  Excellent facility, for adults

  The guest rooms have a luxurious feel in both the facility and amenities, with various amenities placed just before the large public bath, ensuring a comfortable stay. The large public bath is spacious, but since the hotel is located in the center of the Onsen town, the open-air bath is just a basic provision. The meals are not bad, and the buffet offers a wide variety. However, it is not exceptionally good and is priced accordingly. It received low ratings from children. The service is disappointing. It seems there is a shortage of staff, and there are no employees capable of providing proper customer service. I felt that training and guidance are necessary.
