    Our Child's 3rd Home Anniversary Trip

    In July, we returned to our favorite accommodation for a special anniversary trip! The warm welcome from the staff and their kind attention made our little one so happy and satisfied. Coming back to this beloved accommodation always brings smiles, and seeing our little one enjoy every moment is truly heartwarming. The exceptional hospitality here is something only this place can provide, and we are always filled with gratitude. Thank you for your heartfelt support in celebrating our anniversary. Thanks to you, we successfully celebrated our third homecoming anniversary. This trip was also the last one with just our little one before welcoming her sibling. It made me feel a bit emotional as I wished she could have enjoyed being an only child a bit longer. However, every time we visit, she gets so much love and attention from the staff that there’s nothing left to regret. When we return in August with her younger sister joining us for her first trip, please watch over how much she has grown into an older sibling. She will surely introduce her sister to everyone and show her around the facility. This will be her sister’s first-ever trip and debut at this accommodation. I had always decided that this would be the perfect place for such an occasion because of its safe environment, reliable facilities, and trustworthy staff who cater thoughtfully to each guest's needs without any worries. The staff here genuinely care about their guests' experiences. They take feedback seriously and work diligently on improvements where possible—always striving forward with remarkable dedication that earns respect. Their commitment ensures guests leave satisfied and eager to return again! We deeply appreciate all your efforts; it truly shows in everything you do! Please continue your amazing work—we’re cheering you on! We’ll be back in August with even more excitement!     The accommodation was very dog-friendly, and the service towards owners was exceptionally pleasant. One point of concern was that the shop's inventory felt a bit limited, and it would be helpful to have a gate in the room to prevent dogs from running out. It’s an accommodation I’d love to visit again.

    First! Accommodation for Your Beloved Dog

    This was my first time staying here. The staff's hospitality was wonderful, and both we and our dog were able to relax during our stay. The surprise celebration for the 60th birthday during dinner was a great success! We are also deeply grateful for celebrating our dog's recovery from a herniated disc. Dinner featured a seasonal kaiseki course, which we enjoyed in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks were served promptly upon ordering, so our glasses were never empty—though it’s easy to overindulge! Breakfast included free access to salad, fruits, and drinks, with plenty of dishes served at the table as well. The open-air bath had quite a few mosquitoes, but being surrounded by trees made it understandable given the season. This is an accommodation that makes you want to stay longer than just one night... It's no wonder there are so many repeat guests. I hope I can return again someday. Thank you very much!

    Accommodation your beloved dog will enjoy.

    This was our fourth stay. The staff's consistent hospitality made our dog extremely excited from the moment we arrived. Both the indoor and outdoor dog runs were well-maintained, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant time. All the baths had relatively high temperatures, so it might be nice to have at least one with lukewarm water. We are looking forward to our next stay!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience. The staff were very friendly and treated my dog with great kindness, creating a bright and warm atmosphere where we could feel at ease. The meals had different menus on the first and second days, so we never got bored. They were delicious and generously portioned. Although the dog buffet had the same offerings both days, since my dog has dietary restrictions, I appreciated being able to select suitable toppings to add to his usual kibble. The room showed some signs of age but was clean with all necessary amenities provided. I was especially pleased with the well-prepared amenities for dogs. Additionally, as there were no steps in the room, even my 16-year-old senior dog could move around safely and comfortably. The futon-style bedding in the room was also much appreciated. The facilities were well-maintained; both the private bath and large public bath were pleasant to use. Having indoor and outdoor dog runs as well as a photo studio was a delightful bonus that allowed us to create lasting memories with our pet. On the other hand, breakfast time felt slightly short at 45 minutes—it became a bit rushed trying to wait for space at the buffet table while feeding our dog before eating ourselves. Similarly, private family baths also had a 45-minute limit; considering time needed for drying hair afterward, having more flexibility would have been nice for a more relaxed experience. Additionally, I noticed slight movements in the elevator that caught my attention. Unfortunately, we missed out on enjoying late-night ramen due to being too full from dinner—something we'll definitely try next time! Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable stay at this wonderful hotel where I’d love to return again with my beloved pet! Thank you very much!

