    The cleaning staff left the Room door open.

    While having breakfast at the restaurant within the Hotel, it seems that Room cleaning (only towel replacement) was conducted. However, upon returning from breakfast, I found the door left open. During that time, an accessory I had left in the Room went missing. I had assumed that Room cleaning would be done after leaving the key at the front desk when going out, so I did not place the accessory, which was not particularly expensive, in the safe. I acknowledge that this was partly due to my own lack of caution. A few days later, I received a call from the Hotel confirming that the lost item had not been found. I expressed, "While the loss of the item is my responsibility, leaving the Room door open after cleaning makes me feel uneasy." However, the person on the phone insisted that it was impossible for the door to have been left open and did not offer an apology. Both my husband and I witnessed the door being left open, so I believe this could be confirmed by checking the security cameras. The person handling the call seemed to be a foreign staff member, and the conversation did not proceed smoothly. When I requested to speak with someone else, I was told they were busy and would call back later. 50 minutes later, I received a call from another staff member who offered an apology. They mentioned that the door might not have closed properly due to its aging condition. However, as I had already noticed that the door was not in the best condition, I honestly believe it was simply a case of the cleaning staff forgetting to close it. During our stay, the Hotel staff were warm and accommodating, especially as we were traveling with children. Additionally, there were many attractive Plans offered. If not for this incident, I would have been highly satisfied with our stay, which makes this situation all the more disappointing. I also came across other Reviews mentioning privacy concerns, so I hope the Hotel will take this opportunity to review its security and privacy measures. Apologies for the lengthy message.

    You will want to stay again.

    I first used this place last October. I couldn't forget how comfortable it was, so this is my second stay. The benefits of the facility usage coupons are amazing and offer great value. The variety of the breakfast buffet is too much to enjoy in just one night. I had a Multiple Night Stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The front desk staff were all kind and responded with smiles, even helping with sightseeing advice. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying here again next time.

    The WiFi is too weak...

    The WiFi is too weak and cannot connect in the Room, especially after midnight, which was a bit disappointing. I didn't use the other Facilities much, but the sea next door is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious.

    This is my first time using Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel.

    There was a senior upgrade benefit available on IKYU, and although we used a room for three people, it was spacious and very comfortable. There were also many benefits available online, and although I didn't plan to use the pool and hadn't prepared a swimsuit, I was pleased with the free rental swimsuit ticket and pool usage ticket. The hotel was clean, and the staff's response was good. Due to seasonal reasons, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The large public bath was also very spacious, and although I usually find hot water temperatures uncomfortable, I was able to use it pleasantly without any issues. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and I was excited about which to choose. It was a hotel that made me want to stay again.

    A Resort Hotel Enjoyed by Three Generations

    Stayed for 3 nights from December 31st. We came with a large group including our kindergarten-aged grandchild, and we were given connecting rooms facing the beach, allowing us to relax comfortably. The New Year's Eve event, fireworks, festival, and mochi pounding were all well-organized, and the staff were friendly and polite, leaving a good impression. Above all, the breakfast buffet was luxurious, with self-made seafood bowls, shabu-shabu, Okinawan cuisine, and even New Year's dishes, which we enjoyed to our heart's content. There were also a variety of restaurants, which we used for lunch as well. Our grandchild loved the indoor pool and went in several times, and the rental swimsuits were convenient, with the lifeguards being kind and attentive. The only downside was that we had to enter the bath by 8 PM to avoid additional charges. It was a wonderful and reasonably priced Resort Hotel, and it's easy to see why it's so popular.

    Year-end and New Year

    Since it was a Multiple Night Stay during the New Year holidays, we enjoyed the festive mode with events such as lion dance and Eisa in the facility. It was also nice to be able to enjoy Japanese cuisine and Western-Chinese cuisine separately. There was also an all-you-can-eat crab option in the Japanese cuisine. I'm not a fan, but it's a great service for those who like it.

    The Room had a green...

    The Room had a green view, but the view of the sea from the Hotel lobby was superb. The lobby was also spacious and relaxing. The service was diverse, and it was a two-night, three-day stay where we fully enjoyed the Hotel life, including lounge use.

