    Highly satisfied!

    This was our second stay, following last summer. The Room with a semi-open-air Jacuzzi was even more spacious than it looked in the photos, which surprised us! The meals were absolutely delicious, and having the staff grill everything for us made the cooking and presentation perfect—we’re glad we asked. The portions were generous, leaving us fully satisfied. We thought the fireworks might be canceled due to rain during the Summer Festival Plan, but luckily the rain stopped just in time, and it turned out to be a fantastic event. We enjoyed lots of ice cream and cotton candy, which made our kids very happy. Once the rain cleared up, we could see beautiful stars and enjoy an amazing view. Next time, we’d love to visit during a different season!

    Although we expected...

    Although we expected some inconvenience as it is glamping, the Room was unhygienic, and the meals consisted of lukewarm drinks and unappetizing dishes, making it not worth the price. The most unpleasant part was the service. Communication was through LINE, but there were no responses for over 20 minutes. When asking a nearby staff member, they simply said they were a temporary worker and didn’t know anything. We will never use this place again!

    I want to visit again!

    This was our first time trying glamping. Communication with the staff was done via LINE, which was new to us and a bit confusing at first, but they responded quickly. Despite being busy, they made cotton candy for us and chatted during dinner preparations, which made our shy children very happy. The meals were absolutely delicious, and we had a wonderful time enjoying our first campfire. The Room we stayed in offered a great view of the starry sky, and spending time with family under the breathtaking stars created unforgettable memories. We spent time blowing bubbles and playing hide-and-seek until just before check-out. Even ordinary activities felt special here. Thank you for an amazing summer vacation!

    Facility, meals, and staff were all satisfactory.

    I recently stayed here, and to sum it up, it was an amazing experience—a perfect place to refresh both mind and body. The first thing that impressed me upon arrival was the location. Surrounded by nature, it offered a truly extraordinary escape. The room I stayed in was dome-shaped, and I was amazed by its spaciousness and comfort beyond my expectations. The facility included air conditioning and a refrigerator, making it so well-equipped that it hardly felt like glamping. Dinner featured a BBQ with plenty of local ingredients. From fresh vegetables and meat to fish, cooking together made for unforgettable memories with friends. Breakfast also included clay pot rice, which was absolutely delightful. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—they were always smiling and kind in their assistance. They promptly helped whenever needed, allowing me to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. This is definitely an accommodation I would love to visit again!

    Pet-friendly glamping

    This was our first trip traveling far with our pet, and we stayed in a dome tent that allows pets. The room had plenty of amenities for dogs, including a cage, toilet tray, and steps to help them get onto the bed. Meals were served in the dining space next to the tent, where the staff took care of everything from preparation to cleanup. The presentation was stylish, and the food was absolutely delicious! We have two elementary school-aged children (one older and one younger), and they prepared a plate meal for our younger daughter with just the right portion size—she was very satisfied. The homemade curry was incredibly tasty! The vegetables at the market could be cut and eaten on your own if desired; I wanted to try them but couldn’t because I was too full... haha. Breakfast was a Japanese-style meal with plenty of side dishes that paired perfectly with rice—it left us feeling full again... haha. With check-out at 11:00 AM, we were able to enjoy a relaxed morning as well. The bath facilities were amazing! We definitely want to stay here again!

    Stylish Glamping!

    Stayed at the Kids Park Dome with my husband, daughter, and her children—a total of six people. We had an amazing time! After enjoying trampolines and swings with a view of the mountains, we made the most of indoor activities like slides and climbing. The staff was very responsive via LINE, and both the BBQ dinner and clay pot breakfast were delicious. The lobby was lovely as well... We’re definitely planning to visit again. Thank you for everything!

    Wonderful Memories

    The food was delicious, and we were able to enjoy it with our dog. We had a wonderful experience of luxurious camping. We also enjoyed the handmade cocktails. The services were abundant. However, at check-in, we were informed that there would be a service if we wrote a Review, which we agreed to. But during check-out, the front desk asked if we had written the Review, and due to various reasons at that time, we couldn't post it and ended up paying 1,200 yen in cash for not doing so. Later on, I received an email from IKYU about writing a Review and was able to post this here now. It would have been helpful if this explanation was provided more thoroughly during check-in.

