    Simply wonderful.

    We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Relax with the whole family.

    I had been interested in this place for a while, and this was my first stay. From check-in, all the staff spoke to us warmly, and our dog was happy too. We were able to relax and take our time with both the meals and the Onsen, and our whole family felt refreshed. We will visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

    A place I’d love to visit again.

    We stayed here 7 or 8 years ago, when our dog was about one year old. Since it had been so long, we thought the property might feel dated, but the entire facility, the Room, and the baths were all very clean and well maintained, and we had a wonderful time in comfort. The welcome services were excellent, and we were truly impressed by their dog-first approach. We arrived earlier than expected and contacted them; in this heat we weren’t sure what to do, but they kindly told us, “Please wait inside until your Room is ready,” and welcomed us warmly—it was a huge help. This is definitely a place we would love to visit again. In this extreme heat, please take care of yourselves—we look forward to seeing you again.

    A Birthday Trip to Celebrate Your Beloved Dog

    This was our first stay at this Hotel. We had been interested for a while because of the high Review ratings, and we made a Reservation hoping most of all that our dog would enjoy it. The Onsen was also included, which made us very happy as Onsen lovers. First of all, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and our dog seemed able to relax. The meals were just the right portions for both dinner and breakfast, everything tasted excellent, and the timing of each course was perfect. Breakfast was outstanding as well—especially the grilled dried horse mackerel, which was large with firm, flavorful flesh and left a strong impression. Desserts were great both morning and night. The birthday plate for our dog, all the birthday items, and the commemorative photo became wonderful memories. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to someday. Thank you very much.

    I was very satisfied.

    The large public bath is an Onsen, and I was able to relax very comfortably. The Room was also clean and well maintained. I would like to stay again.

    Pets are welcome too.

    My husband and I stayed for one night with our 12-year-old Toy Poodle. The relaxed atmosphere made it a comfortable place for our pet to settle in. The on-site dog run had pleasant grass, and our dog was able to run around freely. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we enjoyed dining with our pet in the calm restaurant setting. We were satisfied with everything and would love to stay again.

    Birthday Trip

    Every year we take a birthday trip, but this year we had heavy rain. The Onsen that could be used at night was wonderful. The cleanliness and calming fragrance, showing attention to every detail, really put us at ease. Thanks to the kind and courteous service from all the staff, we were able to relax. Even our daughters, who are usually shy around strangers, felt comfortable in the indoor dog run and in our Room. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful Accommodation. Next time there will be more of us as our family grows, but we would love to visit again for our first trip together. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful care and consideration.

    It was exactly as expected!

    This was my second stay, after visiting for the first time last summer. First of all, the meals are outstanding—enjoyable both to taste and to look at. Dinner was Western-style, while breakfast featured Japanese dishes such as sashimi and grilled fish, letting you fully enjoy the benefits of being close to the sea. Also, since there aren’t many Rooms, the baths and lobby never feel crowded. In addition, ReFa products were provided in the Room and in the large public bath, which added a luxurious touch. For me, this Facility is number one. I also made sure to tell my dog-loving coworkers about it: “It’s nice when not only dogs but people can enjoy themselves too!” We’ll be back again. And although it’s a bit late to mention it, needless to say our dog had a great time at the dog run as well.

    Family Trip

    This was our third stay. We visited as a group of four with our dog, focused solely on relaxing. Despite being a small-scale Accommodation, the Onsen Facility is excellent. It never felt crowded or noisy, and we were able to enjoy it almost privately. The other guests also had good manners. Our son worked on his laptop at a table in the first-floor dog run area and was very satisfied, saying he could work in a great mood. This time we chose the plan with breakfast, and my husband was once again pleased with the delicious horse mackerel. It’s such a wonderful Accommodation that as soon as we got home, we found ourselves saying, “We want to go again.” As long as our dog stays healthy, we will definitely return many times. Thank you very much.

    This is the Accommodation I’m most satisfied with overall!

