    A reunion trip with a friend’s family for the first time in two years

    This visit back to the Accommodation was a firm promise we made with M-chan and N-chan’s family, whom we met here two years ago in August. That day, we played together at the dog run, shared dinner, and spent bar time talking about many things—it was a once-in-a-lifetime encounter during our stay. I still remember how incredibly fun it was. At the time, our M was still an only dog, but meeting M-chan and N-chan—who became friends with us—created an irreplaceable and wonderful bond. We were also truly happy to become friends with their dad and mom as well. At checkout, we made a strong promise: “Let’s all meet again here at this Accommodation someday, healthy and well!” But soon after that, we were shocked to receive the sudden news of M-chan’s passing. Her mom told us that she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in March. We were heartbroken that we could no longer reunite with everyone in good health as we had promised. Still, because this Accommodation was a place M-chan loved so very much, we wanted to honor her here—and so all of us were able to meet again. Together—with their dad and mom; M-chan and N-chan; our MM sisters; and us—we came back to the Accommodation saying “We’re home!” The staff welcomed us warmly with gentle smiles saying “Welcome back,” and M-chan and N-chan—and our MM sisters—were absolutely delighted. For dinner, they seated us next to each other, and it became a joyful dinner time as we talked together while remembering M-chan. At bar time as well, we shared many memories with their dad and mom and talked about what lies ahead; it was a warm, gentle time that passed slowly. We also had breakfast together afterward, then played at the dog run right up until the last minute—sharing truly priceless moments. We believe none of this would have been possible without the kindness and support of all the staff. We are filled with gratitude for watching over our stay until the very end with such warmth. This Accommodation truly brings people together! And it is a one-of-a-kind place—wonderful, beautiful, something you can be proud of—that helps fulfill promises made between beloved dogs! A wonderful place where wonderful encounters happen! MN family & MM sisters’ family—we will come back together again! To the manager and all staff members: thank you so much for everything!

    Reuniting with my beloved dog for the first time in six years

    I stayed here again after a long time. The Room is undeniably dated, but it was clearly kept clean. There were several winged ants in the Room, so I used an insect spray I brought with me to get rid of them. Meals: both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff’s service and friendly check-ins were very pleasant, and although there were other guests, we were able to relax and enjoy family time. I was happy that all-you-can-drink alcohol and soft drinks were available, and that taking drinks back to the Room was allowed. The late-night ramen was incredibly good. Karaoke with my dog was the best. Being able to choose from different shampoos in the large public bath was a great service. It had been a few years since my last visit, but this Accommodation reminded me just how comfortable it is.

    I wish I could have stayed for about a week!

    This stay became one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever taken with my dog. What impressed me first was how quickly the staff learned my dog’s name, and how they greeted us warmly by name whenever we met. We never felt like “guests traveling with a dog”—instead, it truly felt as if we were welcomed as cherished family members, which made me very happy. Their hospitality was both attentive and friendly in the best way, and the entire property had a warm, comforting atmosphere. The meals exceeded our expectations as well. The Japanese cuisine featuring local ingredients was carefully prepared dish by dish, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We were able to fully enjoy flavors unique to the area and were completely satisfied. There were many thoughtful touches and services throughout the property that allowed us to enjoy our time together, and it was clear that their “dog-first” philosophy is reflected in every detail. You can truly feel how much the staff love animals, which also gave me great peace of mind as an owner. Thanks to you all, we’ve added another irreplaceable memory with our dog. We would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

    Traveling with Your Dog

    This Accommodation was wonderful in every way, and we were completely satisfied. The dog run was spacious and clean both outdoors and indoors, there was a wide variety of meals for dogs, dog loungewear and plenty of sizes of dog diapers were provided, unlimited drinks were available, ice pops after the bath were a nice touch, all the staff were very friendly and kind, there was a trash bin for dogs in the Room, and there was even a massage chair—everything was great.

    It was a shame that it rained during our stay.

    There was one rainy day, so we couldn’t use the dog run much. We had a Multiple Night Stay, but the meals on the second day felt a bit less carefully prepared.

    This time, we visited to celebrate Sota’s birthday and my birthday. We enjoyed a cake to celebrate both of us. Thank you very much. As for the meal, it was disappointing that it was the same as when we visited last December. We would have liked to see some seasonal changes.