    Second stay at the accommodation.

    We stayed as a family. Last time, it was unfortunately rainy, but this time we were blessed with good weather, and the kids enjoyed playing with outdoor equipment like trampolines and swings. After playing with indoor toys, we relaxed in the onsen and enjoyed a campfire after dinner while swaying in a hammock. There was an issue during the night where the air conditioner malfunctioned and its alarm wouldn't stop ringing, but when we contacted staff, they responded promptly. The staff overall were very accommodating; however, at checkout, the person assisting us lacked a smile and made no mention of the nighttime trouble—only providing procedural service—which was disappointing.

    First-Time Glamping Experience

    We stayed as a group of four: two adults, a first-grader, and a preschooler. Our children had been wanting to try camping for some time, but since they are still young, we decided to use this as a trial experience before going on a full-fledged camping trip. For the adults, it was also our first outdoor experience in years. The meals, facilities, and room were all excellent. Since our room came with an Onsen, we were able to enjoy an even more extraordinary experience. Although it was unexpectedly cold for spring on the day of our stay and we were initially concerned about that, both the room and dining area had proper heating systems in place so we could stay comfortable throughout our visit. There was a small mix-up during dinner time; however, the staff quickly resolved it and even offered us champagne as an apology for the inconvenience—something that left us feeling very grateful. The staff member who assisted us also took photos for us and engaged warmly with our children. To top it off, they gave us a handwritten note at checkout—a truly thoughtful gesture from such wonderful staff! This was our first glamping experience and I highly recommend this facility for families trying outdoor activities with kids for the first time—it’s perfect! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything about this glamping facility. That said (and somewhat humorously), because everything from the room to facilities to meals is so well-prepared here compared to traditional camping experiences—we’re now slightly worried that our kids might think *this* is what camping always looks like! (laughs) Our children loved their stay so much that we’ll definitely be back again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Family Trip

    I was able to spend a relaxing time.

    We chose this place for a birthday trip with her. In addition to being able to live in an extraordinary atmosphere, we are just grateful for the staff's sudden surprise. I think we were able to spend much more comfortably compared to camping on our own. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, but I would be happy if dinner had a little more variety! Also, it would be nice if the Onsen water was regularly replaced! We were able to spend time differently from an ordinary Hotel, so I would like to visit again if there is another opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Second stay

    I stayed in a fully glass-walled Room. It felt more like a regular Room than glamping, for better or worse. The staff member who assisted us was from Korea, but their Japanese was excellent and they were very kind. The bath is private, but it seemed to use a circulation system, so there was a slight chlorine smell. Children would likely enjoy the unique experience and feel special.

    Enjoy winter glamping to the fullest

    It was our first glamping experience over the New Year holidays, and the staff were all very kind, making our stay very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and the meals were different each time, so we never got bored, and in fact, there was more than we could eat! Meals for children were also prepared each time, and the kids were satisfied. And everything was very delicious. The bath and toilet were very close by, and they were very warm, so we had no problems. If I had to say, it was extremely cold when the heater occasionally took a break because it was midwinter, but that was part of the fun of winter glamping. I would like to use it again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    I used Hikari no Hak...

