    You can enjoy Aoi and Chita.

    We were able to book a Standard Japanese-style room with meals included for just under 30,000 yen due to a special discounted rate. The dinner portion was sufficient, possibly because I have a small appetite. Since I eat slowly while drinking, the staff adjusted the serving pace accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised that Aoi and Chita were included in the all-you-can-drink option during dinner. Although Aoi was listed on the official menu, Chita wasn't mentioned, so it might have been a special inclusion.

    We visited as a family to celebrate a 60th birthday.

    This was my first time staying here, and the staff were warm and kind, making my stay very pleasant. The food and free drinks were excellent, leaving me completely satisfied with everything! The tatami flooring in the bath area was a great touch as it prevented slipping. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Enjoy a delightful course meal style.

    The course-style dinner is excellent. Instead of a buffet, you can sit and enjoy your meal as it is served while chatting. The beautifully crafted and colorful dishes are incredibly delicious. Completely satisfied with the price as well! I will definitely visit again.

    Delicious cuisine, adorable goats

    I have probably visited Satoyama no Kyujitsu 7 to 8 times, and it keeps improving in various aspects each time. The food is excellent, and my wife was very pleased. Also, the goats were adorable! I look forward to staying here again.

    Very satisfied!

    We went on a trip to celebrate the birthdays of my grandmother, father, and child. It was our first time experiencing an all-inclusive stay, and while we were nervous at first, we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality with unlimited drinks and delicious pizza! However, the bar-time drinks were the same as the welcome drinks, so it might be nice to have some variety there. Our child was thrilled to play with the goats on-site and had a wonderful time. Since it's close by, we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    Family Trip

    Third Visit Every time I stay, I notice some changes and feel glad to have chosen this accommodation. That's why I keep coming back. Although the facility is a bit old and causes slight stress, the food and service are satisfying. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you for your hospitality!

    We had a great time.

    I stayed at the accommodation during the summer vacation. The room felt compact, but the services, including free drinks, were excellent. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, and I was able to relax comfortably.

    It was excellent.

    The accommodation was wonderful, and the meals were delicious. Although it was a triple room, the extra bed was large and comfortable. Thank you for celebrating my mother's birthday. It was unfortunate that many children were running around and shouting loudly.

    Girls' Night Out After a Long Time

    We enjoyed a relaxing girls' gathering after a long time. Unlimited welcome drinks, all-you-can-eat pizza, shaved ice, excellent service, and a leisurely soak in the onsen. The delicious meals and unlimited drinks were truly surprising. I was delighted that everyone had such a great time with the reservation I made!

    The dinner was delicious.

    Thank you very much for your stay. We reserved a barrier-free room as we were traveling with my mother, who is nearly 90 years old. However, the room was quite far from the front desk, requiring us to take two elevators. The room itself was spacious but felt outdated, resembling an old community center. While some areas on the way to the room had been beautifully renovated, it was disappointing overall. As for the meals, although everyone was initially let down by the overly salty pickles and yogurt-like aperitif served at first, everything else afterward was delicious. The free-flowing drinks allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Next time, we would like to reserve a room with an open-air bath closer to the front desk. Thank you again!

    The dinner was delicious.

    Check-in was after 4 PM, and we enjoyed pizza and drinks. The pizza was cold, so arriving earlier might have allowed us to enjoy it freshly baked. The drink selection included both alcohol and juices, which was exciting. We played table tennis for 30 minutes for free, which was very fun. After that, we went to the bath. It was a bit crowded with many families with small babies at that time. I had been looking forward to the Onsen but felt the bath wasn't very large. Perhaps it overlapped with guests staying in glamping accommodations. It didn’t feel like a calm experience at that time. However, the morning bath the next day was quiet and relaxing. Dinner was a course meal and absolutely delicious; I also enjoyed drinking alcohol leisurely. As part of their service, we could roast marshmallows in the courtyard, which added to the lovely atmosphere. The room was very clean. I thought having hand towels by the sink would be nice, but paper towels were provided as an alternative. The room wear options were great as you could choose between pajama-style or yukata. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay! The meals were delicious, and staff members provided excellent service—thank you!

    Obon holiday rates are too high.

