    The cost performance of the Hotel is excellent.

    The well-maintained interior, bright and friendly staff, and the dinner buffet with live performances and a wide variety of dishes were enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi bath in the room, and despite the cold season, I was able to spend my time comfortably.

    The best Hotel!

    We stayed as a family. The room had a view of the sea, was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably! There are several zones within the hotel that guests can use for free, where you can enjoy billiards and darts. There are also many games for children and board games that even middle schoolers can enjoy. Juices and alcohol are also available for free, which made the whole family very happy. We were also able to enjoy handheld fireworks at night. We recommend checking in early to enjoy the time spent at the hotel!

    The meal was disappointing.

    I stayed in the annex building that was completed this year. The room was very clean, and the jacuzzi was spacious and nice. The service from the foreign staff was also good. However, the dinner was disappointing. It was a buffet, but I couldn't eat the steak or churrasco to my satisfaction. The staff grilling the steak disappeared, and the churrasco came to the table only once. The website said to enjoy as much as you like, but... It's better to go for breakfast early. Many dishes were gone near the last order, and they weren't replenished much. I was satisfied with the all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge. I was concerned only about the dinner, so I emailed the hotel about the above, but I still haven't received a reply. When I inquired about the restaurant reservation before staying, I got a reply immediately. The room and lounge are excellent at the hotel. I think it's good to stay without meals. It's better to go to Nago (Nago) city center for dinner. My child said they wanted to stay again, but there will be no repeat for us.

    Dissatisfaction with the automatic check-in

    The Facility was satisfactory. The food was slightly better than average, but the tall foreign gentleman's service during breakfast was excellent. In addition to being attentive to children, the frequent cleaning and guidance were remarkable. However, if you are going to explain the guest room after self-check-in, proper guidance is necessary. Despite the confusion, the young woman at the front desk ignored us, which left a bad impression. However, the Room was excellent, and I believe it would be very satisfying if the front desk service were better. It was mentioned that discount tickets for Nago Pineapple Park are sold, but the front desk could not handle it, which was disappointing.

    Annex Building

    When checking in this time, I was surprised to receive an unexpected gift for being thanked for using our services for the third time. The Annex building has a more mature atmosphere compared to the Hotel building, offering views of the Yambaru scenery instead of the ocean view, with butterflies fluttering around. I was impressed by how well the Annex building was constructed to take advantage of such wonderful nature. In the lounge, you can enjoy ice-cold Asahi Super Dry. The Room's jacuzzi also offers a relaxing atmosphere like an open-air bath, with the window open to view the trees outside and bath salts added. Of course, you can also enjoy darts and billiards in the Hotel building. The Annex building, with its fireworks service, is highly recommended.

    Everything exceeded our expectations!

    It was a wonderful hotel. From the exterior to the interior, it had a resort-like feel, truly representative of Okinawa, and I was surprised by the abundance of services. Both dinner and breakfast allowed us to fully enjoy Okinawan cuisine, and we were able to have a fun dining experience with the lesser-known core aspects of Okinawan dishes. During dinner, there was also a live island song performance, which everyone at the venue enjoyed. Above all, the use of the lounge was excellent. There were card games, board games, billiards, and darts, with an ocean view and a stunning night view. Moreover, the all-you-can-drink beer and awamori was wonderful and impressive. Choosing a property from among the many hotels was extremely difficult, but it was a great decision.

    Very satisfied.

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The facility was very clean and comfortable. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten something and contacted the staff, who responded very politely and returned it to me safely. I am grateful for their assistance. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

    The jet bath in the Room is excellent!

    I stayed at the newly opened annex building. The scent at the front desk was very much to my liking and soothing! The room and the water facilities were clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The jet bath in the room was particularly large and fantastic! However, the lounge in the hotel building where you can play billiards and darts was crowded, and it seemed like the same people were playing for a long time, so I would be happy if there was a system for waiting in line!
