    It was the best accommodation! I want to visit this accommodation again.

    I have visited numerous accommodations so far, including certain resorts and places like one in Chiba. Among them, this is an accommodation I would love to revisit. I have already made a reservation for December as well. The dinner here is exceptionally delicious—comparable to a course meal in Tokyo that would cost around 20,000 yen per person, including the atmosphere and staff service. The facility is also very clean. It’s easy to access the dog run, and moving around inside is convenient. I find myself expecting even more services from this place. Overall, it’s an excellent accommodation!

    A Satisfying Stay with Your Beloved Dog

    The stay was expensive, but the service provided exceeded expectations. There was a lovely dog run within a Japanese garden and clean, dog-friendly facilities. It felt like a luxurious Hotel even for our dog. We would love to stay again.

    Highly recommended.

    We stayed with our family of five and our beloved dog to celebrate a special occasion. One of our family members cannot eat dairy products, and although we felt sorry for making such a request at a French cuisine accommodation, they kindly changed the sauce for one person or even prepared an entirely different dish. We were deeply moved by their thoughtfulness. The meals were incredibly delicious, and while we initially chose this accommodation because it allowed us to stay with our dog, the food alone makes it worth visiting. Our dog was able to dine at the same table with us, and they even cleaned the dishes we brought from home. They also surprised us with a small gift of sweets for our celebration, which made us very happy. Throughout the facility, there were toilet sheets, sprays, and wet tissues available for dogs. Even on rainy days, there was an indoor dog run where our pet could play freely. The staff's hospitality was exceptional; they even remembered and called out our dog's name throughout our stay—a delightful surprise! Welcome drinks included beer, juice, and Monaka ice cream. The room had ReFa products available as well as ReFa and KINUJO hair dryers in the large communal bath area. The amenities were also excellent. Overall, their hospitality was outstanding. This is definitely an accommodation we would love to visit again!

    A Paradise for Dogs

    A pet-friendly accommodation where we had a great time. Above all, pets are allowed almost everywhere, and the dining area is thoughtfully arranged so that pets from different families don't meet eyes. There are multiple dog runs, allowing even our dog, who isn't fond of other dogs, to run around comfortably. Although the variety and quantity of free drinks were limited, it is a wonderful accommodation.

    A pet-friendly and human-friendly accommodation

    Last year, I had a wonderful experience on my first trip with just myself and my dog, so this time I invited friends for a trip with 3 people and 3 dogs. From the moment we got out of the taxi at the entrance, the dogs were excited. It’s pure happiness to freely walk around and relax with our dogs without any worries. The staff are incredibly kind, and the meals are absolutely delicious. The only disappointment was that last year there was a bar open, but this year it wasn’t... I hope it reopens soon!

    Everything was perfect!

    This was my first time staying here! A dog-first Hotel where even the meals for dogs were delicious, and our dog enjoyed seconds! The staff provided excellent service and were kind to our dog, making him very happy. As for the human meals, they exceeded expectations with incredible flavors, incorporating various local specialties into the dishes. It felt luxurious and truly delicious. We also received cookies as a souvenir, which were absolutely amazing. There were welcome drinks and ice cream services available, and clean water was provided for dogs, ensuring safety and peace of mind. Dogs could walk right into the Hotel from the entrance, roam leash-free in the lobby, and enjoy a courtyard dog run visible from the lobby that we used after dinner—it was well-maintained too! The indoor dog run had photo spots with floors designed to be gentle on dogs' paws—every detail was thoughtfully considered at this Hotel! After arriving in the early afternoon, we got recommendations for nearby dining spots that turned out to be fantastic as well—thank you to the staff who helped us! We will definitely return again.

    Always Satisfied

    The meals, both dinner and breakfast, are always delicious, leaving the whole family very satisfied. This time, we chose a course for our beloved dog for dinner, which included three meat dishes of the same quality as those served to humans. Our dog was thrilled and ate with excitement. Additionally, the pre-checkout option made our departure smooth and comfortable.

    It was wonderful!

    I have stayed at several accommodations with my dog before, but this accommodation was the best! Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious, and even during the busy Golden Week period, it was very quiet and relaxing, perhaps because there are only 13 rooms. The room, bath, and service were all impeccable. Even my husband, who is very particular about food, said he wants to come back again. Highly recommended!

    I feel refreshed.