    It was very good.

    There were welcome treats for dogs, an optional dog buffet, and many of the staff clearly love dogs—everything was truly dog-first. Our dog can be a bit shy around people, but after we got home, he was wagging his tail in his sleep, so it seems he had a great time. There were also plenty of activities for guests, like a photo studio for dogs (we didn’t use it), billiards, karaoke, and a hot stone spa. I don’t drink alcohol, but the all-you-can-drink bar until 11:00 p.m. and the 24-hour unlimited soft drinks were excellent. Just one thing… the bath water stops too quickly, so it would be helpful if it ran about five seconds longer—especially for women. We’d love to visit again. Thank you in advance when we do.

    This Accommodation is perfect for guests traveling with dogs!

    This was our third visit. We’ve stayed at several dog-friendly Accommodations, but once again we felt this one is the best. Above all, the staff are truly friendly to both dogs and people. We were able to relax comfortably for three days and two nights. Even our high school–aged eldest son, who has started to be a bit reluctant about family outings, said he’d be happy to come again if it’s this Accommodation. Also, when our dog first came here at one year old, he had trouble falling asleep. But maybe he now understands this is a fun place—this time he slept soundly. We just made a Reservation for summer as well. We look forward to staying with you again.

    Thank you for your continued support.

    The service and Facility are excellent, and we always enjoy our time here with our dog. However, there was one particularly disappointing issue this time. Perhaps because we were in the later breakfast group, the pre-served rice was cold and clumped together, so we asked for an immediate replacement. This has never happened before, so it was very disappointing. We would like to stay at this Accommodation again next time, but if unpleasant experiences like this continue, we may remove it from our list of preferred Accommodations.

    Highly satisfied

    True to its name, this Accommodation is made for dogs, and I think any dog owner will enjoy it. With karaoke, a stone sauna, free drinks, and an open-air bath, people will be fully satisfied too. When I mentioned my child’s graduation in a message, they prepared a congratulatory cake—my child was embarrassed but looked very happy. We were able to spend plenty of wonderful time here. Thank you very much.

    It was amazing!

    We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. It was our first time using an Accommodation that allows pets, and we were amazed by the thoughtful amenities and supplies provided. The Accommodation was beautifully decorated with a consistent Balinese theme. During dinner, the lights were dimmed and they surprised us with a cake; my mother was so happy that she ended up in tears. Thanks to them, it became a wonderful memory. The matching samue outfits were adorable, but since our dog is a dachshund, the legs slipped off easily and it tended to come undone, which was a bit disappointing. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Accommodation after one year

    I stayed at the accommodation last New Year and was delighted to return with my mother this time. The previous room had tatami mats that were a bit dirty, but this time we stayed in a Western-style room, which was clean and comfortable without any unpleasant odors. The towel exchange system requires bringing wet towels to the front desk for replacement, which was slightly inconvenient as I had to go back and forth several times due to frequent baths. It would be great if towels were available in the bath area. During my previous visit, the staff seemed lively and created a warm atmosphere; however, this time they appeared somewhat less energetic—perhaps I’m overthinking it. The meals during my last stay were overly seasoned, but this time they were perfectly balanced and delicious overall. I even asked if there was a new chef but found out it’s still the same one! The food is excellent, the baths are wonderful, and it's conveniently located for sightseeing. I hope to spend next New Year here again with my mother!

    The Onsen is wonderful.

    The staff's service and the onsen were excellent, with thorough cleaning of both the onsen and the room. The towel exchange was also appreciated. I was very pleased that the indoor large bath was accessible even late at night. However, I felt unsafe on the dark path to the outdoor reservation-based open-air bath as there were areas without handrails. The beautiful scenery could be enhanced by trimming some of the overgrown trees. For the dog run, it would be better to separate areas for large dogs and small dogs, as there were moments when small dogs seemed endangered by being chased. Unfortunately, I found dinner a bit simple compared to my expectations; for example, even though budget constraints are understandable, the grilled horse mackerel was quite small. Additionally, there were issues with poor USB connectivity in our room. It would also be nice if there were more variety in souvenir options. From a personal perspective inspired by Ubud-style hospitality: overall everything was wonderful! I look forward to visiting again!

