  We strive to enhance education and services for our guests.

  I made a reservation as a surprise for my companion. When I called the accommodation just before arrival, there was silence without any introduction. I had to ask, "Is this Yuuhi no Accommodation?" and received a brief response, "Yes." I explained that it was a surprise for my companion and requested that procedures and the Accommodation Tax be handled by me as the reserver. Although staff came after check-in, when the bell rang and my companion answered, your male staff said, "A woman called earlier and seems to want to handle things directly." This caused concern for my companion who asked if I had made another call. It was very disappointing. Later, when asked about the Accommodation Tax payment of 1,000 yen, I handed over cash but was told there wasn’t enough change because it had been used earlier. My companion ended up paying instead out of concern. Wouldn’t it be better to prepare properly before check-in? Alternatively, you could say something like “We’ll prepare change by checkout.” From check-in onwards, we felt uncomfortable and couldn’t enjoy our stay fully despite the facility being clean and well-maintained.

  Comfortable

  The location is convenient for getting anywhere. We traveled by car with our dog this time, and it was great that there was parking available. It would be even better if temporary parking in front of the property was possible. The property was comfortable. The bath was clean, and the washbasin was easy to use. The ReFa hairdryer was particularly convenient. The stairs seemed slippery and were a bit scary, though. The food was delicious but ordinary. I was looking forward to the coffee at breakfast, but it was very disappointing that there was no milk. Overall, I think it is a comfortable property.
