    Family Trip

    We stayed here for a family trip. We love Hida furniture, and we were delighted with the table and sofa in our Room. As for amenities, we wished there had been a towel for washing the body. We only had breakfast, but some dishes were served in small bowls, which made them easy to pick up. Everything was delicious. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

    A private Onsen where you can enjoy a relaxing soak anytime, as long as you like.

    I had been wanting to stay here, and this time I was able to stay in Yusan Takusho with a private Onsen. The private Onsen was wonderful—I could enjoy a relaxing soak as much as I liked, whenever I liked, without worrying about being seen. The room featured Hida traditional crafts in the furniture and decor, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I also enjoyed my meals at a leisurely pace in a private dining room. This was my fourth stay, yet it still felt fresh and comfortable.

    The meals were outst...

    The meals were outstanding. The rice was delicious too—I had three extra servings. The staff were friendly and fun, and I’d definitely like to visit again.

    Perfect Hotel for a Family Trip!

    We were able to relax comfortably with four adults. However, the beds were too close together, and when someone turned over in one bed, the vibration carried to the other. Until we realized what it was, we thought it might be an earthquake and felt nervous. The large public bath was great, and it seems the bath in the Room was also very nice. The sink area was spacious as well. It was very convenient that we could park our car both before check-in and after check-out, and we also appreciated that water had been provided in the Room. If we have the opportunity, we would like to stay again.

    It was excellent. My child has allergies, but the Hotel staff checked and provided printed ingredient information for all the food at the breakfast buffet.

    I had a very pleasant stay.

    I had a stress-free stay. The customer service was excellent, and the sightseeing information was explained starting from the hotel, which impressed me. The meals were well-portioned with a good variety. The view of the mountains from the rooftop open-air bath was fantastic. I would love to stay here again.

    A Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    I stayed at the accommodation the day before the Takayama Festival. Although there seemed to be many guests, the facility was quiet. The staff were all kind, and I had a pleasant stay from arrival to departure. The room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned. Dinner was served in a private room where I could relax, and every dish had an extra touch of care, with just the right portions and delicious flavors. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable without any stress thanks to the efficient staff. The souvenir corner was well-stocked, and I would love to stay here again.

    Completely satisfied.

    I visited on a weekday and was very satisfied as both the rooftop Onsen and the underground Onsen were not crowded. The local cuisine served for dinner was explained by the staff, whose attentive service left a great impression. Of course, the food was delicious as well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, so much so that I regretted being too full to try everything. If I have another chance to visit Takayama, I would definitely stay here again.

    The towels in the Room are...

    We stayed as a family of four at the end of the year. The room was clean and nice, but there was only one towel in the bathroom. Unbelievable. It gets soggy quickly when used by four people. This is the first time I've experienced this at any property I've stayed at before. Also, there were no tea snacks in the room, although photos of tea snacks were posted on the website. Other than that, we are generally satisfied, but for the above reasons, we rate it three stars.

    A trip for two with a friend

    I stayed in a Japanese-style Room on the 13th floor. The Room and the bath were very spacious and relaxing, and the meals were very delicious. There was only one disappointing point... the slippers were difficult to wear and it was hard to walk... people passing by in the hallway also had their slippers come off. I think it would be good if this could be improved. Thank you for taking care of us.

    I stayed at a large resort hotel for the first time in a while, and the staff were kind, the facilities were well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast included local dishes, allowing me to try menus I don't usually get to eat. You can enjoy two types of baths: one with a rare tatami floor in the basement and another on the top floor. It was also unusual to find several types of shampoo available for women.
