    We enjoyed the drink...

    We enjoyed the drink bar, hot dogs, and pancakes. The hotel staff provided courteous service, which was great. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

    Very good

    It was amazing. First of all, the location is very convenient. I really appreciated that they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. There’s a microwave on the floor, and having ice available was a lifesaver in the heat. The daily bottled water for each guest was also greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, even including bath additives, which made me happy. The Room I chose had a unit bath, which wasn’t the most convenient, but I used it thinking it would be a good experience for my child—and we managed just fine! Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the welcome drink or hot dog due to timing issues. The elevator security was great as you need a card key to select your desired floor. I’d love to visit again!

    It was very comfortable.

    The room was clean, and the bathtub was spacious, making it satisfactory even without a large public bath. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, but during busy times, there may be waiting times, so it might not be suitable for early departures.

    Breakfast was so popular that I couldn't even get to the donuts!

    I got a bit lost on the way from USJ to the Hotel, but since I had pre-registered for check-in, I was able to check in even before 2 PM. The pancake service starting at 3 PM was also great. The Room was spacious enough and the shampoo suited me well. The ReFa hair dryer was excellent too (my wife was happy as her hair became silky smooth). For breakfast the next morning, I ate too much—hamburgers, eggs benedict, tonkotsu ramen... and couldn’t even manage a donut (haha). Each smoothie was delicious as well. Check-out was quick and easy, allowing us to relax in the Room until just before 11 AM. It has become a Hotel I’d like to use again!

    Close and convenient

    First time at Universal Studios. Since I wasn't familiar with the process, I arrived early and opted for early check-in to take a nap and save energy for a full day of fun. The Hotel is located within the premises, so I prioritized cleanliness and food quality over cost, even if it was slightly higher, as being able to crash immediately after getting tired was essential. One highlight was the convenient lounge service offering light snacks when feeling peckish. However, it was disappointing that the reception staff's attire lacked a bit of polish.

    The location was very convenient for the Expo, being close to the station and with plenty of food options nearby. The unit bath was clean, but the bathtub bottom was worn out and peeling, showing its age. It might be better to separate the bath and toilet and renovate the water facilities. The room was clean, but it would be nice to have more space to place bags or souvenirs instead of putting them directly on the floor. In the lounge, pancake mix often ran out. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go all the way to the lobby staff for assistance. Although it's self-service, better management would be appreciated. The overall content of the lounge was good though. As a Diamond member, I enjoyed having breakfast included for free—it was delicious! However, if staying with No Meals Included at this price point, it might feel a bit expensive.

    We stayed here during our family trip to USJ and the Expo. The hotel offers great access to Sakurajima, convenient shuttle bus service to the Expo, and is located just outside the gate of USJ—perfect for tired travelers. Highlights include complimentary cookies and drinks available at the restaurant on the first floor during snack time. The coffee is freshly ground and brewed, making it delicious. In the evening, free hot dogs are also offered, which were equally tasty. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable throughout our 3-night stay; it never felt repetitive, and our kids loved it! The egg tarts were especially delightful. One suggestion for improvement would be adding a coin laundry facility.

    We stayed for two ni...

    We stayed for two nights during a family trip to USJ. We chose this accommodation because it was slightly cheaper than other hotels in the area and wanted a change from our usual hotel. The facility itself is relatively new, and both the interior and guest rooms were clean with no major issues. However, the only dissatisfaction was breakfast. At 3,300 yen per adult, the breakfast offered limited variety and did not live up to its "Happy Meal" branding—its unique selling point was unclear. Among the options, they highlighted burgers made by chefs on-site; however, these turned out to be pre-cooked patties placed in buns for efficiency due to crowd management. While understandable from an operational perspective, it felt underwhelming. Additionally, the rice served in large warming containers commonly found in cafeterias was not warm at all—in fact, it felt cold. I tried pairing it with branded eggs for tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg), but since both were cold, it ended up feeling like eating convenience store-level cold rice balls. Furthermore, whether choosing Japanese or Western-style breakfast options, there were very few main dishes available overall. If this had been a complimentary breakfast at a business hotel level of service quality-wise—it would have been acceptable—but honestly not worth paying 3k+ yen extra per person! Given plenty of nearby alternatives such as convenience stores & cafes around next time staying here again personally opting-out meals altogether sticking purely No Meals Included plan instead

    It exceeded my expectations.

    I often stay at accommodations near theme parks, and while I have sometimes been disappointed with the cleanliness of rooms, this hotel was spotless with a great view, which made me very happy. I deducted one star for the bathroom because I feel it would be better if the toilet and bath were separate. When my suitcase locker wouldn't open, the hotel staff responded kindly and professionally. All the staff were very friendly, making my stay extremely pleasant.

    It was perfect in every way.

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with the excellent location, well-equipped amenities, and delicious breakfast. The service exceeded its price value. I couldn't use the lounge service this time due to a lack of time, but I look forward to trying it on my next visit.

