  Relax and enjoy the Onsen.

  It's been a while since visiting Ikaho Onsen. The room, the view, and the bath were all excellent. There was a shower in the room, but there were no towels, so I had to go to the large public bath to get them. Having socks would have been helpful. Many of the dishes were cold, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was able to enjoy the bath very leisurely, which was great. Thank you very much.

  The hospitality is truly excellent.

  As the title suggests, the staff at this Hotel were all wonderful, from the reception onwards. However, the truly disappointing aspect was the food. This time, I had a buffet-style dinner and breakfast, but it was terrible. There was a sufficient variety, but the quantity was small and quickly ran out, with no replenishment. Even when requesting replenishment from the staff, it was not replenished at all, possibly due to a shortage of kitchen staff. This was the same for breakfast. If you are going with the expectation of enjoying the food, I do not recommend it. It's very disappointing, as the staff are wonderful.
