  Nothing but anger

  I made a hotel reservation in April and booked a bus at the same time, but received a notification that it was fully booked just two days before my stay in September. Over the phone, I was simply told that both trips were fully booked and was directed to a private bus stop. In a hurry, I tried to book a private bus, but all the desired times were fully booked. All my travel plans had to be changed. On the day of my stay, I was informed that the bus reservation through the accommodation site was invalid. If that's the case, they shouldn't have asked about bus preferences on the site. If it was invalid, why did I receive a notification about it being fully booked? Furthermore, I was asked if I would take the return bus, and only then did I find out there were available seats on the return trip. Whether it's invalid or fully booked doesn't matter, but I couldn't get a satisfactory answer as to why they didn't contact me sooner. I wasted time and money, and what was supposed to be a fun trip on a perfectly sunny day turned into an unenjoyable one with a gloomy heart. It's an issue beyond the quality of the hotel's food or hot springs, and I will never go there again.
