    Overall, it was very good.

    We stayed in the annex building for a family trip (5 people). With connecting Rooms and two jacuzzis, we had a great time in the Room, and also enjoyed drinks in the lounge (especially Super Dry and Black Nikka Highball). On the 11th floor of the Hotel building, we played billiards and darts—our kids were very happy. We were also glad we could do fireworks. It was a rare experience, and we really enjoyed it. At dinner, we were satisfied to be able to enjoy an Okinawan folk music live performance as well. Just across the road there is a convenience store, and there is also the sea nearby—very convenient location. The sea was close enough for an easy morning walk, which was great. Room: It would have been even better if the jacuzzi and shower were next to each other. Also, it was a bit disappointing that you could see the public road from the jacuzzi (may depend on the Room). Meals: The Agu pork shabu-shabu was incredibly delicious! However, since we stayed two nights and the menu was almost the same both days, it might be nice to have a bit more variety (it would be good to have other broth options as well). This applies to both breakfast and dinner.

    My expectations were too high.

    I had imagined the calm green shown in the Room photos at the time of Reservation, but while the layout was the same, the actual Room was entirely pink, which personally did not feel relaxing at all. It seems two Rooms were renovated into one by removing a wall. There was only one sink and it felt quite small. There was another sink inside the toilet area, but I didn’t use that one to wash my face. There was space to open a suitcase, but unless it’s very small, it’s basically impossible. I visited three lounges. The one with darts had many Asian foreign guests and was too noisy for me. On the first floor lounge there was a limited-time sangria, but perhaps because it was late, it had an overpowering bitter mint taste and I couldn’t drink it. It may be good for people who drink beer or highballs, but those who can only drink cocktails or fruit liqueurs may not enjoy it as much. There were several syrups available, but I wasn’t sure whether they were alcoholic or not. There are also few elevators, and you can definitely feel that parts have been renovated from an older building, so I think staying in the newer section is better. The lounge in the newer section was quiet and relaxing, but I saw some guests openly eating food even though outside food is supposed to be prohibited. Overall, I feel like the photos on the website make everything look better than it actually is. Breakfast had a wide variety and was good, but it felt crowded and hectic with many Asian foreign guests. That can’t really be helped. At any tourist destination you go to these days, manners tend to stand out. Even within the same price range there are cleaner options elsewhere, so this time my impression is that I expected too much based on the photos.

    It was my first time using this service.

    Because I booked during the sale period, I was able to stay at a great price. Overall it was very good, but there were a few points that concerned me. - After checking in and entering the Room, some trash from the previous guest was still there. - The corridors on each floor do not have air conditioning, so it was extremely hot. - I used the laundry. At other Facility locations, if items are left for 30 minutes to an hour after the cycle ends, staff remove them and store them. Here, my laundry was taken out within just a few minutes. I would like you to post guidance about how long items may be left unattended. - The Room ventilation is weak, so odors tend to linger. This is especially noticeable in the toilet, where ventilation is sensor-operated and runs for only a short time. Please consider adjusting the sensor timer. Other than that, I was very satisfied. I would appreciate it if these points could be improved. If I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Family-friendly travel

    We stayed as a family of five with elementary school-aged children. The room was spacious, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. We also enjoyed our time at the Hotel, with darts in the lounge and free fireworks. One disappointing point was that the toilet had a strong odor that bothered us. The toilet itself wasn’t dirty, so I think it would be better to place an air freshener or aroma diffuser. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to stay again.

    Honeymoon (with friends)

    After our wedding, my wife and I stayed here with friends. We used the connecting Room, and it was perfect—you can either separate the Rooms properly or connect them as needed. As for the Facility, we used all of the lounges throughout the property, and it’s no exaggeration to say it’s ideal for visiting with friends. Every lounge had drinks, plenty of space to chat, and areas to have fun—we had a great time.

    We had a great stay.

    While the quality of both dinner and breakfast was high, I was concerned about the long wait times. In particular, at breakfast an overseas staff member was working hard alone, while the front desk staff seemed to have nothing to do—I couldn’t help thinking they should have helped. Those of us waiting in line, including ourselves, exchanged wry smiles in disbelief.

    Comfortable.

