    Charm and Glamping

    This was my first stay. Since there is no toilet, I rated the Facility 4, but the main house is nearby so it wasn’t much of an issue. The dome tent was comfortable, and even the heavy rain from a linear precipitation band didn’t bother us at all. The furnishings such as the chairs and lamps were lovely, the meals were delicious, and we were able to relax with our dog. All of the staff were always smiling and responded politely. Afterward, I contacted you because I had forgotten my hat, and you handled it right away. I’d love to visit again.

    We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave.

    After considering other properties, we chose COMOREBI—and it was absolutely the right decision. From the moment we arrived, we felt a special atmosphere surrounded by nature and were able to relax and enjoy a true escape from everyday life. The meals were outstanding in both presentation and taste, and we could really feel the care put into the BBQ and each individual dish. The portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. The bathroom was also very clean, and soaking while feeling close to nature helped melt away our daily fatigue. The room was stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay truly pleasant. The nighttime ambiance and quietness were perfect as well. We were especially impressed by how polite and attentive all the staff were, which made our entire stay comfortable from start to finish. Their explanations and support were kind and reassuring. It’s a wonderful Facility where you can enjoy a luxurious time in nature, so we would definitely love to stay again.

    We had a wonderful time!

    I was drawn to the glass-walled Room and made a Reservation for the Light Box, and it was even better than I imagined! The greenery was stunning, and while it felt like being surrounded by nature, the space was still very comfortable—an unusual and memorable stay. The staff were friendly, and it was a huge help that they responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The meals were delicious as well. I also appreciated that breakfast included rice dishes, not just bread. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

    The campfire and the Onsen were amazing!

    We stayed here as a couple on a weekend in April. We made this Reservation because it’s glamping where you can enjoy an Onsen and a campfire in your own private space. We added the free all-you-can-drink option, and the selection of alcohol was excellent—drinking beer from an ice-cold mug was the best. All the staff were polite and thoughtful, quietly supporting our time together from early morning until late at night—I didn’t even notice when things were cleaned up—so we could enjoy a kind of time we don’t usually get to have. It rained on the morning of day two, but having breakfast in the rain felt atmospheric and special. I’m grateful to the staff who delivered breakfast wearing rain gear. Until check-out, we were able to use the open-air bath many times, which is what makes this place so appealing compared with typical glamping. If I had to mention anything, I would have loved cuter pajamas, and it would have been nice to have an umbrella in the Room. More than that, though, I appreciated how their support never intruded on our time together. The trees around the property are also carefully maintained, and I loved the quiet attention to detail that doesn’t feel showy. I’ve already made my next Reservation and am looking forward to staying again.

    The Ultimate Glamping Experience

    I made a Reservation because I wanted to try staying in a dome tent. I didn’t expect the bath and toilet to be down the outdoor stairs, but we still had a very comfortable stay. The bath was amazing! We could relax in a private space, and the amenities were far better than expected. I couldn’t believe they even had a Dyson hair dryer and a ReFa hair iron! The meals were also excellent—everything was delicious! The kids’ menu was luxurious too, and breakfast was fantastic! The inside of the dome tent was comfortable as well. We had so much fun with the games we borrowed and laughed a lot. And since there’s plenty of distance from other tents, noise wasn’t an issue at all. I’d love to visit again if I get the chance!

    Your First Glamping Experience

    We stayed here for our child’s first glamping experience. The Room had a swing, slide, and bouldering wall, and our child was excited the whole time. All the staff were polite and kind, and they kindly accommodated our various requests. We would love to stay again.

    Dust and dryness...

    I stayed at an accommodation with a sauna, but the room was quite dusty and very dry, which made my throat sore the next morning. It would have been nice to have at least a humidifier. The sauna, onsen, and meals were excellent, so if I have the chance to visit again, I’ll choose a season other than winter.

    Highly Satisfied

    We stayed for a one-night family trip. Family of four: my wife, and children aged 6 and 4. It was our first glamping experience, and we were worried about the cold since it was winter, but the Room and dining terrace were warm and comfortable. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were very delicious (among the best we've had during our stays), leaving the whole family extremely satisfied. There was a large trampoline and swing set that the kids enjoyed playing on. Maybe adding one more play equipment would be nice? We would love to stay again!

    Accommodation for a family of 5

    The staff were kind and attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The Room with a slide was perfect for the kids, who had so much fun playing indoors. Even my son, who usually doesn't eat much meat, kept saying "delicious!" while enjoying the meal.

    We stayed with our second grader, kindergartener, and our dog. It was our first glamping experience. We were initially worried about not having a toilet in the room, but since the main building with clean restrooms was just across the road, it wasn’t an issue at all. The meals provided were more than enough, and we even received a late-night snack! The kids were absolutely delighted! The property was beautifully decorated with numerous lights, creating a magical atmosphere. Thank you for accommodating our requests so kindly. If possible, we would love to see more pet-friendly room options (with bath and toilet included). Thank you for such a wonderful time! We’ll definitely visit again!