    It was excellent!

    While watching YouTube, I was unsure at first, but the hospitality towards both guests and pets as a pet Hotel is probably the best. Unlimited drinks, branded biscuits during morning coffee time, three-blade razors, excellent hot water flow in the large bath—every detail is thoughtfully provided without cutting corners. Truly impressive service! The cuisine may feel slightly old-fashioned, but the taste was great and I was genuinely satisfied. This is one of the few Hotels I would want to revisit. Though they can't say it themselves, my beloved dog seemed satisfied too!

    Breakfast was terrible!

    As an accommodation usually priced at 50,000 yen, the meals are extremely disappointing and plain. Especially breakfast—it’s particularly poor. You’ll understand if you visit. I don’t understand why regular guests and high-rating reviewers rate the meals as a 4. On the contrary, the dog’s meals were more thoughtfully prepared in terms of variety and nutritional balance—highly commendable! In my opinion, the facility, amenities, bath, and customer service were average or good. This evaluation is based on my experience last week when I stayed at two other highly-rated accommodations: a dog resort in Izu Kogen and a private villa for dogs near Lake Kawaguchi. Additionally, while this may not be an issue from an elevator company’s perspective, there was noticeable fine vibration every time I rode from LB floor to 1st floor—it made me feel slightly uneasy. To all the staff of this accommodation: I apologize for this review.

    A Long-Awaited Trip with Your Dog

    Last year, we focused on glamping, but this time we stayed at a Hotel after a long while. We enjoyed a relaxing and leisurely time prioritizing our dog and spending quality moments together. We chose the Japanese-style room this time, but unfortunately, the bed was quite firm and not very comfortable to sleep on.

    It was a highly satisfying 3-day stay.

    Second visit. We returned upon the strong request of our children. This time, it was a Multiple Night Stay, and we truly enjoyed and relaxed for three days. What stood out the most was that our beloved dog Popo had a smile on his face the entire time. The meals—breakfast, dinner, and even the late-night ramen—were all delicious. We will definitely visit again!

    Celebrating our 3-year-old's birthday trip at the accommodation!

    On March 23rd, we celebrated our child's 3rd birthday. Being able to celebrate with smiles on the same day, at the same place, and at the same time as last year is an irreplaceable treasure for us. When we returned and said "We're back!", the familiar staff warmly welcomed us with congratulations. Especially on our child's birthday, leaving with such joy and happiness filled our hearts. The room was a Japanese-style room with beautiful tatami mats, allowing us to relax more comfortably than ever. During dinner, a wonderful and cheerful staff member brought out a cake and celebrated with us! It made us so happy! Reflecting on last year's memories while seeing how much our child has grown at age three brought tears to my eyes. Celebrating in good health at this amazing accommodation again this year is a small but deeply moving happiness for us! Sharing these moments of warm hospitality from the kind-hearted staff will remain an unforgettable memory forever! Thanks to this accommodation's unique charm, we were able to create such a remarkable and lifelong memorable birthday celebration for our child. We look forward to continuing celebrations in the future as well. It has been one full year since we became repeat guests here in March. Although we visit frequently without long gaps between stays, every time we return there are new ideas being implemented! The staff sincerely listens to reviews and continuously strives for improvement through trial and error—it's truly admirable! Despite rising costs everywhere else, they maintain their prices while managing such excellent facilities and prioritizing customer satisfaction by constantly innovating—this is what defines exemplary hotel service! We always feel that we've received more value than what we've paid for through enjoying all aspects of the facility along with their warm hospitality! We are filled with gratitude every single time—thank you so much! To keep smiles on both our faces as well as those of our child’s requires this accommodation—it’s essential (haha)! Although unfortunately cherry blossoms had not bloomed yet during this visit, all of your smiles were like fully bloomed sakura flowers! Thank you very much once again for making our child's birthday celebration so enjoyable this year too! We truly appreciate it.