    This was my second stay, as I first stayed last December and found it very comfortable. I stayed in the annex building; it’s new, the Room is clean, and the jacuzzi is spacious. However, the shower room is a bit far away, which is slightly inconvenient. There are several lounges with drinks and light snacks available, so you can relax comfortably outside your Room as well. There’s a convenience store and places to eat very close to the Hotel, which is convenient, and the bed is comfortable so you can sleep well. Overall, I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay again!

    We made a Reservatio...

    We made a Reservation for a suite for five people. The Room was very spacious, and we never felt cramped. The view was also excellent, and we really enjoyed it. The in-room bath was large as well, and the wooden walls and floor were a nice touch. At check-in, there were many verbal explanations, which made it a bit hard to follow. We also needed to write down the names of all accompanying guests, but only the representative was told to listen to the explanation; it might be better to have each person fill in their own name. For dinner, we enjoyed Okinawan cuisine and appreciated being able to listen to Okinawan folk songs. However, perhaps because seating for five was arranged on the spot, the tables were very close together and felt cramped. For breakfast, our seats were prepared in advance, so it was comfortable.

    Returning guests, please note.

    When I stayed last year, cleansing oil and face wash were provided as a set, but they are not available now. If you are a repeat guest or wear makeup, it’s best to bring your own. Other than that, there were no issues at all. The buffet is consistently good. The bath salts also smell great, so I always use them. It’s a comfortable Accommodation with great value for money.

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights, and while the meals were delicious, both breakfast and dinner lacked variety in the menu. Breakfast was fine, but by the third day, I thought it might have been better to dine out. The Room, lounge, and live performances were excellent.

    Perfect Hotel for Families

    This is my second stay. The staff's warm smiles at check-in are comforting, and during the stay, my daughter and I enjoyed table games, darts, and billiards in the lounge. Dinner is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and the folk music live performance adds to the excitement. You can have a great time without leaving the accommodation! Highly recommended!

    It was a wonderful Hotel where I could truly relax!

    I wanted to visit Jungleia Okinawa and found Twin Line while searching for a Hotel in April before its opening. For 31,000 yen for two nights with breakfast included and free-flow drinks at the lounge, I didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be an amazing Hotel that exceeded my expectations! Check-in involves speaking with the front desk staff first and then using an automated machine to issue your Room key. Check-out is also done via the machine. The Room was spacious enough, and having a jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It felt like a special getaway experience. Although it was slightly inconvenient that the shower and jacuzzi were separate, I brought beach sandals with me so I managed by wrapping myself in a towel—laughs. The lounges each had their own charm. On the first day, due to school trip students staying there, the lounge on the first floor of the main building wasn’t available; however, it was still sufficient overall. If I may make one suggestion: having at least one adults-only lounge would have been even better. Despite plenty of seating in large lounges, families with children sometimes chose seats right next to mine where kids were noisy or disruptive—it made for some uncomfortable moments. At another annex lounge area when parents weren’t watching closely enough over their children playing near water areas caused concern too. Not asking everywhere necessarily—but just one quiet adult-exclusive space would enhance things greatly! Overall though—the service provided throughout along w/ enjoyable experiences made this such wonderful stay! Looking forward returning again someday soon!

    It was wonderful.

    The staff's attentiveness, the all-inclusive service, handheld fireworks, and even the shamisen live performance during meals were all absolutely satisfying. I would love to visit again!

    The Room was great. ...

    The Room was great. The location was also excellent, just a short walk to the beach. However, it was a downside that the Room wasn't ready even at check-in time, and we had to wait.

    2 nights in the Annex building

    I stayed for two nights in the newly built annex building. The room size was average and fine, but there was limited space for luggage, making it inconvenient for a two-night stay. The meals were the same both mornings and evenings, which became repetitive. It was also disappointing that the Hotel does not have a pool.

    I would love to stay here again.

    We found this hotel while searching for accommodation for 5 people. The deciding factors were the free lounge and the location in Nago. The room was spacious, we could enjoy 5 fireworks per person, and each lounge had a unique atmosphere with drinks and snacks available. The bathroom in the room was also large with a washing area, making our stay truly comfortable. There was a pleasant fragrance throughout the accommodation. The amenities were well-stocked, so we didn’t need to bring anything! There were even bath salts (changing daily) and hair oil, which made it very relaxing. The view from the balcony was great, and our children said they wanted to stay at this hotel again as they left reluctantly—it showed how much fun they had during their stay. We would love to visit again! This time my grandmother couldn’t join us due to unforeseen circumstances, so next time I’d like to bring her along and make her happy too. One small request: it would be helpful if you could increase the number of laundry facilities or find some way to improve accessibility there!

