  A Unique Traditional Japanese Home Experience

  This renovated former sake brewery let us see what the brewery used to be like, and it was a very valuable experience. However, due to a faulty electrical outlet, the refrigerator suddenly lost power and we almost had all our food spoil. Since we had brought an extension cord, we moved the refrigerator and managed to plug it into a different outlet, which restored power. Also, the all-you-can-drink sake setup was not working properly: only a small amount came out at first, then after quite some time only a little more (sadly). Over three hours, we got about 4 go (or less), so “all-you-can-drink” was meaningless. This needs to be fixed urgently. The warning notices also feel very strict. If you are going to post strict warnings, you should properly fix and maintain the Facility as well.

We were delighted to read your kind words that it was a “valuable experience,” and that you were able to feel the unique atmosphere and history of this former sake brewery. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused when a faulty outlet cut power to the refrigerator. We have inspected and repaired the affected area, and will work to prevent this from happening again. We also apologize that the all-you-can-drink alcohol server did not meet your expectations, leaving you disappointed. Although it is a Facility intended for your enjoyment, we regret that it caused you inconvenience. We take seriously how important it is to provide our Facilities in perfect working condition.
