    Located near the sea...

    Located near the sea with stunning views, dog-friendly amenities, a heated pool, and a sauna, this villa was the perfect choice for our New Year’s getaway. We stayed for 2 nights with 8 adults and 2 dogs. While the website and brochure provided detailed information, we had some questions before our visit. Unfortunately, emails and messages went unanswered until we finally reached someone via toll-free phone after several attempts. The response to our inquiry about amenities was rather curt: "Did you check the brochure? If it’s not listed there, it’s not available." This left us feeling uneasy before arrival. However, upon arrival, all concerns vanished. The location is truly spectacular—perched on a hill overlooking the ocean with complete privacy. The spacious living room and bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean views. Outside features include a heated pool, fire pit area, and sauna. Everything from bathrooms to kitchen facilities was clean and modern with stylish furnishings. The heated pool maintained warm temperatures akin to an onsen experience. The wood-fired sauna reached around 40–50°C but included cold water baths and warm baths for cooling off while enjoying sunset views. A few suggestions: A larger refrigerator would be ideal as space was insufficient for food supplies for 8 people over two days. Additionally, having no dishwasher was inconvenient. Items like kitchen paper towels or aluminum foil were available despite not being listed in the brochure; however bottled water (18 bottles) turned out to be only 350ml each—so bringing extra water is recommended! Note that there are stairs from the gate to the entrance which made carrying large luggage challenging. Although advertised as accommodating up to 18 guests comfortably fits around eight adults best in practice! There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance but Uber delivery from Lawson worked well when we needed additional drinks! This villa offers an exceptional resort-like experience without leaving Japan—a rare find given its unique location! We look forward returning during warmer seasons!

    Highly Satisfied

    The living room is spacious, there are many guest rooms, a large TV, a pool, sauna, and barbecue facilities. It was enjoyable without needing to travel abroad. It was unfortunate that the knives were not sharp enough to prepare fish. I would love to stay here again.
