    It was a clean Hotel.

    I stayed here on my first trip to Miyajima.\nThe shampoo bar was a unique service that I really enjoyed.\nThere were no particular issues, but if I had to mention one thing, I would appreciate it if the souvenir shop had a wider selection.

    I think this is a new option for sightseeing in Miyajima.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel. We initially considered staying on Miyajima for the atmosphere, but since we were using a rental car, we chose a Hotel with easy access to the island. A free Shuttle Service boat (a traditional roofed boat) is available between the Hotel (specifically, a partnered neighboring fishing company) and Miyajima, and you can park your car at the Hotel free of charge during that time. Dinner and breakfast are served as a half-buffet in a spacious, relaxing restaurant; everything was delicious and high quality. Free drinks and ice cream were available for most of our stay, offering excellent value for money. Redevelopment (perhaps another Hotel) is also underway nearby, and I imagine this area will become a new hub to accommodate commercial venues and Accommodation currently concentrated around Miyajima and Miyajimaguchi.

    Poor value for money.

    We stayed on the Family Plan with breakfast and dinner included. The meals used Hiroshima ingredients such as oysters, and many of the dishes were well seasoned and tasty. The Room was a tatami-style room, which was great because our young child could run around freely.\nHowever, since it cost over 50,000 yen for one night, I questioned whether the food and Room were worth that price. At that price point, I would have liked to see more creative flavors or dishes that were more visually enjoyable. The Room interior was also quite simple, with wallpaper, flooring materials, and amenities that felt closer to a Business Hotel in quality. There may have been seasonal price fluctuations, but it felt more like a value of around 20,000–30,000 yen.

    This was my first stay here. Above all, the meals were excellent. The half-buffet style offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and I was very satisfied. The Onsen was also great, the location was convenient, and the complimentary drinks available at all times were a nice touch. The shuttle bus driver was kind and courteous as well, making my stay very comfortable.

    I’m satisfied with the service.

    The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We used the free Shuttle Service to Miyajima, and when we accidentally left something behind in our Room, they responded quickly and appropriately. Thank you very much.

    It was a disappointing stay.

    Despite making a Reservation early, we were given a second-floor Room with a full view of the first-floor roof. We had booked an expensive ocean-side Room, so the location was disappointing. The large public bath was spacious and had a sauna, which was nice, but the sinks in the changing room were too small and we had to wait our turn to dry our hair. On top of that, it was hot—after rinsing off sweat, we ended up sweating again. As for the meals, about the only highlight was the tartar sauce on the fried oysters at dinner. It might be good for families with children. It was our first trip as a couple in a while, but overall it felt disappointing.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed with my elderly aunt and mother. They requested a breakfast buffet, and since the reviews were good, I made a reservation. The accommodation was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were kind and attentive. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and everyone worked efficiently with kindness, which made us feel great. Of course, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of it. I wondered what a "half-buffet" meant but found it wonderful to enjoy dishes like appetizers or grilled items along with buffet options. The welcome soft-serve ice cream, yukata service, free drinks, ice cream services—everything was perfect! The large public bath and open-air bath were very relaxing; I used them three times in total. The only improvement I would suggest is making the dressing room slightly cooler in temperature. Both my aunt and mother were very satisfied as well—they said they’d love to visit again! This is a hotel I’d recommend to friends too. Thank you so much!

    Stayed at the accommodation during a visit to Miyajima.

    This time, I stayed with no meals included. The amenities, ice, and drinks were excellent, making it a very satisfying experience. I was able to enjoy the onsen twice, which allowed me to relax. Being able to choose between a yukata or samue was also a nice touch.

    Unforgettable Hotel

    A Hotel filled with everything that makes women happy! The variety of drinks at the bar, high-ceilinged Rooms, artistic wall decor, Ryukyu tatami mats, ReFa products, selectable yukata robes, post-bath beer & ice cream, mirror-like booklets, and delicious breakfast... Every detail was impressive. They truly understand what women want! I definitely want to stay here again.

    A quick look around

    We stayed with a low-cost plan to see if this accommodation would be suitable for bringing our grandchild next time. To conclude, it felt underwhelming and we decided not to return. There wasn’t a single point that made us want to come back. Despite having very few guests during our stay, the free beer service was not replenished in time. If the occupancy rate were higher, dissatisfaction would likely increase among all guests. The customer service was not particularly good either, leaving the facility feeling lacking overall.

