    Next time, enjoy a Multiple Night Stay!!

    The Onsen was amazing! The meals were delicious, and I enjoyed the nostalgic townscape. It has become an accommodation I want to visit again. Thank you for your kind assistance with my forgotten items! Many thanks to all the staff.

    It was a satisfying stay.

    Enjoyed exclusive use of the large public bath during the early hours. Dinner was satisfying in both quality and quantity, and even seniors could finish it comfortably. Breakfast was served in a private room, allowing us to enjoy it at our own pace with delicious flavors. We are grateful for the thoughtful care provided by the staff. It was a truly satisfying stay—thank you!

    That's unfortunate.

    The bathroom was not well-cleaned, with a slippery bathtub floor. The guest room felt outdated, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The staff member who greeted us appeared rude and left a poor impression. However, breakfast was excellent, possibly due to renovations; the dining area was clean, and the breakfast staff were cheerful and pleasant. Dinner was underwhelming, and we noticed complaints being addressed at a nearby table by the staff. On a positive note, the front desk female staff provided excellent service and left a very good impression.

    Hospitality

    Thank you for clearing the snow off the front and rear windows of my car every morning in the extreme cold. I am a big fan of everyone at Misasa Inn who can provide such thoughtful service.

    We stayed with our parents and two children on 12/24. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about the room. However, the person who served us dinner was very kind, and we had a very pleasant time. Despite being busy attending to other tables, they helped not only the children but also assisted my mother with the crab, for which we are very grateful. My mother has difficulty with her hands and was struggling with the crab, so she was very appreciative. The bath water was also very pleasant. If we have the opportunity to visit Tottori again, we would love to stay here. Thank you very much.

    What is a Bettei?

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten something in the afternoon and contacted you. I was grateful for the prompt response, as I received my item the next day. However, I would have appreciated a late check-out for a room with an open-air bath in the annex. I was told it wasn't possible due to the time needed for cleaning because the room is large, but when I called about the forgotten item (in the afternoon), it seemed the room hadn't been cleaned yet... In that case, I would have liked a late check-out. If it's an annex, I would have liked to use a lounge for exclusive check-in and check-out. How about the fact that there is no modern drink bar or welcome drink in the lobby? For something called an annex, it felt incomplete and lacked satisfaction. The amenities were only like samples for two uses, which might not be enough for multiple uses of the room's open-air bath. In that case, I would prefer them to be provided in bottles.

    Crab, satisfaction guaranteed.

    Three friends and I went out wanting to eat crab. The meal was very satisfying. We apologize for leaving the last of the rice porridge. The breakfast buffet also had local food and was delicious. The only disappointment was that the handwashing facilities in the toilets felt old-fashioned and gave a sense of discomfort. The attentiveness and greetings from the staff were pleasant.

    Open-air bath in the Room

    It was a rare opportunity to enjoy the open-air bath, but the water temperature was low, and in the morning it was too cold to enter. There might have been a way to warm it up, but it was unfortunate.

    It was a slightly old but charming Stays.

    Although the facility is aging, the dining area has been renovated and is clean. I stayed for two nights, and on the first and second days, I was served Matsuba crab and Tottori beef in different dishes, which were delicious. The Onsen was also nice. If I had to point out something, since it was a multiple night stay, a room with a good view of the river (as I stayed during the day as well) would have been perfect!

    Crab

    Using local specialties, we offered dishes that can only be tasted here. We enjoyed the crab in various ways, savoring it deliciously until the end without getting bored. The bath was spacious, and the water temperature was just right. We also enjoyed the open-air bath in various forms. The garden was well-maintained and beautiful, which was nice.

    I thought it was a good stay, but there were some disappointing points. The large public bath was spacious and nice, but the rose petals in the rose bath were so few that it seemed like they had floated away compared to the photos. The rocks in the open-air bath had become sharp due to deterioration, making it painful to walk on them. The amenities like lotion were not replenished. I wanted to take a bath several times, but additional towels were charged, and the initial towels provided were so thin that they got soaked after one use. With this thinness, two towels would have been better. Dinner was crab dishes, which took time, but towards the end, we were rushed and had to eat hastily. The room was the cheapest one, so the oldness was understandable, but there were cobwebs in the alcove and dust accumulated near the ceiling, which seemed like a lack of cleaning. Breakfast was particularly good with freshly made rice balls, croissants, and rolled omelets. The staff for the shuttle service and breakfast were mostly pleasant. Despite saying various things, I thought it was a good property, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    Couple's Trip

    We had a relaxing time at the Onsen as a couple to refresh ourselves. We also enjoyed a leisurely time in the Room's bath. Thank you very much.

    First trip to San'in.

    First trip to the San'in region. We stayed in Room 515, a suite room. The room was clean, and the private open-air bath was spacious and the best bath. The onsen was refreshing, with a slightly viscous texture, and the low temperature made it feel relaxing. (This is just my personal opinion.) The view from the large public bath was excellent, and the atmosphere inside the property was great, making it a satisfying stay!

    When arriving by car...

    When arriving by car, I was told to unload my luggage, so I thought they would take care of it. However, when I tried to get back into the car, I was surprised to be told that one person should stay because the luggage would be left unattended. If they had explained this from the beginning, I would have gone to the parking lot with my luggage since it was very close. Even after unloading, I was told that the car's license plate number was needed for check-in, but since it was a rental car, I didn't know it. I had to wait for the staff to come and guide me after check-in, which was a waste of time and lacked efficiency. The "Delicious Small Portion Kaiseki" dinner was very tasty and reasonable, and I was satisfied.

    The cuisine is excellent.

    Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by lovely Halloween and Japanese lantern decorations. The food was very delicious, with fresh sashimi and tender Tottori wagyu beef being the highlights. The bath was spacious, and we could relax in the open-air bath as well. It felt like a long-established Ryokan with a high-quality hot spring source, so good that you could even drink the Onsen water. The hanging scrolls and tea utensils were all valuable items, the garden had a charming atmosphere, and the view of the city from the top floor was wonderful. I was glad to visit at such a good time.

    The hot spring is excellent.

    I stayed at this inn for two nights for my birthday. I couldn't book the same room with a hot spring for both nights, so I had to go out while the room was being cleaned, but they made the cleaning time as short as possible and were very considerate. Thanks to them, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much.

    The dining area and bath were newly renovated and clean. The meals were delicious, and I appreciated the attentive service. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and the service of making onigiri was unique and great. The room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and the toilet was clean, but it was inconvenient to have to step down to the dirt floor to enter the toilet.

    The volume of the food is amazing.

    The crab was quite luxurious with one per person. We also ordered extra prawns, which were the best. We grilled them over charcoal and were amazed to eat them whole, from head to tail, with a fragrant shell. We chose the matsutake mushroom course, but honestly, it was just okay, haha. Next time, I want to try the Matsuba crab. The hot springs were also nice. It was great to enjoy two different places on different days. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was enjoyable. Overall, I think the cost performance is excellent. The parking lot was a bit far, though. But overall, I am satisfied.

    Decline in service

    I have stayed here many times, but compared to before, perhaps due to cost-cutting measures, there was no tea service at check-in, and the towels in the room were old and rough, which was disappointing.
