    Extremely satisfied!

    【Room & Amenities】 Despite the cold season, the room was warm, and although it felt a bit old, it was clean with a magnificent view from the window. It was a moment that assured me of the success of the trip, even though it had just begun. 【Service】 I, who use a cane (for those with leg disabilities), was guided through a dedicated route including the elevator, with no stairs to climb, allowing me to enjoy the onsen, including the private open-air bath, multiple times. Thanks to the words and responses that showed a little thoughtfulness, I was able to have a truly enjoyable time. 【Onsen & Bath】 It wasn't a huge onsen, and there were some parts that felt a bit old, but it was really clean, allowing for a relaxing time. I thought the water might be a bit lukewarm, but after getting out, the warmth lasted, and (according to my wife) the skin was smooth and supple, making it a good bath. The private open-air bath was on a cold day, but when the person who guided us opened the door, the air conditioning was working well, and it was warm, showing thoughtfulness even in such places. 【Facility】 Since it was a one-night stay, I didn't use many facilities, but the cleaning was thorough in every place, such as the toilet and corridor, making it a really clean and pleasant time. Also, the bus to Miyajimaguchi Station was really convenient, and I used it many times. Without saying anything, the driver prepared a step stool, allowing me to get off safely and securely. 【Dining】 After eating a lot of oysters in Miyajima, the dinner was full of oysters. I thought it might have been a mistake, but the dishes prepared in various cooking methods were purely enjoyable. Also, at the end of the meal, there was a surprise from the hotel celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a small thing, but it made me really happy. Since there were few guests, I thought the breakfast buffet might be scaled down or changed to something like a set meal, but there was no change, and the buffet dishes were prepared. Although I ate a lot last night, I ended up eating even more to the point of being full. 【Satisfaction】 To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but I was able to gain great satisfaction. Above all, the most attractive point was the thoughtfulness of the staff. They answered even small questions properly, and it was wonderful that they didn't make me feel unnecessary hesitation. It has become one of the hotels I want to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Miyajima Sightseeing, Family Trip

    I used this Hotel during my visit to Miyajima. Regarding the room, I chose a room with a sea view, and I was pleased to see the torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine from the room's glass window. There were no major issues, but I felt that some parts, like the doors, seemed old, so a bit of renovation might be good. The customer service was good, but I expected more from the grandeur of the entrance. It felt on the same level as a Business Hotel. The night cruise was an attraction that I rarely experience, and the person explaining during the cruise was interesting and enjoyable. The Onsen was disappointing. One side had no open-air bath, no cold bath in the sauna, and only one indoor bath, which is a waste given the prime seaside location. It's too bad that only the private bath has an open-air bath with a sea view. I only had breakfast, and the freshly cooked rolled omelet was great and very delicious. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price, but the Onsen was the only disappointment. I understand that investing in new Onsen facilities is not easy, but if that were improved, I would be completely satisfied. I would like to visit Miyajima again, so I would be happy if the Hotel undergoes a renovation.

    It became a good memory with my mother.

    I stayed with my mother for a trip. The Japanese-style room on the ocean side had a beautiful view, allowing us to gaze at the calm Seto Inland Sea, providing a relaxing scenery. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, was delicious, and filled us up. The onsen was also clean, and although we hadn't reserved dinner, we were able to enjoy a la carte meals, all of which were delicious and very satisfying. The staff were all kind and provided excellent service! The next morning, we reserved a boat to Itsukushima and boarded it, unexpectedly having it all to ourselves! Moreover, it stopped right under the torii gate, which was incredibly exciting!!! The 20-minute route was fantastic. Considering my mother has weak legs, this was the best route instead of walking to the ferry terminal. My mother was delighted, so we would like to use this service again next year.
