  A Memorable Stay in Tsuwano

  This was my first time staying at Yutorelo Tsuwano. The Japanese-style twin Room was very comfortable. It would have been even better if the toilet and washbasin area were connected. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The small-portion gourmet kaiseki was just the right amount, and the steamed dish in particular was excellent. The rice tasting at breakfast was a first for me, and I think it’s a wonderful option. My elderly mother was also very pleased. I would like to visit again.

  I was dissatisfied with the emergency response.

  The location was close to tourist attractions and the staff were very courteous, but I was dissatisfied that there was no extension phone or emergency call method in the bath area. A guest collapsed during the morning bath. There was no extension phone in the bath area and no other way to contact the front desk, which caused serious difficulty. Although there is a system to use a mobile phone for outside calls these days, people do not bring their phones into the bath area, so I had to get dressed and go to inform the front desk (from the 5th floor down to the 1st floor). (They called an ambulance.) Also, there were only male staff members, and they did not inform guests waiting in the bath area that someone had been taken away by ambulance. As a result, we had to remain inside for a long time, and I felt extremely uncomfortable with how it was handled. The Room key was also difficult to lock and unlock, which made me concerned about safety. If you plan to use this Facility, I recommend bringing a mobile phone into the bath area as well so you can contact someone if needed.