    Go to Universal Studios!

    The front desk service at check-in was excellent, and the lounge offered free drinks, snacks, and hot dogs, which were delicious. Each floor had vending machines and ice dispensers, which were very convenient! The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was tasty, and the croffles, omelets, and hamburgers were hearty and flavorful. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Universal Studios!

    Great location

    Stayed at the accommodation to visit the Expo. My family jokingly questioned why we didn’t go to Universal Studios Japan given the location! I enjoyed the breakfast selection. It was delightful to have prosciutto and cheese in the morning.

    After check-in, guests can access the lounge. In the evening, special hot burgers and drinks are served. The lounge is also equipped with a microwave. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The guest room was clean, and while the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, adjusting the airflow provided a comfortable room temperature. I would like to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    Delicious Breakfast

    This was my third stay, and this time it was a Multiple Night Stay. The breakfast is delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice, the burgers, and eggs benedict they prepare are all so tasty that I always end up eating too much. The lounge is available from 14:00 to 21:00, and there’s a hot dog-making service starting at 17:00. The Room amenities are well-equipped. The Hotel's original shampoo and conditioner leave hair smooth and manageable, which feels great. When traveling, I usually bring my own shampoo and treatment, but when staying here, I use the ones provided in the Room's bathroom. There’s a Lawson convenience store right near the exit close to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), which is very convenient.

    I stayed here as a Hotel for the Osaka Expo. Being right in front of Universal Studios, I could enjoy the theme park atmosphere! The Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options—absolutely fantastic! There were freshly made burgers, Osaka specialties, and delicious curry that left me fully satisfied. The staff's explanations were also very polite! I will definitely stay here again.

    During my stay at the Hotel, I was very satisfied with the variety of offerings in the lounge, such as pancakes, hot dogs, soft serve ice cream, and soft drinks, which ensured guests were never bored. I would love to stay again.

    Enjoy a delightful breakfast.

    We stayed here for our visit to the Expo. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and while it's one stop away from Sakurajima Station (the shuttle bus stop), it’s also within walking distance, which was great. Our 1-year-and-3-month-old son was a bit overwhelmed by his first experience with a unit bath. Breakfast offered items that kids would love while still being enjoyable for adults, so we’d like to stay here again when our son is older and we visit USJ. The cute donuts and freshly grilled hamburger patties in the burgers were excellent. However, it would have been even better if the burger buns were warm as well.

    The compact double R...

    The compact double Room was convenient and comfortable. However, the indoor air conditioning only had three settings, making it difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature. The lounge service was very appreciated for resting and rehydrating after the extreme heat. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I ended up eating too much before reaching the donuts I was most looking forward to—something to enjoy next time!

    I had a relaxing time.

    Stayed here for one night after a late return from the Expo. Conveniently located near the Universal station and easy to find. The Hotel staff were very friendly. Our Room was upgraded this time, allowing three people to stay comfortably and rest well. The hairdryer was a ReFa model. Breakfast had a variety of options and was enjoyable. Since we chose a Plan with souvenirs, we even received a cute bag as a gift. Thank you very much! I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The Room was more spacious than expected, and the Room amenities were satisfying. The Sixpad Foot helped relieve foot fatigue. Breakfast was delicious, including sea bream rice porridge and freshly squeezed orange juice. My companion said the grilled herring was incredibly tasty. A small but thoughtful detail was that the pits were removed from the pickled plums, showing great care. The location is very convenient with USJ's entrance, Universal City Station, restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Although luggage storage is self-service, it is available and very helpful. The only thing missing for perfection would be a bath with a washing area or a large public bath. I would love to stay again next time—thank you!

    Right next to Universal Studios

    I stayed here without knowing it was a Hotel close to Universal Studios, but I found it very convenient as it is just a short walk from the station. The guest rooms are compact and well-organized, with power outlets and USB ports by the bed for charging devices, which was very convenient. The bathroom is a unit bath, so it's not ideal for leisurely baths, but as a place to stay after enjoying a full day at Universal Studios, it works perfectly fine. In the afternoon, soft serve ice cream and hot dogs were offered for free in the lounge, allowing us to enjoy some light snacks.

    Close to USJ.

    Close to USJ, the room was clean and spacious, which was great. However, the staff's service was unfriendly. There were hairs in the bathroom... Even though we made a reservation for a young child (elementary school age), amenities were not provided unless requested, and they were not brought to the room (we had to pick them up at the front desk). It's better to mention this during check-in. The service level was comparable to that of a Business Hotel.

    Clean and Comfortable Hotel

    The meals are delicious. The lounge offers soft serve ice cream, cookies, and hot dogs, which is fantastic. The Room is spacious and clean. It would be even better if it wasn't a unit bath. The hotel is close to the station and Lawson convenience store is easily accessible. The underground parking lot is very convenient. I stayed here before and had a great experience, so I was looking forward to staying again. It's also convenient for visiting the Expo site.