    Had a great time with my beloved dog!

    I was nervous about traveling with my dog for the first time, but I felt at ease as soon as we checked in. The staff's thoughtfulness and their love for dogs were truly wonderful. The surprise event that brought smiles to everyone was also very touching. I was a bit worried since my dog is a senior, but seeing them happily enjoy the delicious dog meals, play a lot, and sleep soundly made me feel so glad I brought them along. I would love to visit again, so please take care of us next time too!

    Too much Aiken Oyado

    It had been a long time since our family traveled together, so we decided on this highly-rated property. As soon as we entered, they called our dog's name and truly made us feel welcome. We could enjoy karaoke and billiards together as a family, creating the best memories. The staff were all smiles and their hospitality was excellent. There were even nighttime snacks for the dog, and they took commemorative photos for us; it was full of surprises and a wonderful stay for both people and dogs. Thank you very much.

    No consideration for noise during meals from the neighboring group.

    The Property was very good. However, it felt a bit too dog-centric. What disappointed me was the extremely loud conversation of a group of four men and women at the next table during dinner. I was looking forward to enjoying a quiet meal while talking with my husband, but their loud voices made it difficult to even hear him. I refrained from complaining as it would have ruined my mood. On our way out, I mentioned to the staff that this is a restaurant, not an izakaya, and that I wished they had considered others around them while talking. I also suggested that the staff should have intervened as their behavior was excessive. The response I received was, "Yes, it was a bit lively. If you had told us, we would have addressed it." This response was disappointing. Later, I found out that they were regular customers, which explained why it felt like a private drinking party for them. Dinner was completely ruined.

    Relaxing! Journey

    Being able to dine with my dog was the deciding factor for the reservation. At other hotels, we often had to take turns dining because we couldn't leave the dog in the room, but this time we enjoyed dining with our dog without worrying about others. The staff was kind to the dog and attentive in many ways. It was a relaxing and pleasant trip.

    I stayed on January 13th. Upon checking, I was surprised to find out that our beloved dog's debut at the Property was exactly five years ago today! We have used various Stays where we could stay with our beloved dog, but this Property is by far the best. The reaction of our dog is completely different. Perhaps they are sensing our family's uplifted mood... Every time we visit, the service at the Property is updated, and the excitement is overwhelming! The cleanliness of the Facility is perfect, and having all the dog supplies available is very helpful. During our stay at the Property, there are so many Facilities to enjoy that one night feels insufficient. Rock baths, karaoke, private baths, and more. The best part is that we can spend all the time together with our dog without being separated. We can be together during meals, baths, and even bar time. The food is very delicious, and I am always impressed by the effort put into it. All the staff are truly wonderful people, and I am always healed by the warm atmosphere that feels like coming home. As the checkout time approaches, both our dog and we feel down, and it becomes a bit lonely... We don't want to leave. I find myself thinking about when we can go next as soon as we return home... Every visit adds more good memories, and I am truly grateful. We will be in your care again soon! Thank you very much.

    The best cost performance ever. (Reasonable price!!)

    The visit to "Aiken Oyado" was our first, and both my wife and our beloved dog were extremely satisfied with the stay. Above all, everything was "dog-first," minimizing our dog's stress and resulting in a relaxing stay for us as well. Traveling with a dog involves a lot of preparation, such as selecting what to bring. No matter how well-equipped the amenities are, we tend to bring familiar items. So, even though it was just a one-night, two-day stay, we ended up with a lot of luggage, which was exhausting just to prepare. However, the grooming room for dogs was well-stocked with a variety of dog shampoos, ear cleaning items, and other care goods. There were also plenty of sizes for the doggy diapers, and although our dog is slightly larger and the size wasn't on the shelf, they had it in stock, which was a great help. Next time, even for a Multiple Night Stay, we can manage with half the luggage. Of course, for humans, there were also satisfying facilities like the spacious onsen public bath and private open-air baths, all of which were clean and well-equipped with items like hairdryers, air purifiers, and shampoos that didn't feel like they were just thrown together. Additionally, among properties where you can stay with your dog, the room's toilet (for humans) was equipped to the same standard as a hotel room costing over 100,000 yen per night, allowing us to use it with peace of mind. The only downside, which is understandable, was that the room's floor was tatami, but it was full of "stains," reminiscent of the dogs' accidents. (laughs) It's not the dogs' fault, but it's something that could be prevented if the owners were careful, so I was reminded of the importance of basic manners. Nevertheless, it's easy to see why there are so many repeat visitors to this excellent property. We definitely want to visit again.

