    Very satisfied.

    I used it for my first trip with my dog. I was very satisfied with almost everything: the dog run, pet amenities, the cleanliness of the Room, and the satisfaction with the food. Pet amenities and trash cans were available everywhere, which was helpful. The customer service was also really kind and attentive. I expected the stars to be beautiful as it is surrounded by mountains, but it was cloudy and I couldn't see them well, which was disappointing. The open-air bath was also extremely pleasant, and the temperature of the water was just right. I think my dog was able to relax in the environment surrounded by nature. I would like to use it again.

    The service is excellent, but...

    The room had quite a lingering smell, possibly because dogs are allowed. I wished there were towels and bath towels in the bath. The Onsen was good, I think. However, the staff's response was excellent. They were kind, polite, and prompt. The staff who prepared the meal during dinner were particularly outstanding. They acted swiftly and accurately in case of any trouble, which was impressive. The meals were modest yet delicious. The dog run was well-equipped, and the dogs enjoyed running around. I think it would be perfect if the facilities within the Hotel were a bit more enhanced. It's quite rare to find a Facility where you can stay with your dog, and I think it's a valuable Hotel that is making an effort, so I hope they continue to do their best.

    The view from the Room was fantastic with mountains and rivers. The staff were also very pleasant. We were able to take a leisurely walk with our dog without worrying about cars. We definitely want to enjoy playing in the river next summer.

    Not considered a reasonable price.

    I stayed for two nights with a large dog. In short, it's not reasonably priced. It should be half the price. The facility name includes Matsusaka, but it's quite far away. It's discouraging to have to drive about 40 kilometers on regular roads from the nearest interchange. The food is generally delicious and plentiful, but when you think of Matsusaka, everyone expects beef, so I wish they would reduce the fish dishes and increase the meat. The age of the building is undeniable, but old and dirty are different. Just like temples and shrines aren't necessarily dirty. The handle part of the closet in the room is quite dirty, which is quite disappointing. There are also few power outlets. I wish the TV was a popIn Aladdin or an internet TV. The toilet paper was of high quality. Also, the explanation at check-in is tedious. It's long. It's nice that the bath is an Onsen, but please fix the sauna door. Maybe because of that, the temperature is too low. It would be nice to have a space where you can shampoo your dog.