    We stayed for one night without meals with our dog. Although we arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, we were promptly greeted with a cart and warmly accommodated for check-in. There was a welcome drink, and the lobby had an open design where our dog could relax without a leash. The room was more spacious than expected, and the Onsen was clean and allowed us to unwind. Above all, the staff's kindness left a lasting impression on us. It’s been a while since we found such an excellent accommodation. We look forward to staying here again!

    Thoughtful attention to every detail.

    The amenities for dogs were perfect. I used to bring my own detergent and sponge to wash my dog's dishes, but there was detergent and a sponge provided along with a microwave and kitchen sink. It felt like every detail needed for traveling with a dog had been thoughtfully considered.

    We were lucky.

    The accommodation plan included a 3,000 yen voucher if it rained. Although I didn’t expect it at all and the weather was very sunny, it started raining at night after I checked in. I confirmed with the front desk and was able to receive the benefit, which made me feel very lucky. (By the time of check-out, the sun had come out again—truly lucky!) This was my second stay. Last time, I chose a breakfast-included plan, but this time I tried dinner for the first time. Since my mother gets full quickly, we requested that each course be served with shorter intervals in between. The staff kindly accommodated our request, which we greatly appreciated. If there’s one thing to note as a slight regret: during my previous stay, breakfast was served at a counter where we could enjoy views of the outside scenery. This time both dinner and breakfast were served at table seating instead. While table seating makes sense for dinner since it's nighttime and there’s no view to enjoy anyway, having breakfast while enjoying outdoor views from the counter would have been more relaxing and delightful. That said, this stay after quite some time was enjoyable overall! I look forward to visiting again someday. Thank you very much!

    New Plan

    A new Plan with breakfast included and dinner available through Room service is now being offered. The menu only lists light meals, so we inquired further, but as it is still in the trial phase, there isn't much variety yet. Options include seafood bowls, curry rice, and gapao rice—perfect for those who don't want to spend too much time on dinner. While dogs are allowed to accompany you at the restaurant, it can be challenging if they bark or stretch their necks toward the food every time it's served. Our senior dog usually naps in the evening but quickly notices when left behind. In some cases, we've returned to find diapers removed and bedding soiled—making it difficult to leave them alone. This Plan is a great help during such times! We look forward to seeing an expanded menu in the future.

    It was excellent.

    The dog run was excellent, and its relatively close location to the city is a plus. The Onsen was great, the room was convenient, and the staff maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness. I am very satisfied and would love to visit again!

    The service was exce...

    The service was excellent, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to visit again. The meals were delicious, and the bath was practically private. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we looked forward to using the indoor dog run, but it only had one agility hurdle, which was disappointing as other equipment seemed broken. Also, the cage in the Room takes up space and is rarely used; default installation may not be necessary.

    The age of the facility was concerning.

    This was my first stay. I usually use other accommodations. The food, dog run, and staff service were excellent. However, the low ceiling in the guest room compared to my home, the outdated toilet, and the elevator that takes time to open were disappointing. The warped walls were also noticeable. I understand it’s a renovated property, but still... What are your thoughts?

    Very satisfied.

    I stayed in the Deluxe Corner Room and was completely satisfied with everything, including the cleanliness of the Room, meals, and service. One thing I would like to mention is that I noticed a pair of socks hanging on the basket in the public bath changing area from the previous night. I look forward to staying again.     A Wonderful Time

    We stayed at the accommodation during the Yugawara Plum Festival for the first time in two years. The staff thoughtfully considered our room for our rescue dog, who is a bit sensitive to noise, and provided gentle and attentive service, allowing us to relax comfortably. The meals we were looking forward to were visually appealing and absolutely delicious. We were delighted to enjoy a course meal together with our dog. We also tried the newly added night bar, which wasn’t available before. The late-night ramen was perfectly portioned and very tasty. Breakfast included freshly grilled dried fish brought directly to us, along with various small dishes that paired wonderfully with rice. The welcome drinks and ice cream services were abundant, leaving us completely satisfied. Of course, the room was clean and allowed us to unwind at ease. Since our dog prefers outdoor toilets, the grassy dog run in front of the reception area was very convenient even at night. About a five-minute walk away is Gosho Shrine, famous for its sacred camphor tree; we enjoyed an early morning visit there with our beloved pet during sunrise. We had a luxurious and relaxing stay filled with wonderful moments. We would love to visit again!