    I used Hikari no Hako. Since it was my first time glamping, I was confused that the room didn't have a bath or toilet. There is a dedicated toilet and bath under the room of Hikari no Hako. The stairs are quite steep, so it is very dangerous for small children and elderly people. At night, it is pitch dark and there are no lights. The staff assisted us at 10:30 PM, but when we went later, it was so dark that we almost missed a step. I think it's quite dangerous. I believe the lights should be kept on until morning. The staff had flashlights, so they might not realize the danger, but if they can't turn on the lights, I wish they would at least provide flashlights. The rental pajamas had a strong fabric softener smell, which I didn't like. Perhaps because they were put in the dryer, they felt shrunken and uncomfortable, so I should have brought my own pajamas. During dinner, we were told that if we wrote a review, we would get a hamburger service, but suddenly it was changed to rice flour bread, which lowered my excitement from hamburger to bread. The food was really ordinary. Just grilling and eating. There was no special feeling. Since young staff were handling it, there were many oversights, which was disappointing... At breakfast, I wanted a separate glass for drinks like orange juice, but when I asked, only one glass came, and I wondered if they couldn't bring enough for everyone. It was disappointing. There is no TV in the room, so I spent my time listening to music. The bed is a pipe bed, so I wish they had placed a better bed in this room. Overall, I felt that the price and services did not match. It might be photogenic, but ordinary cars and trucks pass right in front. I didn't feel like it was a separate room.

    Extraordinary Experience

    I used the Light Box for a trip with my boyfriend! I was impressed because I wanted to lie down and look at the night sky with the glass walls and open ceiling. However, when opened, a lot of large stink bugs and dead leaves fell, so caution is needed. The staff came to clean when requested. The room's interior and furniture were stylish, and the room diffuser and toilet had a nice scent from shiro! The toilet, washroom, and bath are located about 30 steps down a steep staircase without a roof, and the light was broken, so it was scary to go down at night without illuminating it with a smartphone light, so I used the toilet in the main building. Since the room has no water facilities, it was inconvenient to have to go down to the washroom when I wanted to wash my hands a little or get ready. The staff's response after check-in was a simple explanation, and I didn't know which drinks were free unless I asked. I saw on Instagram that they were having a Halloween-themed event, but there were no welcome drinks or snacks, and although there was self-service cotton candy, there were no fruit candies, which was disappointing. There was only an explanation to operate the room lights with an iPad, and the app was in English, so I didn't understand it well and found out before going to bed that other lights could be turned on and dimmed. The next day, the button for operating the lights in the app disappeared, and I couldn't turn on the lights, but it didn't feel dark because natural light came in fully. I also learned during the checkout survey that there seemed to be a speaker in the room, and I wanted to use it, so I wanted an explanation. Meals are eaten on the outside deck both in the morning and evening. At night, it cooled down to about 15 degrees, so wearing Heattech under a parka and borrowing a lap blanket was just right, but I thought it would be cold to eat outside if it got colder. In summer, it would be hot, and insects would gather in the light, so I thought it was good that there were fewer insects at this time of year. The meals were generally normally delicious. Taking a commemorative photo with a smartphone and having it printed and put in a photo frame at checkout was a nice memory. However, I wanted to be informed that the late checkout fee is the same whether it's 11 or 12 o'clock. I wanted to relax until 12 o'clock. Compared to a hotel, there are inconvenient parts and a lack of hospitality, but if you think of it as camping, it's a luxurious facility and totally fine.

    I made wonderful memories.

    We stayed as a family of four with our 1-year-old and 4-year-old children. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day of our arrival, but thanks to the indoor toys provided, the kids were not bored at all. The food was delicious, especially the sirloin steak for dinner and the various egg dishes with rich yolks for breakfast. The facility was new and clean. The children seemed to have a great time and said they wanted to come back, so we would love to visit again.

    It was my first glamping experience.

    I was very satisfied with my stay. The food was delicious, and since it was my first time glamping, I was surprised at how well-equipped the facility was. There were various activities planned to entertain the guests, and it seemed that the children enjoyed making cotton candy. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't see the night sky, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor, which was disappointing. I would like to stay again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.

    Second Stays

    This time, we stayed in a dome-shaped tent. The room had a slide, swing, and climbing area for children to play. The kids said they had a great time and would like to stay again. It was a pity that we couldn't have a campfire because it rained on the day of our stay. I hope it will be sunny next time we stay. The staff were very kind to our noisy children. It's a recommended stay.

    I had an incredibly enjoyable time.

