sorry for this.   A cozy Hotel in front of the station

  It is a highly recommended Hotel, conveniently located near Hakata Station, making it easy to get around and very comfortable. The amenities available at the front desk are also plentiful! I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

  I would like to use it again.

  I used it for the first time for a LIVE at Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was relieved when they said, "Your room is ready, so we will guide you." Since I had an early check-out the next day, it was the right choice to reserve this hotel near the Chikushi Exit, close to the Shinkansen platform. If I have the opportunity to leisurely tour Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to reserve this Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae and use it. Thank you very much for your great hospitality.

  Very satisfied.

  The staff was young, energetic, and very kind. The morning pot-cooked rice was excellent.