    A Trip with My Mother and Chihuahua

    There are various values, so sometimes there may be negative reviews, but for us, it was a very good Hotel in every aspect. The food was delicious, the staff's response was good, and the timing of the dishes and their attentiveness were excellent. There was a pet cart for our beloved dog, and our little one stayed there nicely. In the bath area, towels were provided so we didn't have to bring them from the Room; there was even a small open-air bath which had just the right temperature and felt great. There were multiple spacious dog runs that were clean with plenty of amenities for dogs—truly accommodating. Having carts available to carry luggage for humans also quietly helped us out. There was also a photo booth where we could take nice commemorative photos. As a Hotel where you can stay with pets, it's one that makes you want to repeat your visit again.

    It exceeded expectations.

    I have stayed at pet-friendly properties in the Hakone and Izu areas several times a year, and while all of them left a fairly good impression, this hotel ranked quite high. First, upon arriving at the parking lot, staff greeted us with a cart. They also carried our luggage to the room, earning high points from the start. The parking lot has two EV chargers (6kWh), which is a very welcome facility for electric vehicle users. The room was renovated and had a new and clean impression. The door is auto-lock with a card key, which is good. The bed had two pillows and the mattress firmness was just right. The twin room we stayed in only had a shower room but it was easy to use with an attached bench. The hairdryer was ReFa!! The windows in the room are large up to the ceiling, providing a great sense of openness. There are also large public baths and open-air Onsen that made my skin smooth as silk. Not having to bring towels from the room is also nice. There’s also a drink bar in the lobby that can be used anytime, which is delightful. I've written many good things so far but what's even more wonderful is the food here. Dinner was French cuisine while breakfast was Japanese; both were exceptionally high-level and delicious. Ingredients labeled with their place of origin (local priority) were used skillfully as proof of quality cooking. The drink menu includes not only wine but also single malt Talisker and Ardbeg for connoisseurs; they even have Calvados (recommended as an after-dinner drink). It would be perfect if there were cheese options too! I ordered gin tonic—it came properly garnished with lime instead of lemon—impressive indeed! The dog run area features grass turfing along wood chips plus indoor space during rainy weather—it’s spacious compared to other hotels where dog runs aren’t very usable; this might be one among my best experiences yet! Inside plays Mozart's piano sonatas—my favorite—and I'm definitely repeating my visit here again! That said, I'm worried writing too positively might make reservations harder but decided on commenting out gratitude anyway!

    I will definitely stay here again.

    Almost perfect. The guest room was rated 4 points because the movable fence in the room might be knocked over by some dogs, people might trip while stepping over it, or it could feel inconvenient to adjust its position every time. The mini-sized lint roller in the room was quite difficult to use and caused some trouble. Also, in the grooming room, there was a moment when my dog almost escaped. However, the meals were the best among all dog-friendly accommodations I’ve stayed at so far. I was surprised that there wasn’t anything that didn’t taste good, and I could tell that high-quality ingredients were used for my dog's meals as well. While the price is somewhat high, I appreciated their thoughtfulness in wanting dogs to enjoy good food too. Next time, I’d love to stay for a multiple night stay since I believe the menu changes between Day 1 and Day 2—I’m really looking forward to seeing what’s on offer!

    Great satisfaction

    I have traveled with my dog to other places, but the food at Coredor Yugawara is simply delicious! At the restaurant, a cart for dogs is provided at the table, so our dog, who usually only eats dog food, was able to sleep soundly after just having some water. This allowed us to enjoy our meal leisurely. Additionally, there was a dog run and Onsen, and we took walks to nearby tourist spots, making it a trip that satisfied both body and soul. If I were to point out one concern, it would be that it would be nice if there were steps or stairs for dogs by the bed in the Room. I was worried because my dog kept jumping off repeatedly. However, even considering that issue, overall we were very satisfied. We definitely want to visit again.

    As always, I was soothed by the high-quality meals and service.

    I stayed again with my beloved Toy Poodle "Hina." At our usual counter seat, I chose a beef dish for my dog, and she happily finished it. We also enjoyed the elaborate and wonderful dinner and breakfast as always. The chef comes to greet us every time, which is very humbling. This time we were invited to have night soba, so we used the lounge on the second floor for the first time. Perhaps because dinner was just right in portion size, we also enjoyed the soba noodles. Once again, our dog was very satisfied with the kind hospitality of all the staff members. We would like to make another reservation soon.

