    Very good Stays

    I stayed on a day of heavy snowfall in February. The facility was well-cleaned, the staff were friendly and responsive, and despite the ongoing price increases, the meals were creatively prepared and delicious, leaving me satisfied. The sukiyaki with Kuroge Wagyu beef was tender and very tasty. The Room's sunken kotatsu was very relaxing. The bath had good water, and I was very satisfied with the moon-viewing bath in the open-air bath. The staff mentioned that it was the heaviest snowfall in 10 years. I believe that being able to spend such a pleasant time during a difficult period was thanks to everyone's efforts.

    A Property that embodies hospitality.

    The scenery, meals, baths, and hospitality were truly satisfying. The interior is a bit old, but instead of a tasteless renovation, it has a nostalgic feel. The wooden-framed window corridors also have charm and are lovely. The baths, including the lukewarm ones, were very nice. I think you can complete the gender-swapped bath experience if you go once before dinner. The scenery of the bath along the river was beautiful. Please note that cleaning starts around 9 a.m. in the morning. For the children, there was a grand stamp rally, allowing them to explore the highlights on each floor, which adults could also enjoy together. It felt like a maze, and the exploration was fun. It was unfortunate that we couldn't see the picture-story show due to the hostess's injury, but I felt that every detail was carefully attended to. What is it, I wonder? The tourist spots in Gunma seem to have a different level of focus and attentiveness from the welcoming staff compared to other regions. It was a Property that made me want to visit again.

    It was a stay with No Meals Included.

    This time, I stayed without meals. I was worried that the large public bath might get crowded, but it was so spacious that even with a few people inside, it didn’t feel crowded at all. The temperature was pleasantly lukewarm, allowing for a long soak, and I was able to relax thoroughly.

    Onsen is the best!

    It was a very lovely property. Above all, the onsen! The view and the hot water were excellent. The staff were very kind, and I was able to have a wonderful time.

    Thank you for your continued support. <Good Points> - The room's bath is excellent (You can enjoy onsen in the room anytime, adjust the temperature, and it doesn't cause skin irritation no matter how many times you enter) - If it's not crowded, the themed bath is also nice - The parts of the room I mentioned in the previous review that needed repair were promptly fixed - The udon from breakfast seems to have moved to dinner, reducing the amount of carbohydrates - Both dinner and breakfast were delicious - The picture-story show was very good - The drink service after check-in is nice <Points for Improvement> - Although I mentioned wanting to watch the picture-story show before dinner, when I was late for dinner, the rice pot was already cooked and was cold by the time I ate (Please do not start cooking without our consent) - Previously, we could choose the timing for cooking dishes during dinner, but now they start cooking everything quickly, making it difficult to eat at a comfortable pace - The dinner seat is always in the middle, and the conversations from both sides are distracting, so I would prefer a seat at the end or one without neighbors, even if it's not by the window (There have been very noisy people even at distant seats, so in such cases, please ask them to lower their voice) - There was likely a smell of tobacco from the next room, and the chatter in the open-air bath was noisy (Please inform guests that the balcony is non-smoking and that voices carry) - Items that are usually in the room were missing, and requested items were not provided - Having staff in front of the large bath or wandering around the changing room is unsettling, and informing us that cleaning starts at 6:50 when it's supposed to start at 7:00 is questionable - The souvenir shop closes relatively early in the morning, and they were reluctant to provide small bags - It would be appreciated if there were tea or other options in the lobby after breakfast, as I cannot drink coffee Despite writing various points, the onsen is wonderful, and I would like to revisit this property.

    I stayed for the first time. The bath was good, but the following points were disappointing. 1. The bed in the room was single-sized, so it was small for me at 174 cm and I couldn't sleep well. 2. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the staff at the dining area seemed flustered, and their response was... Wouldn't it be more efficient to serve rice refills in a rice container? 3. At checkout, it was nice that the parking attendant brought the car, but when I was handed the key without a word of thanks, I felt disappointed.

    Low awareness of accessibility.

    I have difficulty with my legs and cannot use the large public bath, so I stayed in a room with an open-air hot spring bath. However, there were no handrails in the room's bath, making it difficult to bathe. There were also no handrails in the toilet. The ramp at the building entrance was inadequate. The room's bath itself was wonderful and the price was reasonable, so it's a shame about these points.