    I had an incredibly enjoyable experience during my first glamping trip. Being a sauna enthusiast, I chose a room with a sauna and Onsen, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the temperature, facilities, and atmosphere of the sauna, cold bath, and Onsen. The tent room and dining area had a stylish ambiance, and during the BBQ, a female staff member engaged us in cheerful and enjoyable conversation, which lifted our spirits. I also got to experience the campfire I had always dreamed of (thanks to the staff for setting it up so carefully), and I had a wonderful time. Although it rained the next morning (I had imagined having coffee on the terrace as part of the glamping experience, so that was the only disappointment), it wasn't a heavy rain, and listening to the sound of rain in nature was quite calming (chuckle). Overall, I had so much fun that time flew by. I wish the checkout time was an hour later. The staff were very attentive and took care of us in many ways. It became a wonderful memory.     Grateful for the rich nature, cute tents, and courteous staff.

    My elderly aunt insisted on a glamping experience, so we chose a location close to the city, rich in nature. Oita Prefecture has seen an increase in glamping facilities, and after visiting several, I found this place to be particularly recommended for its beautiful nature and cozy, homey atmosphere reminiscent of a small campsite. The Lotus Belle Tent I stayed in is not like the recent temporary housing-style tents; it might be a matter of personal preference, but it truly felt like a nomadic tent, offering an authentic nomadic experience. It's more of a camping-oriented glamping rather than hotel-oriented. Despite that, it is equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioning, and the space is ample. The beds are fluffy and comfortable. The lobby, Onsen, and toilets are nearby, and the staff's response is quick. They are all young, cheerful, and kind, for which I am grateful. All communications being through LINE was convenient and hassle-free. You can enjoy a campfire both in front of the tent and near the lobby. It was the Halloween season, and the Halloween decorations were very cute. The evening barbecue was fun, but the stylish, cafe-like breakfast was also wonderful. I was particularly impressed by being able to have such a proper breakfast in the morning at a campsite. No preparation is needed for camping... it was an experience filled with the true essence of glamping, making it highly recommended for seasoned campers, those tired of camping, people wanting to start camping, the elderly, and small children. As for the surroundings, there are only a few scattered houses, making it quiet and allowing you to enjoy the feeling of camping in the forest. The distance between tents is quite substantial, so you don't have to worry about your neighbors at all. Additionally, about a 10-minute drive away is the Yufugawa Gorge, known as the "Tyrol of Kyushu," which is definitely worth a visit. The breathtaking scenery rivals that of Takachiho.

    It was a Facility friendly to both dogs and children.

    We stayed for one night with our family of four and one dog. The children were delighted with the cotton candy making and cute Halloween decorations near the front desk, and the complimentary fruit candy and grilled rice balls for a late-night snack were very delicious, leaving the whole family very satisfied. They also prepared delicious meals and treats for our beloved dog, which he seemed to enjoy very much. Although we were a bit anxious about our first glamping experience, the Room was equipped with insect repellent spray and other amenities, and we were impressed by the wonderful hospitality. Thank you to the staff for their very courteous service.

    Luxury in nature. However, compromises are necessary as it is in nature.

    We stayed at the glamping Facility "COMOREBI" in the "Box of Light" for two people. ● Staff The hospitality was excellent. They responded to any questions we had. Ms. O, who was in charge of the meals, was beautiful, cheerful, and pleasant. I thought the message card we received upon departure was a nice touch. ● Service Since it was the Halloween period, there was a sense of value with free cotton candy making experience, welcome drinks, fruit candy, and snacks. Additionally, the grilled rice balls for a late-night snack were delicious. ● Facility Being in the great outdoors with a fully mirrored environment and a ceiling that can open and close, it was inevitable, but there were a few insects (mosquitoes and moths) inside. Also, the indoor humidity was high, and the futon and air conditioner had a musty smell. ● Appearance Using lights makes it look great at night. (I couldn't take pictures because it was raining) If it's sunny in the morning, you can take beautiful pictures of the sunlight filtering through the trees from inside.