    Had the best time.

    I stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my friend's birthday. The room with a sauna was a very private space, and watching the sunset from the bath was incredibly relaxing. The dinner was luxurious, and the curry was the best I’ve ever had. As a birthday surprise, they decorated the room and even prepared a dessert plate after dinner, which made my friend very happy. They mentioned we could contact them via LINE if needed, and their quick responses were impressive—such excellent service from the staff! I will definitely stay here again!

    Both the facilities and services are excellent.

    We stayed as a couple, and everything was excellent—the Room, meals, and open-air bath. My wife was very pleased. For dinner, we enjoyed seasonal BBQ, and for breakfast, we had a traditional Japanese meal. Initially, we were concerned about the cold weather; however, as mentioned on the website, there were heating facilities available. Even in near-zero temperatures, we could fully enjoy our meals. Both the taste and portion sizes were great. The staff's service was smooth and efficient, allowing us to spend a stress-free one-night stay. We would love to visit again!

    Second stay

    This time, I stayed during the autumn season! It was my second visit, and with the autumn leaves starting to change, it was perfect for glamping. My friends who came along were also delighted. Additionally, I stayed in the sauna Room, and I believe the view of Mount Yufu combined with a meditative sauna experience is truly one of a kind! I would love to stay again!

    Family Glamping

    Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. The meals were stylish and delicious, just like in the photos, and we enjoyed the BBQ dinner as well. There were many services provided, and we had a great time. From desserts after meals to marshmallow cocoa, snack sets, and even rice balls for a late-night snack, we were completely satisfied. The amenities included ACCA hand soap and shiro diffusers with lovely scents that were very soothing. We also appreciated having Dyson hair dryers and hair irons available. One small issue was that in our Room (this may vary depending on the room), there was no heating equipment in the dining area next to our Room. This caused our food to cool quickly, and our child felt cold, so we ended up eating in the Room halfway through. It was late November, so we understood it might be unavoidable but thought perhaps if we'd mentioned it earlier, something could have been arranged. At night, the stars were beautiful—we even saw shooting stars! The optional campfire is highly recommended. Our child said they didn’t want to leave and wanted to come back again—it turned out to be a wonderful glamping experience!

    I truly felt that choosing COMOREBI for this trip was the best decision! The Room was very comfortable, with well-equipped amenities, and I experienced no inconvenience during my stay. The staff's courteous and kind service was exceptional, providing warm support from start to finish, making my stay incredibly pleasant. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and highly satisfying! The evening campfire and marshmallow time were so much fun and created wonderful memories with my family! Additionally, being able to enjoy the Onsen 24 hours a day allowed me to relax deeply without feeling rushed. Among all the glamping experiences I've had so far, COMOREBI stands out as the best! It was such an amazing stay that I definitely want to visit again!

    We visited to enjoy glamping unique to this season and had an amazing time that exceeded our expectations. The autumn leaves were stunning, the scenery was breathtaking, and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch, making our stay exciting throughout. The meals were delicious, featuring local ingredients in a BBQ style that perfectly complemented the glamping experience. The herb-grilled salmon and Oita's Kanjidori chicken were particularly exquisite, offering moments of pure happiness. The warm hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression; their smiles and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. The guest rooms were impeccably clean, allowing us to relax comfortably. Although we had some concerns about glamping initially, everything was so well-prepared that we experienced no inconvenience at all. This is a wonderful Facility that makes you want to return again without hesitation. Thank you very much for such an unforgettable experience.     Easy and Satisfying Camping Experience

    Husband: We enjoyed the natural camping atmosphere, the food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. The staff, including the young woman in charge, were all hardworking and pleasant. However, the young man delivering breakfast did not acknowledge us at all when passing by, which left a bad impression. Therefore, I deduct one point for customer service. Wife: The bathroom and toilet were exceptionally clean, which is a big plus for me. The food was delicious as well. We also enjoyed a beautiful campfire with colorful flames while sipping plenty of coffee together—it was such a relaxing time with my husband. We would love to visit again!

    Glamping experience like a Hotel

    We stayed as a couple with our two grandchildren. The well-equipped facilities, luxurious meals that were more than we could finish, private Onsen baths, roasting marshmallows at the campfire, and more allowed us to have an absolutely wonderful time.     Exceptional Glamping Experience!

    We had an amazing glamping experience surrounded by nature! First of all, the adorable dome tent was so charming! Inside the room, the stylish furniture lifted our spirits, and with air conditioning and heating, we stayed comfortably. The meals we were looking forward to were absolutely luxurious and perfect! Dinner was a lavish BBQ, which was not only delicious but also so much fun since it had been a while. Breakfast was, of course, equally delightful! We also enjoyed the relaxing Onsen, and the amenities were well-prepared, making it a perfect trip! The staff were all wonderful, and we were very satisfied. We definitely want to visit again!!

