  Good!!!

  Stayed here for a guys' trip and it was flawless. Personally, I loved the terrace the most. Would definitely stay again!

  We will visit again with our family!

  Previously, I stayed with my family in the Sengokuhara area and had a great experience, so this time I decided to try this accommodation with my son whose schedule matched mine. Everything exceeded our expectations! The meals and drinks in the refrigerator were sufficient for two people and very delicious. The Onsen was incredibly relaxing, but we had to be cautious as the shower at the washing area tended to spray into the bath. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the rain shower either. I understand it might be due to cleaning considerations, but it would be nice if check-out time could be a bit later. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we couldn’t use the telescope. Next time, I’d like to bring my astronomy-loving husband and visit again as a family!

  Goo

  It exceeded my expectations. I was surprised that I didn't have to meet anyone. The hot pot for dinner and the seafood bowl for breakfast were already prepared in the refrigerator, just needed to be heated. (The rice was the same) The soup broth was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Being able to take a bath multiple times was also appealing. I was bothered by the sound of pets' footsteps from the upper floor, but everything else was perfect. I would like to visit again.

  Second stay at a Rakuten-affiliated Hotel

  This was our second stay at a Rakuten-affiliated Hotel in Hakone. (The previous time was in Sengokuhara) Since this Hotel is newly opened, we decided to stay with our family. First, the check-in process was smooth. Regarding the Room, it was new, so there was little wear and tear, which was nice. However, there were some areas in the Room where dust and trash had accumulated, and I wished for more thorough cleaning. As for the bath, there is no large public bath, but it was sufficient for a family stay. Unlike in Sengokuhara, there were a few ice machines and vending machines, which was helpful. There was a complimentary wine bottle (1 bottle) and snacks, but I would have preferred about four bottles of water instead. We had three small children, so having water available would have been even more helpful. Overall, I thought it was better than Sengokuhara, but I would like to see more thorough cleaning. I would like to stay at a Rakuten-affiliated Property again if the opportunity arises.