    We stay at various places, but this is our favorite Accommodation when traveling with our dog. It’s close to Tokyo, has a large Onsen bath, and you can dine with your dog in the restaurant; plus, the grassy dog run in front of the Hotel is excellent. (It’s rare to find a clean Accommodation that offers all three.) Our dog especially loved the dog run in front of the lobby—the gentle slope was just right, and he looked like he was having a great time. The entire property is spotless, and there are no unpleasant odors at all. The large public bath is not crowded, so you can relax. Both the Onsen area and the changing room are very clean. However, it was disappointing that dinner felt a bit lacking. This was our fourth stay, and it seems like the portions have gradually gotten smaller compared to our first visits. It may be fine for those who drink alcohol or for older guests, but honestly I don’t think it’s enough for younger guests. So I would love it if we could order additional dishes such as sashimi or abalone separately (I hope you will consider this). This time we stayed on your 7th Anniversary Plan and received souvenirs—thank you very much for the delicious sweets as well. We will definitely return again!

    Dinner was especially outstanding this time.

    We stayed again with our beloved 8-year-old Toy Poodle. We always look forward to both dinner and breakfast, and this time the dinner was especially outstanding (carefully selected high-quality ingredients and perfectly sized portions). We truly enjoyed it together with our dog. We always make a Reservation for counter seating and look forward to being served by the staff. They always speak to us kindly, making this our dog’s favorite Accommodation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

    I am a repeat guest.

    I had another comfortable stay. However, the in-room drinks were limited to water; it would be nice to have tea as well. Also, I visited on New Year's Day (January 1st), but the photo booth was still decorated for Christmas, which was a bit disappointing. The New Year spirit was felt through the morning osechi meal, though the flavors were slightly strong. It would be great if there were an option to choose between plain white rice or seasoned rice. Additionally, having a special New Year menu for dogs in the morning could add a festive touch and make it even more special. Despite these points, this accommodation always helps me refresh and relax, so I look forward to staying here again!

    Would love to visit again.

    Stayed for one night from December 28th, my first time here. I have stayed at other accommodations that allow dogs, but the amenities for dogs here were the most comprehensive. Both dinner (creative French cuisine) and breakfast (Japanese set meal) were very delicious. The freshly baked bread was so tasty that I would have bought it if it were available for sale. The onsen made my skin feel smooth and soft. Since there are only a few guest rooms, the baths never felt crowded, and at certain times, I had them all to myself. The room amenities and bathroom toiletries were of higher quality compared to other hotels. Our Shiba Inu got overly excited during the car ride over and was drowsy by dinner time, so we ended up taking her special dog meal back to our room where she finished it completely later on. Being able to choose portion sizes is great for dogs who might struggle with eating in unfamiliar places. I would love to stay here again!

    I had a relaxing time.

    This is my second stay. The meals were elaborate and very delicious. The bath was available anytime, allowing me to relax. The staff were very courteous, and even my beloved dog seemed happy. I would love to visit again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Traveling with your dog? While it's easy to end up with lots of luggage, this accommodation has everything you need, so you don't have to bring much at all. The staff are all dog-friendly, and your furry friend can even join you during meals. It was a trip that left both our family and our dog completely satisfied. The warm dishes could have been served a bit hotter for perfection, but considering the large number of guests staying, it was understandable. It would have been great if the indoor dog run could be used for longer hours (such as after check-out).

    The cuisine is exceptional.

    Dogs come first, of course, but above all, the cuisine is exceptional. We've stayed multiple times and are always completely satisfied. Enjoy French cuisine with your beloved dog!

    It was incredibly relaxing.

    I was able to relax with my beloved dog. The Onsen was also very soothing. The thoughtfulness of the Hotel staff was excellent. This is one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

    Thank you for the comfortable and pleasant stay. The Hotel itself is designed to be cozy, and we enjoyed using the indoor dog run and playing in the lobby. The staff members were also very kind, which we greatly appreciated. We love the treats sold in the lobby and purchase them every time we visit—they seem to be a favorite!     Dog-Friendly First

    This was my first time using this service. Our dog had a great time at the dog run, the food was delicious, and being able to stay with our dog without any stress was wonderful. I would definitely like to use it again when visiting Yugawara.

    Dinner is exceptional.

    The course dinner was absolutely delicious. The wine selection also seemed to be chosen to match the season and dishes, which was wonderful. It would be great if you could offer value-for-money options like a wine tasting set or other alcohol packages.