    I stayed at COMOREBI for the first time and chose the BBQ Plan, and it was truly a "beyond expectations" experience. Here are my impressions, focusing on the most memorable points: 1. Outstanding Quality and Presentation of BBQ The BBQ dinner featured a creative menu utilizing seasonal ingredients, offering a luxurious experience far beyond ordinary outdoor grilling. Each ingredient was carefully prepared, and the sauces and side dishes were elaborate, providing a feast for both the eyes and the palate. 2. Exceptional Location and Atmosphere As a glamping facility nestled in the forest, it offered a deep sense of connection with nature. The luxurious time spent by the fire, surrounded by the warmth of the flames and the sounds of insects while enjoying BBQ at night, made me completely forget the daily grind. Additionally, the Halloween event during this season added extra fun with decorations and complimentary perks. 3. Attention to Detail in Facilities and Services Every corner of the accommodation, including the guest rooms, shared spaces, and Onsen, was well-maintained and spotless. The Onsen, featuring "Bihaku no Yu" sourced from Beppu, was especially soothing after the BBQ. The staff's attentive service, such as explaining the ingredients and assisting with the fire, was also much appreciated. 4. High Satisfaction with Breakfast Not only the BBQ, but the breakfast the next morning was also excellent. With a variety of dishes like rice cooked in a clay pot, grilled fish, and seasonal vegetables, it was a delightful and fulfilling meal. The BBQ Plan offered more than just grilling and eating—it provided a special experience through its ingredients, presentation, atmosphere, and service.

    Is it suitable for young people?

    Perfect for families with children. Due to the recent heavy rain, the ground was muddy overall, making it difficult to fully utilize the Facility. The toilets are far! The Halloween decorations were quite spooky, making a midnight trip to the toilet an adventure. Ideal for outdoor-loving family trips.

    First Glamping Experience

    This was our first glamping experience, and after exploring various options, we were drawn to the meals and decorations, so we made a reservation! Upon arrival, we were amazed by the adorable Halloween decorations! The staff were kind and friendly, making our dining experience enjoyable. Since it was in Oita, we were especially looking forward to the onsen. The magical atmosphere of the onsen provided a unique experience that cannot be felt in everyday life! It became a trip that made us want to bring our family next time!

    I experienced an extraordinary atmosphere, but my expectations for the service were too high.

    First glamping experience. It was a unique getaway, and both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. However, there were several disappointing aspects of the service, leaving the impression that it wasn't worth the price. Nearly 200,000 yen for two rooms for one night over the weekend felt overpriced. For the evening BBQ, we wanted assistance with grilling as we had children with us, but there was no guidance at all. We ended up grilling ourselves in a rush, which was disappointing. When trying to close the curtain in our Room, one side of the curtain rail came off and fell dangerously close to the bed. Staff stayed in our Room for about an hour and a half at night to repair it but couldn't fully fix it. During this time, without any notice or permission, they stood on one of our beds with their socks on—this bed ended up being used just for luggage afterward. Thinking about what could have happened if it had fallen while sleeping or from a lower height is chilling. The staff's presence during repairs made it hard to relax; yet throughout this ordeal, there wasn’t even an apology offered—just a request to inform them if we found any missing parts from when it fell. Additionally, in the women's bath area of the public bathhouse (the far-right shower), water leaked from where the hose connects causing extremely low water pressure. The weather was nice; however during breakfast time inside our tent turned into a sauna-like state due to heat buildup—we had no choice but to move into shade outside while eating which was unfortunate. On a positive note: having trampolines and swings kept our child entertained throughout!

    The Best First Glamping Experience

    This was my first glamping experience, and although I was a bit nervous going with my friend, the dome-shaped tent in the forest exceeded all expectations with its comfort! Surrounded by nature, the interior was incredibly clean and felt as secure as staying in a Hotel. The staff were polite and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant. The shared Onsen featured natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source, which was so relaxing that I wanted to go back again the next morning. At night, we enjoyed unwinding by the campfire space while watching the flames—a rare and refreshing experience. It turned out to be a wonderful first glamping adventure, and I’d love to visit again during another season like autumn for the fall foliage. Thank you so much!

    The best glamping experience ever!

    There was a temporary inconvenience with the bathroom hot water. However, thanks to the staff's prompt and courteous response, I was able to continue my stay without significant dissatisfaction. The most memorable aspect was the open and sophisticated Room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. It offered a luxurious space with breathtaking views of nature, allowing me to fully enjoy an extraordinary experience. While there is room for improvement in some Facility aspects, overall, it is an excellent Facility that provides high satisfaction.
