  Room cleaning was terrible.

  The glass, walls, and many other areas were covered in greasy fingerprints. Even around the door peephole was sticky with oil. The Room was full of dust, and it felt dirty and unpleasant.

We always strive to provide our guests with a comfortable space and have been taking the utmost care with our Room cleaning and inspection procedures, so we are truly ashamed that this occurred. We take your feedback seriously and will share it with our housekeeping team, review our operations, and provide additional training to our staff.   The view from the Ro...

  The view from the Room was wonderful. As for the service, it was disappointing—or rather, I was surprised in several ways. Perhaps it’s because the location attracts guests even without much effort. The Onsen has good water quality, but there are no towels, caps, makeup remover, or other amenities, so it’s best to think of it as a simple public bath. I was looking forward to the Onsen, but it was too far to reach in loungewear alone, and going up and down stairs was inconvenient. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so finding food wasn’t a problem. There was no mineral water in the Room, so I bought some. I also bought an unusual natto katsu sandwich at the Hotel café—it was delicious.

While our Hotel has introduced automated check-in/out machines, our front desk staff are available to assist should anything arise during your stay. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you need assistance on your next visit.\n\nAs you mentioned, access to the bathing Facility requires going up and down stairs.   It was clean and comfortable.

  It was a very clean and comfortable Hotel. It comes with two passes to use the adjacent Onsen Facility, which is a great value.