    Staff shortage

    The beer in the beer server ran out, and even after calling for a replacement, no one came. The restaurant accommodates both school trip students and general guests in the same venue. If students and general guests cannot be separated, it might be better not to accept school trip groups. The food is also catered towards large groups. Not planning to return. Additionally, since the back of the Hotel faces a forest and a small river, there are many insects in the lounge and guest rooms—please take care. On a positive note, you can enjoy a good view of the sunset from the 11th floor of the main building.

    It was the best trip ever.

    Our first family trip to Okinawa during the rainy season turned out to be perfect thanks to this Hotel! Despite the affordable price, it was incredibly clean, and the annex building even had a jacuzzi. The garden was equipped with playground equipment and handheld fireworks, which kept our kids so entertained that they didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything. We visited all the lounges as recommended, each offering a unique atmosphere that made exploring them fun on its own. With board games and workshops available, both adults (with a drink in hand) and children could fully enjoy this wonderful space. For dinner, we decided on a nearby Okinawan izakaya after much deliberation. Next time, we’d love to try the shabu-shabu with Agu pork offered here. Breakfast was so delicious and varied that even though we wanted an early start for our day’s activities, it was hard to leave. The clean Room and spacious bath were perfect for relaxing after a long day. If I may suggest one improvement—it would be great if there were space near the entrance for opening suitcases. It rained at night but plenty of umbrellas were provided by the Hotel, making movement easy. Holding an umbrella while enjoying handheld fireworks was also a first-time experience for us—and such fun! My friends saw our photos and were incredibly jealous; they said they’ll definitely stay here next time! With so many amazing Hotels in Okinawa making it hard to choose—this one might just be number one in terms of value! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

    Apart from the excessive dust in the restaurant, everything else is highly rated!

    I stayed in the Annex building for 2 nights and 3 days and had a very comfortable experience. However, one disappointing point was the large amount of dust on all the lampshades in the restaurant. It seemed as though they hadn't been cleaned even once since the renewal opening. Above the buffet dishes and seating areas, there were numerous lights, all covered with so much dust that it looked like a two-tone color scheme. Additionally, on the first day, a foreign staff member (possibly mixed-race) arrived late, causing breakfast service to start late. The next day as well, I wondered if "that person is late again?" as there was no sign of activity at the entrance curtain... It finally opened at 6:41 without any apology for being 11 minutes late. While their service was adequate overall, it felt insincere and lacked enthusiasm or even polite smiles. Other than that issue, I enjoyed my stay in the new Annex building (except for the view from my window—stagnant river and iron fence). The free-flow drinks were sufficient; combined with its atmosphere and accommodation cost, it scored high points overall. That said: 1) A hotel should never waste guests' time—this is a fundamental principle. 2) Cleanliness is essential—dusty lampshades in restaurants violate this basic standard. These issues are truly regrettable. Next month I plan to recommend this hotel to overseas friends who are Michelin-starred chefs visiting Okinawa with their family due to its great value-for-money aspect—but only if improvements are made regarding cleanliness (dusty lampshades). Otherwise not. I’ll be visiting Okinawa again later this month; during my visit I'll check out your buffet (as it's open to visitors) to confirm whether these issues have been addressed properly or not!

    ECO Cleaning?

    We stayed for a three-day, two-night Multiple Night Stay as a family. At check-in, we were informed that eco-cleaning would be applied, meaning no sheet changes or room cleaning, only towel replacement and trash collection. We agreed to this policy. However, upon returning to the Room on the second day, while bath towels and bath mats had been replaced, the hand towels in the restroom and face towels remained unchanged. There was also some trash on the floor; even without full cleaning service, more attention to detail would have been appreciated. Additionally, although there were two adults and one infant in our group, only enough towels for adults were provided each day. We had to request additional ones daily. Other than these points, our stay was overall wonderful and enjoyable! The lounge access with free drinks was a great feature. The 11th-floor lounge offered darts, billiards, and board games; however, they were quite popular during our visit so we couldn’t try everything we wanted as they were fully occupied most of the time. With only two dart machines available causing long waits in line—we decided not to wait for our turn. Considering its affordability along with such Facilities provided—it’s an excellent value! Thank you very much!