    It was a wonderful experience.

    I had a certain level of expectation from prior reviews, but I was able to have a wonderful time, including the hospitality of the staff. This is what it means to not experience any unpleasant feelings or emotions. For our family, it was our first trip and also the anniversary of our dog's adoption, and it became a very good memory and commemoration. Thank you very much.

    After all, the best hospitality!

    I visited for the first time in a year and a half. When I arrived at the Stays, they said "Welcome back," and I truly felt like saying "I'm home!" It's the best property where you can relax and be healed. On the day I arrived, there were mostly unfamiliar staff, so I felt a bit lonely thinking there might have been some changes while I was away. But the next day, I was able to meet my favorite twin staff members!! Of course, all the staff are kind to the dogs and speak to them gently, and they are all wonderful, but we love the twin staff members, and meeting her is one of the things we look forward to. This time, we were able to talk a lot during checkout, and she shared stories about a communicator who can understand dogs' feelings, which was incredibly fun! She always speaks in a cute voice, representing the dogs' thoughts, which heals both my husband and me. Even during the farewell, she said to the dog, "I won't say goodbye because we'll meet again," which made my heart flutter. For a while in the car on the way back, we couldn't stop talking about her. Haha. I heard that she doesn't take long holidays so she can meet repeat guests during check-in or check-out, and I was impressed by her professional spirit and felt very grateful. I'll come to see you again!!

    A great accommodation for relaxation

    I stayed for one night during the New Year. The room was a twin Japanese-style, but I noticed some stains on the tatami mats, which bothered me a little. However, overall, the facility seemed to be well-cleaned and maintained. Regarding meals, the soup dishes were quite salty, and my overall impression of the food was average. On the other hand, drinks were free-flowing, which I think would delight those who enjoy alcohol. The pet buffet had identical offerings for both breakfast and dinner, which was slightly disappointing... However, I appreciated that guests could choose their preferred tableware for meals—a thoughtful touch by staff who clearly consider customer perspectives. It was my first time encountering an accommodation where even tableware could be selected! All staff members provided excellent service; it’s easy to see why there are so many repeat guests. With many tourist attractions nearby, this location is convenient for exploring Izu Kogen. I look forward to staying again in the future!

    Our year-end tradition is always at our beloved Accommodation for dogs!

    In December, following October, we enjoyed a Christmas and year-end trip. As mentioned in the reviews, there were more new staff members at the front desk and during dinner compared to our previous visit. When we arrived, a new staff member greeted us. We asked about three veteran staff members by name, but they didn’t recognize any of them as they had just started working the day before. During dinner, several new staff members served us. When explaining the dishes while serving them, it felt like they were simply reciting lines in a formal manner. A new staff member who took our photo had only been working for one month and succeeded on their third attempt after two failed tries. The newly joined team members seemed overwhelmed with tasks such as carrying guests' luggage to their rooms or serving meals during dinner while also needing to explain the dishes properly. The photos taken are memories that last forever; hence this particular new team member was determined to take a beautiful picture for us! They apologized sincerely each time and finally succeeded on their third try because they wanted to ensure it was perfect for us. We were deeply moved by their dedication and effort—it made us happy! However, as noted in reviews too, these newer team members didn’t interact much with our dog (or others at all tables). Instead, one of the veteran female staff kindly came over to engage with our dog warmly. This particular veteran team member first met us back in March when she was still wearing her "beginner" badge during my child’s birthday celebration stay here—and now seeing how much she has grown into an excellent professional fills us with joy! Front desk teams must memorize room layouts while assisting guests’ luggage deliveries; restaurant teams juggle meal explanations alongside service duties—leaving little room/time left even if they'd love interacting w/guests' pets genuinely. Upon departure though—the experienced senior ladies always send off visitors w/their brightest smiles & heartfelt hospitality ensuring memorable stays every time! To fellow repeat visitors who cherish this accommodation: let’s support these hardworking newcomers warmly so someday they'll grow into amazing professionals too—it adds another layer of joy watching them flourish over future visits!     While waiting for check-in, I was grateful to the female staff who was extremely friendly with dogs. On the other hand, it was disappointing that there was one female staff member serving meals who was very businesslike. The guest rooms and the baths inside the facility were clean and excellent. The outdoor dog run is small. The meals were disappointing. Is it because they focus entirely on the all-you-can-drink alcohol? The late-night ramen also lacked flavor; is it due to the person who made it?

