    You can see the Great Torii Gate from the Hotel.

    Despite the heat, I went to Miyajima because I wanted to walk through the Great Torii Gate of Itsukushima Shrine. On my previous trip, I stayed in Hiroshima City, which made the schedule rushed, so this time I stayed at this Hotel in Miyajimaguchi. Since it was an extremely hot day, the complimentary drinks were truly appreciated. After arriving at the Hotel, I used the large Onsen bath to wash off the sweat—it felt wonderful and helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. Both dinner and breakfast featured a very satisfying half-buffet selection, and there was also a great variety of complimentary drinks, so I was very pleased overall. When I visit Miyajima again, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed for one night on a family trip. We chose this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Hiroshima City and Miyajima, and it was so comfortable that we found ourselves wishing we could spend more time relaxing at the Hotel. What we especially appreciated was the complimentary drink service. Being able to unwind with a drink after returning from sightseeing was truly relaxing and made our trip even more enjoyable. The Onsen was also clean and spacious, and it helped us fully recover from the day’s fatigue. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations—not only was there a great variety, but each dish was delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. Starting the day feeling a bit indulgent is something we’ll remember. All of the staff were kind, warm, and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant. This is a Hotel we would highly recommend not only to those planning to visit Miyajima, but also to anyone who wants to enjoy some downtime at the Hotel as well. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Hiroshima next time. (I enjoyed my stay so much that I completely forgot to take photos!)

    The meals were excellent.

    It wasn’t what I expected for the price range. YouTube and Netflix were not available. The price is similar to hotels with a pool and gym, and it also has high ratings on IKYU, but it didn’t feel like what I had anticipated. It was clean, the staff service was good, and the meals included drinks, so it felt like a good value. I regretted not going to Hiroshima City and choosing a standard hotel because of the TV features and pricing. It’s not a bad hotel, but it was slightly disappointing.

    The meals and the On...

    The meals and the Onsen were great. However, since we were staying with our child, we were placed in a Room next to a smoking room, and the cigarette smell was very strong and unpleasant. Does this Hotel not take such considerations into account? Even though we were with a child, I wondered why we were put next to a smoking room. I wish you had asked whether it was okay to be next to a smoking room. If you had, we would have requested a place without cigarette smoke.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay here, and I was completely satisfied in every way. I had an ocean-side Room with a great view, and the Room was spacious enough to relax comfortably. The soft-serve ice cream and drink service was excellent, so I ended up having more than a few beers after the bath (haha). The meals—especially the freshly fried tempura—were very delicious, though it felt like there were fewer dishes overall. Everything was kept very clean, and I was extremely satisfied. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to return to. Thank you very much.

    40th Wedding Anniversary Trip

    It was our first time back in Miyajima in seven years, and we had a wonderful stay. They kindly stored our luggage in advance, so we could enjoy sightseeing at a relaxed pace. The welcome soft-serve ice cream was delicious, and you could add toppings; the drink selection was also great. Both dinner and breakfast offered more dishes than we could finish, and everything was excellent. We were able to soak in the bath at leisure and felt completely refreshed. The staff were all very pleasant, which naturally put a smile on our faces as well. This time we traveled as a couple for an anniversary trip, but next time we’d love to visit with three generations of our family.

    The meals, service, ...

    The meals, service, hospitality, and overall comfort were excellent. Both the set meals and the buffet were delicious. The craft beer at dinner and “Chi-bo” at breakfast were a lot of fun. The sea taxi was also great—the view from the small boat was amazing. I rated the room 4/5 because the extra bed pad was thin and not very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that, we were completely satisfied. Thank you very much!

    Excellent value for money!

    We stayed for two nights with No Meals Included. The value for money was so good that we wondered if it was really okay at this price. Although many Accommodations in the area are quite expensive, our mountain-side Room still offered plenty of space and a great view. The large public bath was spacious, and we appreciated the many washing stations. The ice cream and beer after the bath were absolutely delicious!

    It was amazing!

    We stayed in an ocean-side Room as a family of four. In addition to the set dinner at our table, there was a buffet with lots of delicious options. The conger eel tempura in particular was so light and fluffy that I wished I could have had more. Alcohol was all-you-can-drink—truly all-inclusive.\nAfter the bath, we could even enjoy a beer, and everything was taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also great, and the conger eel rice was delicious too. Overall, it was excellent. It’s a Hotel where you hardly need to spend anything beyond the Accommodation fee, and we were genuinely very satisfied.\nWe’ll stay here again when we visit Miyajima. Thank you to all the staff.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    The property was very clean throughout, and the bath was extremely relaxing. There was a great selection of complimentary drinks, and many guests enjoyed them after bathing. The half-buffet also offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

    The best Hotel with views of Miyajima

    I visited Hiroshima Castle before it closed for renovations, then stayed here after a short trip. It’s a new and very clean Hotel. I was given an ocean-side Room, and it was wonderful to see Miyajima right in front of me. Watching the beautiful scenery change with the tides and at sunset was truly relaxing. The large public bath was also open and spacious facing the sea, which I really enjoyed. Dinner was delicious as well. I was also very happy with the complimentary ice cream and drinks service. The next morning, I used the water taxi to Miyajima that departs from beside the Hotel. Since taking the ferry usually means struggling to find parking, being able to leave my car at the Hotel for free while sightseeing on Miyajima was a huge help. If you have time, you can also return by water taxi; we came back earlier by ferry and walked about 1 km back to the Hotel. If timing works out, you can also return via the Hotel shuttle bus. This Hotel offered outstanding service in every way—more affordable than staying on Miyajima itself, kind staff, and overall excellent! The only downside was that there were not many towels or amenities in either the Room or the public bath, so I recommend bringing your own. Even so, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much.