    The Obon rates are too high. Low food quality despite the price. Poor service, mostly self-service. Not worth the cost. Facility is comparable to a spa. Overcrowded with families and children, making it unsuitable for two older adults. Chaotic and filled with kids everywhere. Charged an Onsen fee even without using it. Will not visit again.

    Service Beyond Expectations

    Due to a sudden change in plans, I stayed at this accommodation, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, and the private open-air bath attached to the room was at the perfect temperature. The meal was a casual course, but both its presentation and taste were highly satisfying. Plus, with an all-you-can-drink option, I could enjoy various drinks paired with the dishes—a delight for any drink enthusiast! Most activities were free (in 30-minute intervals), including table tennis and walking bicycles, which were so much fun! There were also unique services like bubble-blowing activities and a manga corner. At night, complimentary snacks, free drinks (including alcohol), ochazuke rice soup, and more were available—making it enjoyable for both kids and adults alike. The staff's hospitality was excellent; you could even choose your own yukata robe. There were so many delightful experiences here—I definitely want to come back again!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    We stayed in two rooms with open-air baths and the Kyo course meal. Although there were some minor issues during check-in for foreign guests, we enjoyed drinks before heading to our room. We soaked in the open-air bath, visited the goats with our children, played table tennis and rode bicycles, and had fun in the manga room. Dinner was exceptional—both visually stunning and delicious—and we were deeply impressed by how they accommodated my mother's requests. Thank you so much to everyone who planned and prepared the menu! In the evening, we enjoyed live piano music at the bar along with drinks, while breakfast was a delightful buffet with carefully prepared dishes that were all delicious and offered plenty of variety. One suggestion for improvement: The meal for our 10-year-old child consisted of items like frozen-style fries and meatball spaghetti, which felt disappointing compared to everything else. While this might be suitable for younger children, it would be great if meals for older elementary school kids could be upgraded slightly to match their age group better. The difference between adult meals (which were outstanding) and children's meals was noticeable. Overall, this is a truly wonderful hotel where different generations—my elderly mother, us as a couple, and our children—all found something enjoyable. We unanimously decided to return! Thank you very much!

    All-Inclusive Accommodation

    We were drawn to the all-inclusive option and stayed with our travel companions, a couple. The all-inclusive service and meals were great, but overall, the facility felt outdated. The room had peeling wallpaper in some areas, and there was red mold in the toilet and sink area, which was disappointing. Even for the most affordable room, the accommodation fee is quite significant, so we hope for more effort in cleaning and maintenance. That said, to reiterate, we were satisfied with the all-inclusive service and meals.

    The Start of Summer Vacation at Kame-Pool

    We visited at the start of summer vacation for two consecutive years. It was so relaxing that we decided to return. Breakfast was a buffet, which I think is more sustainable and caters to individual preferences. The grilled ayu fish for dinner perfectly captured the seasonal vibe. Our kids loved the morning miso soup with pork and even went back for seconds. It was truly a relaxing stay and created wonderful memories for us.

    Anniversary Trip

    Due to a sudden change in plans, we decided to stay here. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were grateful to be able to wait in the lobby with drinks. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the free-flowing highballs. Breakfast was not extensive in variety but included freshly cooked rice, hearty miso soup, small side dishes served in cute bowls, and rolled omelets that left us full and satisfied. The Room bath is sized for one person but allowed for a relaxing soak; the washing area had ReFa shampoo products and a satisfying showerhead. The nighttime bar service with ochazuke and bite-sized accompaniments was delightful as well. We fully enjoyed the all-inclusive services during our stay, making it a memorable occasion. The two of us also got to enjoy a decorated cake together, which was wonderful. We hope to visit again if given another opportunity—thank you very much!

    Quiet, relaxing, and excellent customer service.

    Following last year, we stayed on a weekday and enjoyed a relaxing time with family and friends. It was my second visit, while it was the first for others, but everywhere was quiet and peaceful. The room had beds, but the floor was tatami, which felt pleasant. The bathroom also had tatami flooring, making it non-slippery and easy to walk on. Since none of us drink alcohol, we watched enviously as others enjoyed their welcome drinks or beverages during meals.

    Dinner is excellent.

