We stayed with our dog. It was our first time here, and we were so satisfied that we made a Reservation for next year during our stay. There is no Onsen, but the Room was spacious and very clean. The sukiyaki dinner on the first night was outstanding, and it was a new way of eating it for us. We stayed two nights, and we were truly impressed that on the second night not only the main dish but everything from the appetizers onward was a completely different menu. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

We stayed on January 2nd as three families. When the 4-year-old child with us developed a fever at night, we consulted the staff. They explained the emergency ambulance situation and reassured us that we could contact them anytime during the night for assistance. They also kindly provided oral rehydration solution OS-1. Thankfully, by the next morning, the fever subsided, and we were relieved. The staff even prepared jelly for breakfast with care and attention to detail. We are deeply grateful for their warm-hearted support throughout our stay.All other services were also handled pleasantly and professionally—thank you so much! This was our second stay here, and we definitely want to come back again in the future. The facility is clean, all meals are delicious, and its location is convenient, allowing us to have a very comfortable experience overall.