    The extra bed is too short.

    The hotel was clean, and the facilities and activities were excellent. However, the extra bed was clearly designed for children, which was disappointing. We made a reservation for three adults and requested an extra bed, but it seemed to be less than 160cm long. If it were for an additional child, it would be understandable, but providing such a bed for three adults seems unacceptable. Everything else was great, but this aspect left us slightly disappointed.

    Perfect for family trips with children.

    We traveled with a 0-year-old and a 3-year-old, and the Facility was clean and enjoyable. The dinner performance and fireworks after the meal delighted the children. This was our third trip to Okinawa with kids, but this Hotel provided the highest level of satisfaction so far. Thank you to all the staff for your pleasant service!

    Stayed at the annex. The room's jacuzzi and lounge were just as lovely as in the photos. The three lounges offer slightly different drinks and snacks, but getting coffee at the annex takes a bit of effort. The room was not small, but there was no space to open a suitcase, and hanging hangers on the wall was inconvenient. However, having separate shower rooms, washrooms, and toilets was a plus. Meals are buffet-style, but I found it unhygienic when children were carried around to see dishes in pots or bowls while their shoes bumped into various places. There is a convenience store nearby, so next time I might consider getting food from there instead.

    This is my third time using it.

    Every time I visit, it feels like the staff's service is getting better. I had a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and both were satisfying. Especially for dinner, there were additions like pork shabu-shabu and a chocolate mountain, which made it even better. We used the room for two people, but there wasn't much space to put our luggage, so it would have been better to travel light. If possible, having a basket at our feet might have been helpful. Since beer can now be enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor, we could drink without much crowding. The room with a bathtub is reasonably priced yet spacious enough to relax comfortably; it's my favorite. Although it's an old hotel, renovations have been done so you don't feel its age. I would like to use it again.

    Reasonable

    It is a reasonably priced Hotel. It is rare to have alcohol as a welcome drink. Alcohol is all-you-can-drink at night as well. The bath and toilet are separate, so I could use them without hesitation.

    A great time with family

    There were reservations available during the off-season and super sales, allowing us to stay at a very reasonable price. We made great memories as a family by enjoying drinks in two different lounges and playing darts and board games. The room was very clean, and waking up to the ocean view in the morning was refreshing. The breakfast buffet was luxurious with a wide variety of delicious options. Until now, there was only one hotel I had revisited, but this has become a hotel I would like to stay at again.

    A wonderful Hotel suitable for families.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and an exciting surprise, which made our stay enjoyable. It seemed like there were many families staying as well. Perhaps it was due to the season, but it never felt noisy or disruptive. The staff at the front desk and dining areas were very polite and attentive. Amenities were provided near the front desk, allowing guests to take what they needed. The Room had a calm and bright atmosphere, and stepping out onto the balcony revealed a beautiful view of the ocean. Dinner featured a variety of Okinawan dishes in a buffet style, offering plenty of options to enjoy. Additionally, the live show during dinner made the meal even more delightful. In fact, we ended up watching it twice. It was also budget-friendly, and my wife and I were both very happy with our choice of TWIN LINE HOTEL. Thank you very much!

    Best value for money

    When I arrived at the Hotel and saw its exterior, I wondered, "Is this okay?" However, once I entered, the lobby was clean and reassuring. The elevator showed its age, but the Room on the 9th floor had a view of the ocean, was very spacious, and clean. Thanks to that, my husband's workation went smoothly. The restroom had a sink, which was very convenient, but the lack of a towel rack made it a bit inconvenient. The stay included two meals, but the menu was exactly the same for both days, which became a bit monotonous. While it might be necessary to maintain cost performance, I feel that offering a daily-changing menu could attract more long-term guests. It would also be nice if the chocolate fountain alternated between chocolate and white chocolate on different days. Although there was no pool or large public bath, we enjoyed activities like darts, billiards, and free-flow drinks in the lounge. The laundry machine was a SHARP drum-type, making washing and drying very easy. I would like to use this Hotel again if I have the opportunity.

    The cost performance of the Hotel is excellent.

    The well-maintained interior, bright and friendly staff, and the dinner buffet with live performances and a wide variety of dishes were enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi bath in the room, and despite the cold season, I was able to spend my time comfortably.