    I really enjoyed the half-buffet meals, with a wide variety of dishes and an excellent selection of alcoholic drinks. The Room was also very clean, making my stay comfortable. The torii gate of Miyajima seen from the open-air bath in the evening was truly beautiful. Thank you very much.

    Family-Friendly Accommodation

    I stayed here on a friend’s recommendation. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied. The in-room bath faced the sea, and I could also enjoy views of Miyajima, which was wonderful. I think it would be more considerate for elderly guests and those with poor eyesight if the guest rooms were barrier-free. The Shuttle Service to Miyajima by water taxi was very helpful.     It was a wonderful trip.

    Since we were traveling to Miyajima on Day 1 and Iwakuni on Day 2, we chose a Hotel in “Miyajimaguchi” rather than “Hiroshima.” It was close enough to walk from the station, clean, and had a large public bath. It was also a Hotel with various thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable. 　 What I especially liked: We booked the plan where you cannot choose the Room (a more affordable rate), so we were assigned an end Room. I was slightly concerned at first, but when it was time to sleep, I couldn’t fall asleep because of mechanical noise from outside. When I spoke with the front desk, they promptly arranged a Room change. I really appreciated it. A slight downside: Since it’s not in the city center, there aren’t many options for dinner nearby. It may be difficult on busy weekends, but if possible, I would be grateful if guests could have dinner at the Hotel upon request.

    Service beyond expectations

    There was a great value Plan available, so I stayed again for the first time in a while. I arrived an hour before check-in due to my train schedule, but the staff were very courteous and told me they would let me know as soon as my Room was ready, so I waited on the bench in front of the lobby. With a complimentary drink in hand and an excellent location with views of the Miyajima torii gate, time passed quickly even while waiting. The tatami-mat Room felt relaxing. The large public bath had wonderful views, and after bathing there were complimentary beer and other alcoholic drinks—an irresistible service for those who enjoy alcohol. Since I don’t drink much, I had ice cream and juice instead. The lounge on the 7th floor with its great view was also very nice. Breakfast was served half-buffet style and was delicious. The tempura was freshly fried, and the grilled fish could be reheated at your table so you could enjoy it hot off the grill again. Although I didn’t use it this time, they also offer a complimentary Shuttle Service by boat to Miyajima, making this Hotel feel like an exceptional value.

    The services are excellent, and I’m very satisfied.

    It was a trip for two adult women. The welcome service and soft-serve ice cream were delicious, and drinks were also provided. In the bath area, there is a shampoo bar where you can choose your favorite shampoo. After the bath, it was fun to enjoy shochu, beer, and ice cream as well. The Room was small but clean and more than sufficient. The Shuttle Service driver was friendly and easy to talk to, and everyone at the front desk was very kind. I would love to stay here again when visiting Miyajima.

    Traditional Japanese New Year’s dishes (Osechi)

    Traditional osechi in a jubako box for breakfast Ozoni (New Year’s soup) Toshikoshi soba (New Year’s Eve buckwheat noodles) Complimentary otoso (spiced New Year’s sake) We could even see the first sunrise of the year from the bath, making it a wonderful New Year. Excellent service throughout.

    The sea-facing side with a view of Miyajima’s torii gate is probably the most recommended.

    It was a pity that our Room faced the mountains, but we were able to relax on the large bed. The sea-side Rooms have a view of the Miyajima torii gate, don’t they? We were very disappointed to hear that the sauna in the bath area was out of order. On the plus side, yukata are available to borrow, and we could also enjoy alcoholic drinks after bathing, which felt like a nice bonus. In the morning, when I used the open-air bath, I could see a small island and it made me pleasantly happy.

    We had a comfortable stay as a family.

    We were very satisfied with the view from the Hotel, the attentive service, the meals, and the Onsen! Our family of four stayed in two Rooms and enjoyed a relaxing time. We would like to stay here again when visiting Miyajima.

    Not as expected.

    During the autumn foliage season in Miyajima, the experience was underwhelming compared to the price. As a large Hotel, it felt noisy and crowded, with the public bath often busy. The shower heads in the public bath were Refa, and the bath itself was nice. However, the bathroom in the Room was small like one in a single apartment, and although separate from the toilet, it felt very cramped. The sofa had an overly soft seat but hard edges that pressed against my knees, causing discomfort and back pain as I sank into it. Being on the 3rd floor with a sea-facing Room did not offer any view of Itsukushima's torii gate or anything notable; thus, there was poor scenery. Breakfast was satisfying with both bento boxes and a variety of buffet options available. In the morning, there was a long line for boarding their private boat to Miyajima Island; combined with guests checking out at that time made for a chaotic atmosphere.

    It was really great.

    We chose an ocean-side Room, so the view was great. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we also enjoyed the half-buffet. There was a free drink service, and the shampoo bar was a nice touch for women. This is a Hotel we would like to use again if we have the opportunity.

    I stayed here on my first trip to Miyajima.\nThe shampoo bar was a unique service that I really enjoyed.\nThere were no particular issues, but if I had to mention one thing, I would appreciate it if the souvenir shop had a wider selection.