    Thank you for your hospitality once again. We always appreciate the delicious meals and the warm service from your staff. As this stay was during a hot season, air conditioning was essential, but we found it difficult to operate properly during bedtime. It would be great if you could provide some suggestions or improvements regarding this. Additionally, since it was hard to open the windows (due to concerns about insects entering), we couldn't circulate fresh air in the room. We would appreciate it if you could consider new measures for better ventilation (not just an air purifier but perhaps a way to allow natural airflow). Lastly, we noticed a bit of dust in the room (such as on tables between beds).

    It became a wonderful memory.

    The accommodation truly prioritized our dog, making it a paradise for pet lovers. It might be the perfect accommodation for dog owners. However, the fish served for our dog's breakfast was just shredded white fish (we had pre-selected the type of fish), and it seemed to lack appeal as our dog left it uneaten. As for us humans, breakfast was absolutely delicious! The thickness of the horse mackerel fillet was impressive. Dinner was French cuisine, which might have felt a bit light for those with hearty appetites (though there were no complaints about the quality of the meal). The men in our group unanimously said they want to visit again, so we’ll likely return in the future.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night and two days with our family of six and two dogs. The deluxe room was very clean, and futons were already laid out in the Japanese-style room. The staff were all kind, the meals were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied! We would love to come back again. Thank you very much!

    We have stayed here multiple times, and once again, we had a wonderful holiday in the warm and dog-friendly atmosphere. The dinner was, of course, excellent, and the Japanese-style breakfast was also very delicious. The large public bath is equipped with the latest hairdryers, which not only cater to dogs but also win over human hearts. Thoughtful touches are everywhere, such as providing raincoats and walking bags for dogs. We look forward to visiting again and trying out the dog massage next time!

    We visited to celebrate a birthday.

    I decided to celebrate my birthday at Colldor, a place I had stayed before and enjoyed the delicious meals. During my previous stay, there were complimentary drinks in the room and plenty of snacks, but this time only water was provided in the refrigerator. Last time, when I chose a 5:30 PM dinner slot, I received a snack as a gift. This time, they kindly gave me a snack to celebrate my birthday. If you want to arrange something special for a birthday celebration, it might be better to pre-order personalized meals or cakes with names on them. As for the meals this time, I wondered if there had been a change of chef. In the lobby, they still offer one ice cream and one drink per person as complimentary services—this was reassuring. Additionally, there was free dog treats available this time—a new service that I'm sure made our dog happy! There is one point regarding facilities that I'd like improved: The slatted floor at the foot-washing area was unstable and wobbly; it scared our dog quite a bit. It would be great if this could be fixed. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the room which made it uncomfortable...

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Positive Points: You can enter the hotel with your dog on a leash. If the lobby is not crowded, it's okay without a leash. The welcome drinks are abundant, and there were several flavors of ice cream monaka. There is a wide variety of toys and souvenirs for dogs. There are both indoor and outdoor dog runs. A grooming room is available as well. The amenities for dogs are excellent. The room was very clean, including the shower room which was spotless, with high-quality shampoos for humans provided. Amenities were plentiful, and the bed and sofa were low to accommodate dogs comfortably. Dogs are allowed on beds if wearing a diaper belt. Meals can be enjoyed together with your dog, with several options available for dog food as well as delicious dishes for humans—everything tasted amazing! Both humans and dogs could fully enjoy this accommodation to their satisfaction! One minor downside was that the bathroom door opened inward, making it slightly inconvenient due to the height of the bathroom slippers when entering or exiting—but that was just a small issue overall. We hope to make this our regular accommodation in the future! We've already made our next reservation. Thank you very much to all staff members who took care of us!

    It was the best accommodation! I want to visit this accommodation again.

    I have visited numerous accommodations so far, including certain resorts and places like one in Chiba. Among them, this is an accommodation I would love to revisit. I have already made a reservation for December as well. The dinner here is exceptionally delicious—comparable to a course meal in Tokyo that would cost around 20,000 yen per person, including the atmosphere and staff service. The facility is also very clean. It’s easy to access the dog run, and moving around inside is convenient. I find myself expecting even more services from this place. Overall, it’s an excellent accommodation!
