    We had a relaxing stay.

    As usual, I stayed here with my mother. It was very helpful that we didn’t have to walk much inside the Accommodation, and could use the elevator to get to the large public bath, dining room, and lounge. The interior has a calming feel, and the Room was comfortable to spend time in. The food was delicious; the buffet had a good selection without being overwhelming, and the freshly made tempura was excellent. It wasn’t too large, which made it easy for my mother as well. Since we had a long stay until 1:00 PM, we were truly able to relax. I’d love to visit again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Just as the Reviews said, both the Room and the bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. (Although they are short-staffed,) contact with the staff was kept to a minimum, so we could relax without worrying about excessive service. The meals were buffet-style, but there was a wide variety of local dishes such as “jun-sai in vinegar,” “asparagus tempura,” and “sauce katsudon,” all of which were delicious. Breakfast also offered plenty of local vegetables, and we enjoyed lots of salad.

    An Accommodation that truly lives up to its name.

    True to its name, Kutsurogi Accommodation felt relaxing and soothing. Since I stayed in a recently renovated Room, everything felt very clean. The private indoor bath was luxurious and beautiful, so I was a bit surprised by the low water pressure in the shower; however, it’s rare to find an in-room bath this well maintained, and I was satisfied. The lounge was also spacious and calm, and I could truly unwind. Local sake was available as well, making the evenings enjoyable. One area I’d really like to see improved is the amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and skincare items were excellent, but having one more set of towels would be very helpful. If extra towels can be provided upon request at the front desk, I’d appreciate it if that could be clearly explained. Overall, it was a wonderful Accommodation. I had a lovely time with my dear mother. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories in Aizu.

    We stayed here on a trip to Aizu as a couple. Lounge service: excellent. Onsen: excellent. Interior design: excellent. Cleanliness: excellent. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The horse meat sushi was incredibly delicious. If I had to mention anything, it would have been even better if in-room dining had been an option, and it would have been nice to have Shuttle Service to Aizuwakamatsu Station as well. If we come back to Aizu, we’ll choose either here or Shintaki again.

    A wonderful Accommodation after a long time

    I stayed here on my first trip to Aizu in 30 years. The Accommodation was clean, had a great atmosphere, and was very comfortable. The food was also excellent—there were many dishes that felt far beyond typical buffet quality. Only the buffet Plan was available, so I was a bit worried at first, but in the end I think choosing the buffet here may have been the right decision. The horse meat nigiri was truly delicious. The freshly fried asparagus tempura and shrimp tempura were plump and juicy, and the sauce katsudon and roast beef bowl were also amazing—I ended up completely full. Since my family are big eaters, we were very satisfied. One small disappointment was that the bath temperature overall felt a bit high, so it wasn’t easy to soak for long. However, it may be perfect for those who prefer hotter baths. I love saunas as well, so if there had been one, it would have been perfect. I haven’t often been this satisfied with a new Accommodation recently, so I was really happy. We stayed as a family of four over a three-day weekend, and at around 20,000 yen per person per night, I felt the quality was excellent for the price. I would like to stay here again when visiting Aizu.

    We were able to relax and unwind.

    We arrived before check-in time. We were shown to the drink corner at the back of the lobby. We relaxed with a drink while waiting for our Room to be ready, then headed up. The Room was spacious enough for the two of us and very clean. The open-air bath on the 10th floor offered a panoramic view over Aizuwakamatsu City and felt wonderfully open and refreshing. Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style. There was a wide variety of dishes, featuring homemade touches, local ingredients, and regional specialties that really whetted our appetite. The restaurant’s international staff also served us with warm smiles, which made us feel comfortable. As it was a weekday, it was relatively quiet, and we were able to spend two relaxing days there. It was reasonably priced as well, so I highly recommend this Accommodation. I feel we found a truly great Accommodation. Thank you very much.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was spacious, with plenty of space for our luggage, and it was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. After arriving, we were very satisfied to be able to enjoy sake in the lounge while having rice crackers. Face towels were provided in the bathroom, which was very convenient, and we were impressed by this thoughtful touch. The view of Aizuwakamatsu city from the open-air bath is unforgettable. This is a Hotel I would highly recommend.

    A relaxing Accommodation where you can also enjoy Aizu sake.

    This Accommodation perfectly matches the concept of a relaxing stay. Right after check-in, we enjoyed complimentary drinks in the lounge, including alcohol. The atmosphere helped us forget our everyday fatigue, and we were able to spend a calm, unhurried time. They offer an impressive selection of Aizu sake, so you can enjoy a variety of drinks. Highly recommended for sake lovers. The pricing was also reasonable. At the sake bar, we learned a lot from their explanations and ended up losing track of time while enjoying both the drinks and conversation. All staff were consistently attentive and welcoming, making this a truly comfortable Accommodation.

    It truly was a relaxing accommodation!

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on a Plan with dinner and breakfast for two. To sum it up first: from start to finish, we were able to truly relax thanks to the best hospitality. The “relaxing Accommodation” sign is no exaggeration. On the first day, due to a work-related issue for my companion and heavy traffic, our check-in was significantly delayed and we should not have made it in time for dinner. However, when we contacted you, you immediately accommodated us, allowing us to head to the Accommodation without panic and with peace of mind. At check-in as well, you showed genuine concern, offered kind words of encouragement, and thoughtfully helped us settle in so we could relax in our Room. The next day at breakfast, even though we arrived right at the last minute, the staff at the venue were very considerate and allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Throughout the Facility—amenities and supplies included—we felt attentive care in all the little details that make a difference. There were also unique highlights that are hard to find elsewhere, such as a sake bar. Even though the building is older, there were many thoughtful touches that turned it into part of its charm along with impressive improvements on the service side. The Onsen water quality was also outstanding. My friend said that soaking in the Onsen three days in a row healed almost all of their small skin cuts. As for me, even though I didn’t do any skincare between leaving the large public bath and returning to my Room, my face didn’t feel tight—I didn’t even realize for a while that I’d forgotten. Both dinner and breakfast featured many delicious dishes rich with dashi flavor. There were plenty of local specialties made with regional ingredients as well as many local sakes. Since rain kept us from going out much on one day of sightseeing, this was especially appreciated. Even at checkout, you immediately noticed how heavy our luggage looked and kindly assisted us. We truly felt heartfelt hospitality from beginning to end. The “Aizu Declaration” begins with “We care about others,” and I genuinely believe everyone at Chiyotaki embodies that true Aizu spirit. Thank you very much for such wonderful hospitality and relaxation. When we come back to Aizu again, we would love to stay at Chiyotaki again. That’s all.