    This hotel provides complete satisfaction in every aspect. The shuttle service, staff hospitality, services, and room comfort were all excellent. For Onsen in Miyajima, I plan to choose this place from now on.

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a visit to Itsukushima Shrine. The room was clean, and the bed was firm and comfortable, allowing me to sleep well even though I usually have trouble sleeping during trips. The meals were served as a half-buffet and were very delicious. My husband enjoyed some drinks, especially the sparkling sake, which he found delightful. The onsen was also very relaxing. Thank you so much for your thoughtful gesture for our wedding anniversary—it truly brought tears of joy. We were deeply touched by your kindness. Next time, we hope to visit with our grandchildren!

    A Hotel with a great location and view near Miyajima.

    A hotel with excellent location and views of Miyajima from both the room and the Onsen large bath. The ferry to Miyajima operates only once a day round trip, which limits its usability. More frequent services would be appreciated. The hotel is modern and clean, but the service level is comparable to a Business Hotel, so don't expect much hospitality. Dinner and breakfast were served as a half-buffet style, but it didn't particularly highlight the benefits of this format. Compared to other hotels, it felt relatively high in terms of cost-performance value.

    GW Trip

    Traveling to Miyajima round-trip by sea taxi during the busy Golden Week period was very convenient. The room felt similar to a business hotel, but the all-inclusive service and the option to choose colorful yukata were great touches. Perhaps due to it being Golden Week, the accommodation price was higher, but for a half-buffet dinner, the quality of sashimi and meat in the Japanese set meal was impressive. Thank you for holding our luggage until check-in and for all your assistance!

    This is my second stay, and the facility was well-maintained, allowing me to relax comfortably. The breakfast was a semi-buffet style, and the initial bento box served was delicious.

    Please ensure thorough cleaning.

    I booked this for my first trip to Hiroshima. I mentioned in the comment section during the Reservation that it was a birthday trip, but there was no message card or congratulatory words from the Hotel. It would have been nice to receive even a simple birthday greeting. The Hotel is new, offered various free services, and I had an enjoyable stay! The breakfast was also delicious. However, I was disappointed with some aspects: the Room had an unpleasant smell, several strands of hair were found on the floor, the tatami in the Room felt loose, mold was visible in the bathroom of the Room, and dust clogged in the hairdryer caused a burnt smell. Other than these issues, everything else was good. Thank you very much!

    All-you-can-drink beer and soft drinks!

    This time, due to time constraints, I stayed without meals. After sightseeing in Miyajima, I arrived around 8 o'clock! I immediately enjoyed the large public bath and headed to the all-you-can-drink soft drink and beer corner near the entrance of the bath! The all-you-can-drink draft beer was excellent. However, there weren't many places to sit, so I ended up drinking while standing or reluctantly taking it back to my room. It would have been nice if there were more places where you could sit and drink... There was also ice cream available, but unfortunately, by the time I got out of the bath, there wasn't a single one left. In the morning, I enjoyed watching the sunrise while having coffee! The kumiko craftwork in front of reception was so wonderful that I wanted to keep looking at it forever. It's convenient for sightseeing in Miyajima as it's close to Miyajima's pier and you can see Miyajima's torii gate from the hotel. The room was spacious enough and since the bed was about semi-double size, I could relax comfortably.

    I really liked it.

    The building is new, and everything is well-equipped. I was impressed by the services, including the large public bath, amenities, and even beer, sours, and ice cream after bathing. Honestly, I would like to come again. It's also great that there's an oyster hut just a short walk away.

    I stayed with my mother.

    It is a beautiful Hotel. The Room was also relaxing with tatami mats. The price is reasonable as well. I had breakfast, and it was slightly better than the usual Business Hotel buffet style. I appreciated the drink bar and the free drinks like beer, sours, and ice cream available after a bath. The disappointing part was first of all, the uniforms of the front desk staff. I think proper uniforms would be better. The current ones seem to be an arrangement of jinbei or yukata, which feels a bit sloppy. Also, instead of lockers for luggage in the bath area, there were baskets; drying hair had to be done in conjunction with the washroom where there were few dryers and limited space; I wished they provided at least bottled water in the Room. There were no mirrors for makeup in the Room either which was unfortunate but considering the price range, I have no complaints.