    The service and value for money are good.

    I chose this place with a focus on cost performance for my trip. Even in winter in Okinawa, you can enjoy an indoor pool, there's a beach right in front, and it includes a breakfast buffet, which were the points that made me choose it. As a result, these points did not disappoint, and if you choose a time when it's not crowded, the breakfast was good (for reference, on the first day I went after 9 am and was able to leisurely enjoy an unlimited salmon roe bowl, but the next day when I went after 8 am, there were no empty tables yet we were seated inside, and had to wander around with my child for a while, which was a bit questionable). However, perhaps due to the system where you can receive hotel coupons for opting for simple cleaning or no cleaning, the air in the Room was not good. My family, who are all prone to allergies, fell ill, so we had to urgently switch to another Hotel for the last night. Although we had an air purifier brought in, it was still difficult, which was disappointing. Despite the abundance of coupons that couldn't be used up, and free stages of Eisa and Ryukyu dance, making it a Hotel with a lot to offer and truly good cost performance. It might have been the Room that was bad, but I decided to post this in hopes it would be helpful for others considering using it in the future.

    Parent-child trip with my son

    We enjoyed a nature trip in the northern part of Okinawa on a long-awaited family vacation. It was a very memorable and wonderful trip.

    Thank you for your continued support in Okinawa.

    The room is spacious and relaxing. I was surprised to find that tuk-tuks are available for rent. I couldn't use it this time, but I'd like to try it next time. I'm also interested in the fact that it's electric. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. A multiple night stay is recommended. The accommodation cost is reasonable, and it's my favorite hotel.

    If you are traveling with children and looking for cost performance, choose this Hotel.

    I chose this Hotel because I was looking for a place that could be enjoyable even in bad weather. Fortunately, the weather was great during our stay, and we were able to enjoy marine activities. For dinner, we ended up in a long line with school trip students, and it took a long time. If they had informed us, we could have adjusted the time. We didn't use the large public bath as it was charged after 7 PM. One thing I would like to see improved is the pool lifeguard. Despite a toddler jumping into the deep end, no one was watching, and I had to pull them out. Foreign children were also using the supposedly paid paddle boats without permission, and the staff ignored it. Those who follow the rules didn't feel good about it. The deep end is about 140cm, so caution is needed. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and workshop shop were very courteous. In terms of cost performance, I was very satisfied, but if I weren't with children, I might have had some complaints (＾＾；

    It's a waste to stay for just one night. Great value for money.

    Is it because it's the off-season that the Facility, amenities, and meals at this Accommodation Fee might be the best in Japan right now? It's a regret that I didn't have the chance to use the pool or the large public bath. I definitely want to visit this Hotel again for a mental refresh.

    I would like to stay again.

    I made a reservation for two nights in an Ocean View Deluxe for my mother's anniversary. At check-in, I was told, "We have prepared a slightly larger room for you," which instantly lifted my spirits. The room, as well as the balcony, was spacious, and a private beach stretched out in front of us, making me very excited for the upcoming two nights. The breakfast buffet featured a popular seafood bowl that was delicious, along with a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. The unique mozuku dumplings were particularly memorable. There were various perks included, making it very cost-effective. We spent most of our time relaxing within the hotel and on the private beach. It turned out to be the best anniversary, thank you very much. I am considering the next schedule as I would like to use it again.

    The service at the buffet restaurant was excellent.

    The service at the buffet restaurant was excellent. Despite the large crowd that rushed in all at once, the staff handled everything smoothly, and their service was impeccable, leaving no room for any unpleasant feelings, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the hotel was so vast that it was challenging to remember locations and move around.

    Overall, the cost performance is good.

    I chose this place because of its good cost performance and proximity to the sea. Considering the price, the service is reasonable, but while some staff members are very polite and provide pleasant service, there are others who lack warmth in their customer service, so I think it would be better if training was more thorough. There are various innovations for children, but the bath and breakfast venue are far away, and my child got tired from walking... This is inevitable given the size of the hotel. I was also concerned about the sand accumulating at the bottom of the pool. The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was delicious.
