  The shower water is too lukewarm.

  The condition of the facilities was significantly different from the photos on the website, with only lukewarm water coming out of the shower and it taking an extremely long time to fill the bathtub. Having a washer-dryer available to dry clothes soaked from sudden rain was helpful, but it would have been better if staff were available at least until around 8 PM.

  Thank you very much for choosing Secret Villas by Relapool. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort caused during your stay. Regarding the appearance of the Facility, we were undergoing exterior painting and maintenance work at that time, which may have differed from the photos. We apologize for this discrepancy. The construction has now been completed, and the exterior has been beautifully renewed. As for the issue with lukewarm water in the bathroom shower, an investigation by a specialist revealed malfunctions in both the showerhead and water pressure pump. These have already been replaced and repaired, ensuring normal water pressure and temperature are now available. We are glad to hear that our washer-dryer was helpful during sudden rain showers. For concerns regarding front desk service hours, we have established a system where staff can promptly assist on-site when needed. We have also improved pre-arrival information and in-room guides to make this clearer. Thank you once again for sharing your valuable feedback with us.   Positive Points:

  Positive Points: - Friendly staff interactions - Relatively clean Room with stylish lighting - Spacious and clean bed - Private pool available - Clean BBQ rental equipment - Laundry detergent and fabric softener provided (automatic dispenser) - Fireworks allowed on the premises Areas for Improvement: - Rusty salt container in the kitchen, with rust mixed into the salt - Very weak shower water pressure (when using hot water) - BBQ grill was tilted and unstable - Insufficient cleaning of drum washing machine (filter cleaning alarm displayed, drying interrupted) Other Concerns (Unavoidable): - Many crows frequently approached during terrace BBQ, making it hard to feel secure (especially with children present) - Many insects outside (appreciated that insect repellent was provided in the Room) The surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing. It was also convenient to have a convenience store within walking distance.

  Wonderful property!

  I stayed with a friend in February during the off-season. We stayed in Room 1, where you can have a BBQ, and it was a well-managed and clean villa! The facility was fully equipped with cooking utensils, BBQ tools, and a washer-dryer. Since check-out was at 11 am, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably! In mid-February, the pool is like an ice bath, but it was properly cleaned so we could still use it! Overall, we were very satisfied!! *There were no razors among the amenities, but there is a convenience store nearby so it wasn't an issue.