    I used this place for the first time on a trip to celebrate my 2-year-old dog's birthday, recommended by a friend. We enjoyed activities like the dog run, private open-air Onsen, stone sauna, and karaoke together without leaving our dog alone in an unfamiliar room. The meals made with local Izu ingredients were incredibly delicious and exceeded our expectations in a good way. The white miso hot pot served at dinner was especially tasty. The free drinks available during the stay were also appreciated. Although I don't usually drink green tea often, the Guricha was so delicious that I had several refills. The only disappointment was the "Scenic Onsen Large Bath." Unlike the images on the website, there was a cheap-looking illustrated sheet covering half of the window, which ruined any sense of "scenery." Additionally, an old-fashioned dog figurine by the window felt out of place with the overall "Bali-style resort" theme of the facility. The toy-like item displayed alongside it had mold on it as well, which caught my attention negatively. If improvements are made to this large bath area, satisfaction would increase even further. Overall though, both my dog and I were very satisfied with the facilities and services provided here and would love to visit again!

    This time, I used the accommodation after a long while, and I found the services even better than before. Thank you so much for even preparing a memorial meal for our late Jack. However, as there were more guest dogs, I thought it would be nice if the dog run could be a bit larger.

    It was truly a very satisfying accommodation.

    Every month, I go on an overnight trip with my dog. I have stayed at many dog-friendly accommodations, but this one is top-class in every aspect. Well, I was able to stay at a lower cost because I had some points, but even so, it was a very satisfying accommodation. I have stayed twice at the affiliated "Ubud no Mori," and in terms of cost performance, this place might be better... However, "Ubud no Mori" has more of a Bali vibe, while this place feels like it's trying too hard to imitate Bali and doesn't quite capture the essence. Also, reservations for private baths and meal times are determined on a first-come-first-served basis during check-in. Even though I checked in right on time at 3 PM, the only available slot for the private bath was 11 PM. In the end, I couldn't use it at all—this was disappointing. It seems that some guests arrive before 3 PM to secure their preferences; therefore, those who check in on time likely won't get access to private baths or their desired meal times for breakfast or dinner. Unless this issue is improved upon, I might reconsider staying here again next time.

    Memorable Journey

    This time, my husband and I stayed at Accommodation for Dog Lovers. Although it is originally an accommodation where you can stay with your dog, this time it was just the two of us as a couple. Seven years ago, when we decided to welcome our late child (a senior rescue dog who passed away two years ago) into our home, there was a social media campaign for a stay experience at Accommodation for Dog Lovers. We applied in hopes of going together with our senior rescue dog and were fortunate enough to be selected. We stayed on 2018/11/14. As we walked through the facility while reminiscing about the memories with our beloved pet captured in photos, we were delighted to meet one of the staff members who had been there back then. She told us she still had the photo taken together at that time, which filled us with gratitude. Our last visit before this trip was three years ago, but despite some changes in the facility's interior, it still carried its familiar charm and atmosphere—making this trip truly moving and memorable. Thank you very much!

    Both the owner and their beloved dog were completely satisfied.

    This was my second stay in six years, and the hospitality for our dogs was just as amazing as before! While I have stayed at other accommodations that allow dogs, the level of hospitality here is truly exceptional. The facilities, services, and meals were all outstanding, allowing both my beloved dog and me to enjoy a highly satisfying experience. The only slight disappointment was the short breakfast time—I wish there had been a bit more time to eat leisurely. Other than that, everything was perfect; I didn’t want to leave and wished I could stay another night. I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    An Accommodation That Brings Smiles to Both Your Beloved Dog and Family

    This time, we stayed as a group with a friend's family. The staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The accommodation and room were clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax. The meals were delicious, and the late-night ramen was also tasty. The bath was very pleasant too. We could go everywhere with our beloved dog. Unfortunately, it rained from check-in to check-out this time. However, both our dog and we were fully satisfied indoors. Our friend's family also said they were very satisfied. We all spent time together with smiles—our dog, our family, and our friend's family included! This accommodation is truly the best! We would love to return again!