    I have stayed at several properties with my dog, but this one is the most wonderful, so I have used it many times. The cleanliness of the rooms and lack of any odors are excellent. The onsen is always clean and very pleasant to use. The meals, especially dinner, offer different menus each time we visit, and everything is delicious. Breakfast rice is particularly tasty, perhaps due to the way it's cooked! The dog run is always clean, and our dog enjoys running around happily. The staff are always kind and approachable, making our stay very comfortable. This time we used the relaxation room for the first time; it was also very pleasant, and I definitely want to use it again. Overall, every trip here leaves both us and our dog completely satisfied; we definitely want to repeat our visit. If I had to say one thing more: having an onsen for dogs would make us even happier! We look forward to visiting again soon.

    The whole family can relax.

    I have stayed here several times. The meals, including the French course dinner and the Japanese-style breakfast, are carefully prepared and absolutely delicious—I love them all. The Room and bath are well-maintained and very clean. The Onsen is also one of the highlights of my stay. The amenities for both humans and dogs are well-equipped, so I have never felt any inconvenience during my stay. Although my dog has limited vision and cannot enjoy the dog run, both the indoor and outdoor facilities are well-maintained. This is a Property where the whole family can relax, making us want to come back again.

    I was able to relax!

    Upon arrival, the staff immediately came to the car and took the luggage to the room. Check-in was completed during that time. It was smooth and pleasant. There were welcome drinks in the lobby, including Monaka ice cream and alcohol, which was impressive. It was great that you didn't have to take them immediately and could enjoy them at your own convenience. The meals were all delicious and very satisfying!! There were thoughtful touches for dogs everywhere, and the staff kindly spoke to us, creating a calm atmosphere. The amenities were also fully stocked, and it was the first time I saw contact lens solution provided, which was impressive! Wonderful! The ReFa hairdryer was available both in the room and the large public bath, and the usability was excellent, making me want to buy one (laughs). Everything was great, but just one thing. It would be perfect if there was a sauna in the bath. The onsen made my skin smooth, which was nice. That's the only thing, and it was, of course, fine without it, but it would be nice to have. It was a property where I could relax on weekdays and made me want to stay longer.

    I stayed with my daughter and dog. Above all, it was very clean and we were able to stay comfortably and relax. The amenities for both people and dogs were well-equipped, which made us happy. I wanted to stay a little longer. The meals were, of course, good, and the onsen was also good. I researched various places for my first stay with my dog. Choosing Coredor was the right decision. We planned to go to Jukkoku Pass the next day, and thanks to the hotel's guidance, we arrived safely. Thank you very much. If we had arrived 30 minutes earlier, we could have seen the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. What a pity! When we try again, we will definitely rely on Coredor.

    The best Stays for both dogs and their owners.

    I stayed for one night with my daughter and our beloved dog. In a word, it was perfect! Our dog tends to be nervous and usually sticks close to us even at dog runs, but in the spacious and well-maintained dog run, he seemed to feel so good that he ran around happily, which is rare for him. We were grateful for the dog run that was available at any time. In the restaurant, there was a cart, and our dog waited calmly. The seating arrangement was such that our dog was not bothered by other dogs, allowing him to relax in the cart. As a result, we usually worry about our dog's behavior and finish our meals quickly, but this time we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious drinks and very tasty food with our eyes, taste buds, and hearts. It might have been the first time we enjoyed our time so much with our dog at a restaurant. The small baked goods souvenir we received after the meal, the hot drinks, alcohol, and ice cream available in the lobby, everything was perfect. The bath was also wonderful, and the Room and the large public bath had ReFa hair dryers and a full range of hair irons, which made us very satisfied. The moderate service was very comfortable, and the time with our shy dog was a wonderful experience with privacy considerations. Traveling with a dog usually involves some compromises, but both the dog and the owner were extremely satisfied with the trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

    Dog-friendly and also kind to people

    How many times have we used this place since our first trip with our dog? We are always warmly welcomed, and our beloved son MARK seems to have gotten quite used to it. The entrance to the dog run is neatly maintained, making it safer to use. This time, we enjoyed a Japanese-Western fusion course, with sashimi accompanied by soy sauce, salt, and white soy sauce oil, subtly incorporated into the French cuisine, which was delicious. Breakfast was also delightful, with perfectly grilled dried fish complementing the rice, making for a satisfying morning. We also appreciate being able to choose a welcome drink at our preferred timing in the lounge. For women, the large public bath is equipped with Refa shower heads and hairdryers, which truly capture the hearts of pet owners. We definitely want to visit again.
