    The service was terrible.

    I stayed in a room with an open-air Onsen this time, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. There was a lack of basic explanations during check-in, including how to use the Onsen, elevator instructions, and Facility details, which wasted over ten minutes after checking in. Other staff members were also careless in their service, making it hard to believe I was staying at a Hotel for such a high price. I had expectations for the meals as well, but they were no better than or on par with any ordinary Hotel and lacked any unique features. The Facility and Room were decent enough, and only the Onsen stood out as good. I probably won't return again; if you are considering this place based on their official website's appeal, I recommend rethinking and looking elsewhere instead.

    It was excellent.

    I had admired the beautiful garden when I visited the area before and always wanted to stay here. This was my first time, and both the bath and the Room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, which made me excited. I would love to visit again!

    Meal Details

    This is my third stay. I always enjoy the delicious breakfast and dinner buffets. However, after three stays, I noticed that the menu doesn't change much and lacks a sense of seasonality, which is a bit disappointing! The food tastes great with plenty of variety, almost too much to try everything, but the bread was slightly hard. Aside from meals, having not only yukata but also samue available was a nice touch. Overall, I am very satisfied!

    Wonderful Onsen

    I am very satisfied this time as well. The open-air bath was at my preferred temperature, not too hot, and the sauna had a TV and was at a good temperature. The cold bath was spacious and excellent. There were several types of amenities in the bath, which made it enjoyable. The buffet dinner's main dish, rib roast, was delicious. The salad selection was abundant, and the soft serve ice cream for dessert was superb. In the morning, I enjoyed tomato juice, milk, yogurt, salad, grilled fish among other things. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant.

    Almost perfect.

    Due to aging, my legs are a bit weak, so I requested a room close to the elevator, but it was a bit far (Room 310).
