I booked a room with an open-air bath, which came with a plan including breakfast and dinner. The bath attached to the room was very pleasant, leaving my skin smooth and making me very satisfied. However, the visible presence of mineral deposits in the water made me question its cleanliness despite being harmless to the body. Insects like stink bugs and ladybugs entered the room, so this accommodation might be challenging for those who dislike bugs. As for meals, they were somewhere between "average" and "unpleasant," with no redeeming qualities worth mentioning. Considering the price, there are better hotels or ryokans within Fukushima Prefecture, so unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. It might appeal to those who enjoy visiting hidden hot springs. In that case, I suggest choosing a no meals included plan and bringing your own food. Please note that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so it’s best to purchase food in advance.
