  Balancing the concept and value for money is challenging.

  The BBQ meal and ingredients were excellent! The Room was also very comfortable. However, the location didn’t really feel like a resort, and the staff seemed quite inexperienced. The amenities and what was provided in the refrigerator also didn’t feel worth the price. Since it’s fairly expensive, I felt there are many better options available.

  A warm Hotel

  We stayed as a family of three with our 2-year-old child. All the staff were kind and friendly, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed for two nights and were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The BBQ dinner on the first night was a little small in portion, but the sukiyaki on the second night was plentiful and left us completely satisfied. The private bath was also wonderful. Thank you very much.

  We stayed in the Exe...

  We stayed in the Executive Suite for our wedding anniversary. While we were looking forward to it, unfortunately, there were many issues, and the stay was not satisfactory. After check-in, the water in the room completely stopped running, and it took over 30 minutes for staff to arrive after we contacted them. Even after restoration, the water pressure was weak, making it difficult to use the shower properly. The air conditioning also had issues as the heating in the living area did not work well, leaving the room cold. Breakfast was reserved for 8:00 AM but was delayed. We had to call and follow up before it was served around 8:30 AM. The food was cold and honestly lost much of its appeal. While staff members tried their best to assist us, overall improvements are needed. The view and atmosphere were great, so we hope for a better experience in the future.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your important stay for your wedding anniversary due to issues such as water outage, air conditioning, and breakfast service timing. We deeply regret that we were unable to provide a satisfactory experience on such a special occasion due to our lack of consideration. Although we regularly inspect our Facility, we will take this feedback seriously and further focus on thorough inspections and checks of the Facility and equipment. Additionally, we will ensure all staff are fully aware of these matters to prevent recurrence in the future. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback despite the circumstances. Moving forward, we will strive even harder to ensure that every moment you spend with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
