  The room was very comfortable. When they lit the fire for the sukiyaki at dinner, they said, "We will bring the rice later," so we waited for a long time, but it never came. There was a person (a man) in front of our dining room, so I asked, "Could you bring the rest of the meal?" and he gave me a puzzled look and said, "Please press the bell." I guess that's the rule, but we weren't informed. Couldn't he have just said, "Please wait a moment," and handled it? Reluctantly, I pressed the bell, and a young woman came, so I asked again to bring the rest of the meal. She clearly looked annoyed, opened the lid of the red dish with porcini cream stew without saying anything, confirmed it was finished, and said, "I will bring it now," and the meal restarted. They didn't clear the finished dishes, and their manners were poor. The trip was ruined. There were also things that made me feel uneasy upon arrival and checkout, so no revisit.