    A hotel with a high point rate that makes you want to visit again.

    The attentiveness and greetings from the staff during our stay were wonderful. Their approach to our beloved dog was exceptional, allowing us to have a comfortable time. The Room was great, and there was a wide variety of pet-related goods, which was very satisfying. The food was delicious, and the additional boat platter was particularly good. The indoor bath was ordinary, but the outdoor open-air bath is highly recommended if you enter during daylight or in the morning. There were plenty of places and goods for pet photography, allowing us to take very nice commemorative photos. We were surprised by the free drinks, including beer and other alcoholic beverages, available in the Room and café. Overall, it was a fun stay filled with many positive points. We would love to visit again.

    The review rating was high, and knowing that we could mostly be with our dog, we decided to stay. The room and facility were very clean, and we used them comfortably. There were also many services, and both the owner and the dog were very satisfied. One night passed quickly. There were also yukatas for dogs, which were cute.     Enjoy Halloween at the Accommodation for Your Beloved Dog

    This Halloween & autumn trip was a luxurious 2-night, 3-day stay at the beautiful Accommodation in Ubud Forest and our favorite Dog-Friendly Hotel! The staff always welcomes us back with warm smiles and a cheerful "Happy Halloween, welcome back!" greeting. Our dog was immediately surrounded by the staff for cuddles, making even the lobby experience delightful. We were so caught up chatting with familiar faces that we almost forgot to check in! The staff's affection for our dog made it hard to leave the lobby as we enjoyed watching them shower our pet with love. This Hotel truly feels like home every time we return, thanks to its trustworthy service and wonderful team. We were also greeted by their adorable mascot dog, Komugi-chan, dressed in a charming outfit that brought us so much joy. Seeing her happy made us emotional when her owner mentioned how much she liked it—thank you for your thoughtful gesture! This time, we returned to enjoy the Halloween decorations and autumn menu at this Accommodation. The creative seasonal decorations never fail to amaze us; they bring excitement every visit! With so many repeat guests here, it's clear how much effort goes into keeping things fresh and enjoyable. This place is more than just an Accommodation—it's like a futuristic theme park where both dogs and their owners can create unforgettable memories together. Although it's called a Dog-Friendly Hotel, their hospitality extends warmly to humans too. Their personalized care has earned high praise from returning guests like us who can't resist coming back again and again just to see our dog's happy smile.     A wonderful dog-first accommodation from start to finish.

    I visited for a trip to celebrate my beloved dog's Shichi-Go-San. As I had heard from my dog friends, it was a wonderful dog-first accommodation throughout. I was also surprised that everyone I met at the dog run and restaurant were all repeat visitors! Actually, when checking out, I accidentally left a tote bag containing my dog's treats and toys on a bench in the lobby... I was embarrassed because it also contained my laundry, but I decided to call the accommodation. They asked for detailed characteristics of the forgotten items, which made me impressed with their security. Moreover, despite it being my mistake, they sent it to my home at their expense, which moved me! They even included a polite letter. My husband and I are already discussing, "When should we go next!?" Please let us say "welcome back" again soon. Thank you so much for everything this time!