    I stayed for one night with my daughter and enjoyed the "San" course for dinner. The dishes looked delicious in the photos, but they exceeded my expectations. The chef's skills are truly remarkable. Even the dessert at the end was of high quality, making it a memorable experience. The staff in charge of service brought out each dish with perfect timing. At other all-inclusive accommodations, drinks were often disappointing, but here they were delicious and plentiful. Breakfast was mostly handmade, warm, and very tasty. The garden that lets you feel close to nature was also soothing. Everything was stress-free and comfortable—an excellent accommodation overall!

    All-Inclusive

    At the entrance, offering welcome drinks might cause confusion for day-use Onsen guests, making them think they can also have a drink. In fact, I saw someone quickly drink and leave after misunderstanding. It would be better to clearly separate services for accommodation guests. Considering the cost of staying with an all-inclusive plan, this situation made me feel uneasy. I hope this can be improved. Additionally, when I asked a male staff member if it was possible to tour the glamping area as I am interested in staying there in the future, he bluntly told me to look from outside. Even if tours are not allowed, a more considerate response such as "I'm sorry, but tours are currently unavailable" would have been appreciated as part of proper hotel service. Lastly, this experience left me feeling very disappointed despite it being a well-thought-out and otherwise excellent accommodation.

    We recently traveled as a family of three with our child under one year old. It was incredibly appreciated to find an accommodation where we could stay with our little one, as such places are quite rare. What left the biggest impression on us was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff, who were always smiling. Even when our baby cried, they handled it without any unpleasant reactions. Additionally, unlike other all-inclusive accommodations that do not allow children of certain ages to stay, here we were able to enjoy pizza and drinks freely together with our child, which was truly appreciated. If I may make one small request—though I apologize for being presumptuous as someone borrowing equipment—the height of the rails on the baby crib provided was a bit low. For children who can stand while holding onto something, slightly higher rails would provide more peace of mind. Unfortunately, due to bad weather during this trip, we couldn’t participate in outdoor activities. However, we look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories!

    Highly Satisfied!

    We were completely satisfied with the room, onsen, meals, and service. We stayed in a room with an onsen, but if I may suggest, it would be great to have extra towels provided. Since the room has an onsen and we used it multiple times, it was a bit disappointing to have to use wet towels. Other than that, everything was perfect. We now have another accommodation we want to visit again!

    The bath in the Room and the public bath were both at a comfortable temperature. It was a bit disappointing that many guests, including a group of Korean visitors, left the public bath dripping wet, making the floor damp. The meals were served in portions suitable for my elderly mother, which was casual and enjoyable. The all-inclusive plan allowed us to enjoy a wide variety of drinks, which was very satisfying. We also appreciated the welcome pizza and live piano performance. However, there were moments when the Wi-Fi connection was weak, which was slightly concerning.

    Three years ago, I stayed in the same suite and had a very relaxing time, so this time I invited a friend to celebrate their 60th birthday. However, since it was the end of spring break, there were many children around. When we entered the Room and tried to relax, we heard loud banging on the walls and children running around. Even in the private open-air bath in our Room, it was impossible to relax properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, during dinner when I went to use the restroom, I found hand towels scattered on the floor and an unflushed toilet—it was quite shocking. My friend also commented that this experience wasn’t acceptable at all, making what should have been a special celebration turn into a disappointing outcome.

    The anniversary surprise was truly touching.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the anniversary celebration plate during dinner, and both my wife and I were deeply moved. Thank you very much. The welcome drink and the all-you-can-drink premium beer at dinner also amazed us, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations for dinner, but every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere of the dining area was great, and the staff’s polite explanations and warm smiles made for a wonderful dining experience throughout. On the other hand, we chose this accommodation partly because we had high hopes for the breakfast buffet; however, both taste and variety fell slightly short of our expectations, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk service was very courteous with clear explanations that made us feel comfortable. We often choose rooms with open-air baths because we like them; although it wasn’t an onsen bath this time, it had a large tub spacious enough for two people to relax in comfortably. We were also surprised to find a sauna in the room—it exceeded our expectations as it worked well enough to make us sweat properly! Overall, this is an excellent hotel that I highly recommend!