    Your Dog's Birthday

    We stayed at this accommodation to celebrate our dog's birthday in advance, as my daughter and her husband were going on a long trip, and we were taking care of their dog. Last month, we stayed at a hotel with our dog for the first time. While it was a luxurious members-only hotel, dogs were restricted from entering public spaces such as the entrance, elevators, lounge, and restaurant, which felt unfortunate. However, this accommodation was like another world. We could spend time together in many public spaces like the lounge and restaurant without leaving our dog feeling lonely. Surrounded by staff who showed so much love for dogs, our pet seemed happy throughout the stay. Although we don’t have any travel plans for now, I would definitely love to visit again when we take care of their dog next time. Thank you very much!

    I'm glad I chose to stay here!

    This was my second visit. Last time, I wrote a postcard to myself for the following year but had completely forgotten about it. Just when I was thinking I'd like to visit again, it arrived, and my past self gave me a little push! This time, I planned to use the private family bath that we missed last time because my family fell asleep. However, I ended up feeling unwell and couldn't use it again (though after some rest and breakfast, I felt much better). Next time for sure!! I'll definitely try it! Since I wasn't feeling great this trip, I couldn't fully enjoy myself or take many photos. So next time, I'm looking forward to making the most of it. As always, everyone from the younger staff members to the more senior ones worked hard with a dog-first approach. I'll be back again soon!

    August marks the first trip with our new family member (puppy) and their debut at our dog-friendly accommodation!

    It was our first trip welcoming my child's real sister! We were finally able to return to the accommodation we had longed for, together as sisters! The kind staff warmly welcomed us, and little sister M felt relaxed and even approached the staff without hesitation, enjoying their affection. Despite it being her first time here, she adapted so quickly without any anxiety. This was all thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff who made her feel that "this is a safe and fun place." Being able to return to our favorite accommodation as sisters is a treasure we will cherish forever! During our stay, seeing these two so happy and full of energy brought us immense joy and healing. Their cheerful personalities filled our time with endless smiles as we captured many photos of them together. At dinner, we celebrated little sister M with delicious food and drinks every night. She behaved so well (though her guardian might have been noisy). Breakfast had been renewed since our last visit—it felt more luxurious than before with a delightful Japanese-style touch! The fresh vegetables were amazing; the tomatoes were sweet; it was already my second round this season enjoying mackerel mirin-boshi (sweetly marinated grilled mackerel), which was large enough that I ended up having three bowls of rice! The miso soup served warm in a pot was an excellent addition—so hearty and flavorful with plenty of ingredients. Even during hot summer mornings, having warm soup at breakfast feels comforting for both body and soul—it naturally brings smiles at the start of your day! One morning when one staff member couldn’t meet us during check-in but made time amidst their busy schedule just to see little sister M—we were deeply touched by this gesture! It warmed our hearts once again in such moments. We also got to meet Komu-chan too—what a delight! Thank you! This accommodation has only exceptional staff who are thoughtful and attentive in every way—that’s why it’s always worth coming back again! It has now been 1 year 5 months since becoming repeat guests here—and witnessing how much growth or happiness there is among your team truly makes us happy too. Finally...thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping make little sister M's debut trip such an unforgettable experience while watching over her warmly. Seeing these sisters sleeping peacefully side by side makes me want to bring them back again soon—and I’ll do my best for that! We’ll be returning in September for another celebration—looking forward once more! A perfect debut trip filled with satisfaction—this pet-friendly accommodation never disappoints! Thank you so much!

    Even on rainy days, it was a fulfilling trip!

    Due to heavy rain all day, we couldn't go on the planned sightseeing, but we were able to spend a relaxing and fulfilling time at the Hotel, making it a very enjoyable 2-day, 1-night stay. Not only was everything dog-friendly, but we also enjoyed billiards, karaoke, and multiple visits to the Onsen. My husband and sons were very satisfied as well.

    Anniversary Trip

    It was my first time staying here, and both the Room and shared spaces were very clean. The dog supplies were well-stocked, which was great. The meals were delicious, especially the ramen—it was amazing. I also appreciated the variety of free drinks available. I used the bath, photo studio, and grooming room, all of which were excellent. The staff members were very kind and friendly, making me feel at ease. I would love to stay here again!
